Coughing for Weeks? Healthline Still Clueless

The website ‘healthline,’ as in a direct line to destroy your health, recently posted an article called “Why Am I Still Coughing Weeks After Getting Over a Cold?

Well, the short and simple answer is that, if you are still experiencing symptoms after several weeks, you are still healing from whatever ails you. And if the symptoms linger for weeks, you are not assisting your body, but working against it, likely by eating shitty and toxic foods, exposing your body to toxins on a daily basis, stressing and not resting, and/or not getting enough quality sleep.

So, with that in mind, let’s see what the clueless bunch of monkeys at healthline has to say.

They begin the article with a list of bullet points, which kind of summarizes their pseudo-scientific stance on the issue.

  • “Post-infectious coughs are very common, affecting 11%-25% of adults.”

If you say so, but it has nothing to do with “infections.” The ludicrous idea of infections, that something is “invading” us, was invented by the corrupt medical establishment and their unproven and retarded “germ theory.” If that actually could happen, all life on Earth would have died out long ago.

What these idiots call “bacterial infections” are actually bacteria assisting us to break down toxins and damaged cells so we can expel them through phlegm (coughing,) snot (runny nose,) and our feces.

Simply put, an “overrepresentation” of bacteria in some area of your body is the result of a detoxification and/or healing process in that tissue. The bacteria is there to assist. It’s not the cause of the problem, it’s the solution.
I covered this many times.

  • “They occur due to the inflammation and mucus production caused by the infection.”

No, that is the inverted, the backwards thinking of the medical establishment’s pseudo-science. Anyone should know that inflammation is the response of healing and detoxification taking place in tissue, which has nothing to do with an “infection.” You cannot get “infected” by anything. That’s is biologically impossible. You can only get exposed to toxins, poisons, and similar stressors, or when exposed to trauma and other emotional triggers your body strengthen parts of the body with extra cell growth that later needs to be broken down once the perceived threat and danger is over (when the trauma/conflict has been resolved.) These are the only scenarios when detoxification and/or healing occurs and when you show symptoms. And again, symptoms are from the detoxification and/or healing process. As long as symptoms are present, you are still in a recovery phase and that has to finish on its own.

  • “Post-infectious coughs will go away on their own.”

The coughs will go away once the detoxification process or the healing of the tissues involved has been finished.

  • “However, over-the-counter medications can ease your symptoms.”

So, now you’re pushing dangerous and damaging drugs, are you? Frikkin’ imbeciles. Yes, “medications” and “drugs,” or even “natural” remedies, might ease the symptoms, but what does that mean? Well, if you actually have a working brain and can add one and two together, you understand that if the symptoms lessen, that also means that the detoxification process or the healing process has been slowed down. And if the symptoms suddenly disappear, that means that the detoxification process or the healing process has stopped.

So, if you had symptoms from your recovery for days and you take a drug or a remedy and the symptoms suddenly disappear, what do you think happened? Do you really believe that taking something unnatural miraculously eliminated and healed everything you’ve been struggling with in just a few minutes or an hour?
Of course not, that would be ridiculous! What happened was that whatever you took was toxic and presented a new and immediate threat that had to be eliminated and thus it interfered with the ongoing detoxification process or the healing process, and it was shut down as the new threat took priority, hence the fact that the symptoms of these processes disappeared. That is simple and unquestionable logic. If symptoms disappear, the healing stopped.

And if you stop the detoxification process or the healing process before it’s finished, it means that your body is still compromised and whatever is causing it will continue to do so until the next time your body will make a new attempt to detoxify or heal itself. And if you do the same thing again, and again, and again… Well, then you are causing tremendous buildups of toxins and damaged tissue which will cause real problems such as cancer/tumors, organ failure, and cardiovascular diseases.

  • “If your cough lingers or you have other symptoms, you should see a healthcare professional.”

No, they have no frikkin’ clue about anything. They are indoctrinated sheep of the enslavement system. If your symptoms linger, it means that your body is struggling to detoxify and/or heal, and in simple terms, that you are not assisting your body in the process.

As the rest of the article is simply pseudo-science nonsense, regurgitating the retarded and unproven germ, virus, and infection model, there is no use in commenting on it any further. Instead, let’s summarize.

When you experience symptoms, you need to assist your body. We who follow our natural species-appropriate, species-specific diet of only animal-based foods, as humans are obligate hyper carnivores — we seldom get symptoms for more than a few hours, as we efficiently detoxify 24/7.
If your diet is only slightly compromised, as you consuming some edible crap from the plant kingdom, but still consume a lot of meat, then you should fast as soon as you notice any symptoms. If you still eat meat and/or eggs, you should not have any noticeable nutrition deficiencies, and you should be able to handle a couple of days of fasting without problems. And fasting is the best way to assist your body’s detoxification, healing, and recovery processes.
In nature, any wild animal that get poisoned or hurt/injured seek shelter, and then they just lie there and fast without eating or drinking anything until recovered.

However, if you have been fooled like a little gullible child into consuming mostly plant-based slave kibble, you need to nourish your body with meat, animal fats, organ meats, and perhaps some eggs for a few days. If symptoms are still present after a few days, then you can fast until recovered.

And when recovered, make sure that you eat animal-based foods like a real human and stop playing into the hands of your slave masters.
