Fat Loss Made Simple – Forget About Calories and Cardio

In October 2006, almost 16 years ago, I wrote an extremely controversial, yet very important article called ‘Cardio Sucks’ for the Swedish leading Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine ‘Body.’ It actually did some impact on clueless athletes and coaches here in Sweden, but in the big scenario of things, not much has changed since I wrote that and countless of other articles on similar topics. I still see people focusing on the completely wrong things, …

New Dry Fasting Experiment and Life Update

This Thursday, after an early push-dominant workout and a post workout meal of raw fermented liver and some beef, I started yet another Dry Fast. The goal this time around is 5 to 6 days of not eating or drinking. As you might know, I did a 78-hours Dry Fast from April 23 to April 26, and before that I did 3 days with 2 day of dry fasting between April 18 and April 21. …

A Quick Recap from the +3 days of Dry Fasting

Last week I fasted 3 days with 2 days of dry fasting (no liquids at all.) This week I did a 3-days and 6-hours Dry Fast (78-hours total.) The bad photo in the mirror was taken this morning after one small meal, some water and a pull-dominant workout and a few sets of arms, sipping on whey hydrolysate. As a contrast, to show that I’m not actually as fat as I look on the …

Dry Fasting – The Best way to Fast? Part 2 of 2

In the first part we looked at the differences between a ‘water fast’ and a ‘dry fast,’ and we also looked at autophagy and metabolic pathways. In this part we will continue with going deeper into the body’s ability to manufacture its own endogenous metabolic water and also look at detoxification and how it works. The first part: Body fat turned into water Water makes up 10% of the contents in fat cells while …

Dry Fasting – The Best way to Fast? Part 1 of 2

We’ve been told by the lying establishment and the Rockefeller pseudoscience of ‘modern medicine’ that fasting is starvation and therefore bad. Of course, anyone who have looked into it know that fasting is the best and quickest way to detoxify and heal pretty much anything, and most importantly, a way to extend your lifespan. However, among those who know this, we still have people telling us that ‘dry fasting’ is bad and dangerous. This …

August 7, 2021. Fasting update – 117 hours, 42 minutes

I started on Monday, at about 10am, and broke the fast today, Saturday morning at 7.42am. That’s 4 days and almost 22 hours. The reason I didn’t go a full 5 days or more was simply that I wanted to hit the gym again, and I felt I needed something as a pre-workout. So, I ended the fast with a tablespoon of fish roe, followed by a small 40-gram whey shake and some rice cakes. …

August 2, 2021. Another fast coming up!

The temperature has dropped quite a bit during the last couple of days. From about 27C (83F) to 16C (60F) and inside in my apartment from about 31C (88F) to 23C (73F), so I’m sleeping a bit better and have more energy. My previous fast last week was meant to be around 5 days, but ended after 3. So, I decided to do two in short succession. I will begin my second fast today, …

July 28, 2021. Training and Fasting Update.

Photo from this morning at 77.0 kg body weight, after about 68 hours of fasting. Yep, the fast lasted for only 69 hours or so. My head was in it, but not my body. Not in this already draining heat and the lack of sleep I’ve been experiencing for the last two months. Still, I do feel better after the fast and I have been improving at the gym all late spring and summer. …

The most educated people are the most indoctrinated

This is very true and I see it all around me. As for myself, I had to ‘unlearn” more than 17 years of “modern” medical studies, throw away the false germ theory, unlearn most of almost 30 years of nutritional study and much more. I had to face death to realize the truth of the terrain theory, the logic behind German New Medicine, and the power of fasting and animal-based nutrition to heal myself. …

January 26, 2021. Short Fasting Update! And Q&A

I broke my fast yesterday evening, after 78 hours. Why? I desperately longed for hitting the weights again and my foot felt a lot better. So, yesterday evening I had a whey protein drink with raw milk and heavy cream followed by steak and eggs. This morning, all I had was a pre-workout with 20 grams of slow-acting carbohydrates and 20 grams of essential amino acids. The photo was taken about 30 minutes after the …
