Today we return to the Big-Pharma shill-website know as ‘Healthline,’ and a recent article they posted called, “12 Tips for a Speedy Flu Recovery.”
As for this article, this subject is too important to hold anything back, so be prepared for some tough love.
After the extremely obvious staged Covid-19 psy-op and ritual, more people should be questioning all the bullshit they’ve been spoon-fed throughout their lives, especially everything concerning the made-up “science” of Virology that suddenly was flipped and inverted when the imaginary Covid emerged on the world stage. And while consciousness has risen a little bit, most people are still trapped in the evil and fear-based illusion of the virus- and germ pseudo-science, the fictional and complete lie of contagion and transmittable diseases.
It is the job of the corrupt mainstream media, its controlled “opposite” in alternative media, and shill-websites like ‘Healthline’ to keep these lies alive, to continue to condition and indoctrinate the gullible and sleeping masses.
Now, Healthline begin their atrocious article by stating that “the flu is a highly contagious respiratory infection caused by the influenza virus,” which of course is complete and utter nonsense. What these fearmongers call “the flu” is simply an emergency and seasonal detoxification protocol. Nothing more. Also, it should not happen in a healthy individual, and we’ll get to that next.
If your body is compromised by nutrient deficiencies, by lack of sleep, by stress or trauma, it will not be able to keep up with its daily detoxification and it has no other option than to store away toxins in tissues. Once you reach a threshold, or when your body experience ques, as in the season changing (big drops or rises in temperature,) or when other people begin their cycles, your cycle will also begin if needed, and only if your body can handle it.
This means that if you do not get “the flu,” as in starting your detox cycle, you either are good at detoxing and do not have any toxic buildup, or your body is too compromised to handle a detox cycle. The latter is very bad as toxins will continue to accumulate, usually resulting in cardiovascular disease, organ damage, and tumors/cancer further down the road.
A healthy human will experience minor detox symptoms like a runny nose, some phlegm, or a sore throat for a few hours, on and off throughout the year. Especially if your lifestyle exposes you to a lot of pollution, chemicals, and toxins. In other words, if you are healthy and something toxic enters your body, you will be able to detox it pretty much immediately.
However, if you never experience any detox symptoms, and haven’t had any for years, your body is likely too weak and stressed to detox, and that is a very big concern. In such case you need to really take a look at your lifestyle, your nutrition, and also assist your body by fasting. I have many articles on this.
Now, let’s move on to Healthline’s 12 tips…
1. Stay home
“Your body needs time and energy to fight off the flu virus, which means that your daily routine should be put on the backburner.
On top of helping you recover, staying home also prevents spreading the flu to other people in your community or workplace. The flu can be dangerous for older adults and small children, so it’s vital that you avoid contact with others while you’re contagious and disinfect surfaces and personal items regularly.”
There is no “virus” to fight. That is retarded fear-mongering. However, you do need to assist your body in the detoxification- and healing process, so yes, taking it easy is favorable.
And NO! There is no contagion. However, when your detoxification cycle begins, it might influence other people to begin theirs. That is the illusion of contagion. With that said, most of the time when many people in the same area get “sick” at about the same time, it was triggered by some common toxin or poison that put their bodies into an emergency detox.
“One symptom of the flu is a high fever, which can lead to sweating. You might also be dealing with bouts of vomiting or diarrhea. Your body needs plenty of fluids to replace lost liquids. Water is best, but you can also drink herbal teas or tea with honey.”
Water is fine if it’s only for a day or two. What you really need are electrolytes, as in sodium (salt,) potassium, and perhaps some magnesium. Take some Celtic Sea Salt with your water or an electrolyte supplement. Also make sure to fast. Do not eat anything, as that will interfere with the detoxification and healing process. Also, most people, out of conditioning, eat utter crap when feeling “sick” as a treat because they feel sorry for themselves (extreme slave mentality,) which simply adds to the toxic load.
3. Sleep as much as possible
“Sleep is the best medicine for your body while fighting the flu. Watching TV curled up on the couch isn’t a bad idea, but you shouldn’t be binge-watching your favorite Netflix show all night long. Go to bed earlier than usual and sleep in. You can also take a nap during the day to give your body more time to recover.”
You should not watch TV, and absolutely not the “news” or “shows,” that is what slaves do. However, you should rest if you need it. And to assist your lymph system and detoxification processes, make sure to elevate the head-end of your bed by a few inches. Also, make sure to get up and move just a little every hour or two, to assist the flow of lymph and your blood circulation.
4. Ease your breathing
“Try these tips to breathe easier and have a better night’s sleep:
* Use an extra pillow to prop up your head and ease sinus pressure.
* Sleep with a humidifier or vaporizer in the room.
* Take a hot bath or shower before bed.”
No extra pillows, just incline your bed by putting something beneath the front legs. And instead of showers, boil some water with some salt and breath in the vapors for a few minutes – or use the salty water to rinse your nose.
5. Eat healthy foods
“You may be tempted to drown your sorrow in a bowl of ice cream and a bag of potato chips, but your body needs better nutrition to recover from the flu.
Fresh fruits and vegetables provide important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that strengthen your immune system as it fights off the virus.”
You frikkin’ clowns. We do not have an imaginary “immune system” and there is nothing to fight. Stop with the war-like fear-mongering nonsense. Also, there are absolutely no bioavailable nutrition in vegetables or fruit. That is worthless slave food. And fruit contain a shitload of toxic fructose, which will really halt your recovery.
You should be fasting, which will accelerate your recovery, and you should be back on your feet in just a few days. If not, then you might have some food if you feel really weak, and that food should be according your your physiology, as in your species-appropriate diet of animal-based food. Some organ meats and animal fat are perfect. Or a little bit of meat and a couple of eggs.
6. Add moisture to the air
“Dry air can make your symptoms worse. A vaporizer or humidifier adds moisture to the air and can help loosen up congestion.”
Not everyone has these or can afford them. Simply boil some saltwater as suggested in point 4.
7. Take OTC medications
“The cold and flu aisle of your local drug store is most likely packed with hundreds of different options. Some medications are used to deal with specific symptoms, like nasal congestion, while others treat many flu symptoms at once.”
Heck NO! We know that Healthline shill for Big Pharma and the enemy, but this is really dangerous and maiming advice. Any kind of “medication” or “remedy” that lessen symptoms do so by interfering with the detoxification and healing process, because ‘symptoms’ only manifest during that recovery process. If you lessen the symptoms, you lessen the healing. If you stop the symptoms, you stop the healing. That is extremely retarded, and I’ve covered it in many articles.
Only take a remedy if your body is so weak and compromised that it can’t really handle the detoxification process and you get a fever that is so high that it is dangerous. Other than that, never ever take anything. Do not eat. Just fast and have some water with electrolytes.
8. Try elderberry
Heck no! I repeat, no not take anything.
9. Have a spoonful of honey to soothe a cough
“Honey is a fairly common natural remedy for soothing a sore throat or cough. Mixing honey with tea is a great way to stay hydrated while also treating your flu symptoms.”
Again no. Read point 8 again. Honey contains a shitload of sugar, and that is why you are suddenly somewhat relieved of your ‘symptoms,’ because sugar is a toxin and your body has to regulate your blood sugar levels or you would die. When you consume shit like this, your body has to shift its priorities for a little while, always dealing with what is of greatest concern. This “remedy” has absolutely nothing to do with helping you get better or assisting the healing process, just the absolute opposite.
10. Ask your doctor about antiviral drugs
“Antiviral drugs are only available by prescription, so you must see a doctor first.”
Here we go again. No! There are no viruses. These drugs simply kill the bacteria that are assisting you with your detoxification process (consuming toxins, and damaged and dead cells,) and thus stopping the healing process, giving you the illusion that you got better as the symptoms from the healing stops. Problem is, you did not let your detoxification run its course, meaning that you still have a lot of toxins remaining in your tissues, meaning that you will soon start another detox cycle, or you will continue to accumulate toxins until you get seriously ill from organ damage, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
Again, only take any kind of drug if you have mistreated your body to such a degree that it can’t handle the process and it gets life threatening. Any semi-healthy human should never ever need a drug or remedy.
11. Get a flu shot
This is the stupidest and most slave-like thing anyone can do – to take some toxic concoction that will poison and hurt you against something that does not exist. It’s just as stupid as people buying junk food, plant-based kibble, sweets and sodas – actually paying their slave-masters with hard-earned money to destroy their bodies and health.
12. Stay positive
“We often forget how much our emotions and attitudes affect how we feel physically.”
Yes, and this is because any kind of illness comes from within and only your body can fix and heal it. I’ve covered this in many of my articles dealing with the findings of German New Medicine and how the psyche can cause many different kinds of “diseases,” especially among children during the holidays.
That was about it. Another indoctrination article aimed at the clueless and gullible slaves. As for me, I was very sickly in the past when I still believed in much of that pseudo-science garbage and still took supplements and used medication. Before I found the truth and changed my thinking, I had sinusitis and pneumonia just about every single year, keeping me in bed for 1 to 3 weeks, 2 to 4 times every year. Nowadays however, I only have some mild detox symptoms for a few hours up to a day at most, a few times a year. I have not had any kind of “flu-like” detox since 2018, and before that I had it every year.
