December 31, 2020. Quick update – and a Happy New year!

My weight training has been a bit ‘sporadic’ during December. Just before Christmas, I had my longest layoff this year, 6 days – but that time got put into my dogs instead; walking, playing, and training. December 9, 2020. Training update

Quick training update for the muscle heads… Yes, I’m still going to the gym – about 4 to 5 times a week, for 35 minutes per session. And yes, I still eat as much as I can. Some easily digested carbs in the morning, and “carnivore” for the rest of the day. 3 meals total.
