Today we return to controlled opposition Dr. Axe of Ancient Nutrition, who with the latest article published on his website, written by the clueless Rachael Link, want you to continuously relapse into illness and bad health, so they can sell you on different diets and supplements.
Rachael Link, MS, RD, which apparently stands for “Most Stupid and Retarded Dietician,” begins her article with some grains of truth, only to spiral off into the lies and deceit of the medical establishment and their pseudo-science of the ridiculous germ theory.
“Inflammation as a bodily function is not necessarily a bad thing. When the body is injured or ill, the lymphatic (immune) system springs into action, bringing the immune system’s army of white blood cells to the area of concern via increased blood flow.
With the increased attention to the area, there might also be swelling, redness, heat, and pain or discomfort. You’ve probably seen this inflammatory response in action, as a cut or scrape becomes hot and puffy around the wound while the extra blood runs. Inflammation, in a healthy body, is the normal and effective response that facilitates healing.”
Well, inflammation in itself is not a bad thing, as it’s a natural response to either detoxification and/or healing, as in tissue repair. It’s simply a name for the accumulation of blood and fluids to an area as a result of the healing process.
As inflammation is a symptom of the healing process, it means that you have done something to cause that damage in the first place, and that ‘something’ was a bad thing that you need to acknowledge and stop doing.
With that said, we do not have an immune system. There is not something invading our bodies, nor is there an “immune response.” It’s simply a healing response with white blood cells and similar bodily structures, such as for example globulins, aiding the healing process.
“When the immune system overreaches and begins attacking healthy body tissues, we’re met with an autoimmune disorder like leaky gut and inflammation in otherwise healthy areas of the body. Inflammatory effects also are linked to arthritis and fibromyalgia symptoms, as well as celiac and irritable bowel disease (IBD).”
No, there is no such thing as an “autoimmune disorder.” Your body will never attack itself, that is completely retarded. I explained this in my article on cancer, where your body forms tumors to either incapsulate toxins or upregulate cells to better handle toxic high levels of blood glucose to limit the damage to more sensitive tissues. Your body will do whatever it can to keep you alive, even if it at times might seem like it’s working against you, but that is because of your limited understanding of human physiology, of nature, and of life itself.
Chronic inflammation, as in for example leaky gut, is something as simple as damage done by consuming a diet that is not compatible with human physiology, as in plant-foods, processed man-made foods, and especially damaging fiber, while your body is too weak and malnourished to heal properly and to keep up with the abuse — thus there will be a lingering healing response as your body continuously tries to heal, as in chronic inflammation.
“For diseases that aren’t autoimmune, inflammation can still play a part as the body continuously tries to heal the tissues in a given area. Asthma creates inflamed airways, inflammation related to diabetes affects insulin resistance and so on.”
There you go. That first sentence is exactly what happens. However, there is no such thing as “autoimmune,” that is a scapegoat, a red herring, as they dare not reveal that the toxic plant-based and highly processed and ‘fortified’ slave-food garbage that the sleeping masses consumes is the real reason for disease.
And asthma is also a response of toxicity and sometimes mental biological conflicts and programs, as mentioned in German New Medicine. I was sickly as a child and was diagnosed with asthma at around 5-years of age. When I almost died in early 2018, at 44-years old, from toxicity that had turned most of my leg into a tumor and with organs failing, I turned it all around, and I also healed my life-long asthma and allergies when I adopted our species-appropriate carnivorous diet and utilized both water-fasting, and especially dry fasting. After only 8 weeks of being raw carnivore followed by 9 days of mostly dry fasting, I could throw away all my asthma- and allergy medications and my ability to oxygenate my body was better than ever before. My physical health is now on par with an active 25-year-old, and I’m only 2 weeks away from my 50th birthday.
“Despite the connection between inflammation and prevalent diseases, as well as the connection between diet and inflammation that we’ll explore, diet isn’t always analyzed in response to inflammation.”
Diet isn’t analyzed because it’s the main cause of disease, and thus the inflammation response, which the backward-thinking retarded medical community focuses on, instead of looking for the cause of inflammation, as in the cause of the damage being done.
“In a 2014 study on diet and IBD, 33 percent of the patients in the study opted against the proposed anti-inflammatory diet. All of the patients who participated and consumed anti-inflammatory foods found enough relief that they were able to discontinue at least one of their medications.”
I won’t even comment on the “33” percent. Those who know, knows.
As inflammation is a natural physical response to healing, as blood and fluids accumulate to aid in tissue detoxification and repair — if you reduce inflammation or stop it, it means that you reduced or stopped the healing! This is such simple logic that it’s mind-blowing that not more people understand this.
If you instead remove some or all of the factors that damage and/or poison you, while nourishing the body, inflammation will slowly ease up and then it will disappear when the healing is done. This can take weeks, months, or even years depending on how much damage and/or toxins that your body need to deal with.
Whenever you get a quick relief, it is because the healing slowed down or stopped. And that is NEVER a good thing, it means that the damage is still there and it will continue to accumulate, putting your health at even greater risk.
Anti-Inflammatory Diet
“While today’s modern diet may provide beneficial protection from micro- and macronutrient deficiencies, our over abundance of calories and the macronutrients that compose our diet may all lead to increased inflammation, reduced control of infection, increased rates of cancer, and increased risk for allergic and auto-inflammatory disease.”
No, today’s modern diet does nothing to “protect” you from micro- and macronutrient deficiencies. It’s the exact opposite, unless you get some animal-based food several times a week, and even then, anything that is not animal fat or animal protein, or the produce of an animal is toxic and will hurt you. However, a lot of people only have meat a few times a week, and that is not sustainable in the long run, hence the extreme development/outbreak of “modern diseases” in the last 100 years (after the food-industry revolution.)
“To move toward an anti-inflammatory diet and anti-inflammatory foods, we must primarily move away from the abundance of overly processed, unbalanced diets of the West and toward the ancient eating patterns of the Mediterranean. A Mediterranean diet comprises plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, little to no red meat, certainly no chemicals or meat additives, and an abundance of omega-3 foods.”
Rachael, are you this stupid and misinformed, or are you simply lying? The overhyped and always lied about “Mediterranean diet” consists mainly of fish, raw milk, butter, cheese, eggs, some meat from sheep/lamb and beef, and then some toxic vegetables, fruits and bread. It’s a shitty diet, but still better than the westernized modern diet, as it actually has more meat and less processed man-made foods.
Also, just because inflammation may be lower in people with similar “disease patterns” and who follow the “Mediterranean diet” does not mean that it’s anti-inflammatory, it means that it provides a little more nutrition and perhaps less toxins, so the damage isn’t as great, and the body can actually keep up and heal.
However, if someone who normally consume a lot of processed crap tries to incorporate some of the vegetables and fruit, or even switch to something that resembles what this quack Rachael suggested, it will only add to the toxic load, especially as it will introduce new plant-toxins and increase the extremely damaging fiber intake, which the person is not used to. This will upset the microbiome and introduce new toxins that the body does not really know how to handle. Thus, this new stress will add upon what is already going on, and the healing will temporarily shut down because of the new immediate threat being presented. The result will be that the person feels a little bit better for a while, until the body settles with the new threat, return to a status quo, and yet again begin to try to heal. And when that happens, that person will either turn to another diet, or try even harder, or add in toxic supplements, and the circle repeats – being relieved of the healing symptoms for a while until the body desperately tries again.
And with that strategy, only attacking the symptoms, as in inflammation, without addressing the real problems, you have created a customer for life — just like Big Pharma does with its drugs and medicines. Someone who temporarily gets better only to fall right back into despair months or years later. Someone who comes back for more “advice,” buying into new diet fads and expensive and totally worthless supplements, cleanses, or whatever.
So, with that said, there is no use in continuing tearing apart her atrocious article, as the only thing left was her idiotic and nonsensical list of foods that “lowers inflammation.” And that list was, of course, a list of plant-based foods such as green leafy vegetables, bok choy, celery, beets, broccoli, blueberries, pineapple, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, ginger, and so on. Some of the most toxic and damaging foods for humans you can find. No wonder they temporarily shut down the healing processes.
The only way to actually heal your body is to remove as much as possible of what is damaging it, as in all plant-based, processed, and man-made foods, and also contact with chemicals and other environmental toxins, and then assist the body by nourishing it, something that is only possible with animal-based foods such as meat, organ meats, animal fat, and animal produce such as eggs and raw milk. The most important nutrients for healing are saturated fats and cholesterol, as in animal fat. Always chose fatty cuts of ruminant meat, some butter or ghee, and egg yolks. Add in some organ meats a few times a month, and you will be golden. Then, once you have been feeding your body for a month or so, you can experiment with fasting to accelerate the healing process. It’s not more complicated than this.
And if you need help with transitioning from your current way of eating to our natural species-appropriate, species-specific way of eating, or if you need help with specific healing, I’m available for both coaching and consultation.
