Today we will revisit the shill Dr. Axe and his staff of writers. And as a gatekeeper, as in hiding and covering up the truth about human nutrition, that humans are obligate hyper carnivores, Dr. Axe do publish some decent articles at times, even if they’re few and far apart. One of these was a review by Joe Boland of a recent study showing that the nutrition in eggs will help against invented “diseases” such as Alzheimer’s.
Still being a study into the pharmaceutical industry’s money-making scheme of diseases, you can count on some misinformation and misdirections. So, let’s see what this study was all about and how Joe Boland handled it.
“Alzheimer’s disease is a growing concern as populations age worldwide, and with a focus on longevity and healthy aging in the natural wellness space taking center stage, research has ramped up to explore the potential role of diet in preventing or slowing the progression of this neurodegenerative disorder. A new study published in the Journal of Nutrition suggests that a common breakfast staple — eggs — might play a protective role against Alzheimer’s and dementia.”
Yes, due to the internet, some people have become more aware that the diet plays a crucial role in “diseases.” And this is also where they, the elite with their food- and pharmaceutical industry, really have increased their efforts of misdirection, disinformation, and deceit over the years. It began long ago with introducing two invented fields of “science,” as in “medical science” and “nutrition science” — both of which were fabricated by the elite families and their puppets running the food-, medical-, and pharmaceutical industry. They wanted to divert the public, and especially scientists and researchers from the established fields of physiology, biology, microbiology, and biochemistry by introducing and setting up their own fields of science as the new norm, fields of science that was completely backwards and complete lies serving their agendas and their money making industries.
And that is where we are today, a few generations later, where everyone thinks that “nutrition science” is real and the only “scientific” authority, when in reality it is all lies and a complete waste of time. I know, I spent almost 30 years studying and working in that field — including 17 years of studying “modern medicine” and pharmacology. I know all their lies inside and out, and once you see the truth and go back to physiology, biology, microbiology, and biochemistry, looking at how the human body actually works, everything they claim is extremely easy to debunk.
“Considering the wide-ranging health benefits of eggs, it should come as no surprise that they’re among the best brain-boosting foods and thus can help protect cognition into old age.”
You get some extra points for that statement. Eggs, just like organ meats, are one of nature’s superfoods — it contains everything to sustain and grow a life.
Study Findings: Eggs Might Help Prevent Alzheimer’s
“This study investigated the association between egg consumption and the risk of Alzheimer’s dementia in older adults. The researchers analyzed data from 1,024 participants in the Rush Memory and Aging Project, with a mean age of 81.38 years.
Over a mean follow-up period of 6.7 years, they found that consuming more than one egg per week was associated with a 47% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s dementia compared to those who ate less.”
Considering that one egg a week is extremely little, that is some interesting results, but hardly surprising. When my dad had a stroke two years ago, he was mentally gone for months as he was shuttled between hospitals and recovery homes being fed bread and jelly. Once he got an apartment at a retirement home and I could instruct the personnel to feed him five eggs every day, as they are allowed to buy some own groceries to complement the bad food they are served, he recovered in weeks and was soon his old self again. I’ve seen this many times with elderly people I’ve helped. People with “diagnosed” dementia and cognitive problems that simply healed up and disappeared in weeks after adjusting their diet, adding in more animal fats and cholesterol.
“The study, conducted as part of the Rush Memory and Aging Project, revealed some intriguing findings:
- 280 participants — 27.3% — were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s dementia.
- As noted above, participants who consumed more than one egg per week had a 47% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s dementia compared to those who ate less.
- The protective effect was similar for those eating two or more eggs per week.
- Analysis of brain autopsies from 578 deceased participants showed that higher egg intake was associated with a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease pathology in the brain.
- Importantly, the researchers found that dietary choline, a nutrient abundant in egg yolks, mediated about 39% of the protective effect against Alzheimer’s dementia.
Eggs also contain omega-3 fatty acids and lutein, two nutrients that have been associated with supporting and protecting brain health.”
It’s interesting that the researchers focused on already popular compounds such as omega-3 and lutein, things that you should only be getting from animal-based foods, as they are extremely toxic if supplemented. Same with choline, an essential nutrient that once was considered a member of the B vitamin complex, as in B4. And as you know, all “vitamins” when supplemented in a synthetic form are extremely toxic and will do a lot of damage to your body, simply poisoning you. And that is usually the problem with studies like these, dieticians, nutritionists, health care personnel, and people in general will turn to supplements instead of consuming eggs and more animal-based food, which means that they will damage themselves further, making more money for the supplement- and pharmaceutical industry, and of course for the healthcare system.
“Ultimately, the study authors concluded: These findings suggest that frequent egg consumption is associated with a lower risk of Alzheimer’s dementia and AD pathology, and the association with Alzheimer’s dementia is partially mediated through dietary choline.”
While choline, lutein, and omega-3 fatty acids play important roles in brain health, the most important nutrient is that of cholesterol, what our cells are made of, and the main component of the eukaryotic membranes. I’ve established, in previous articles, that dementia and most cognitive “diseases” are the results of a starving brain, that of a diet lacking in animal fats and especially cholesterol.
And this takes us back to square one, that of hiding the truth that humans are obligate hyper carnivores, that we need a lot of animal fats and cholesterol to be healthy. They will always focus on other aspects, that are less important, than to admit to this.
Without adequate cholesterol, all the choline, lutein, or omega-3 fatty acids you could ever get will not make a difference.
Other Benefits of Eggs
“1. Nutrient density
Eggs are rich in high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals, such as selenium, riboflavin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, vitamin A and folate.”
Correct. And to add to this, all nutrients are fully bioavailable and thus easily absorbed by humans in contrast to any plant-based food that has zero bioavailability.
“2. Brain health
Choline is crucial for brain development and function, and research shows that eating more eggs is associated with slower rates of memory decline. Choline, in particular, has been associated with improved cognitive performance and a lower risk of dementia in other studies.”
Again, you focus on choline, a minor part of brain health. I’m not sure if this is due to ignorance and lack of understanding, or if it’s intentional. Likely the latter, considering that Dr. Axe is a shill for the food industry and you’re not allowed to mention the crucial importance of animal fats and cholesterol.
Other nutrients that are important for brain health include N-Acetylcysteine (NAC,) Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10,) and all the B vitamins. Will you focus on any of these next, while ignoring saturated fats and cholesterol? Also, all of these listed nutrients can only be found in their full and functional form in animal-based foods. Again, it’s no secret why people in general, that follow a heavy plant-based and processed diet, develop brain fatigue, memory problems, and simply become dumbed down. Not to mention vegans that become seriously mentally ill. It’s all about the food, the bioavailability, and the nutrients.
“3. Eye health
Eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which may help prevent age-related eye disorders.”
Correct. However, the most damaging thing that exists for the eyes is blood glucose elevated above normal physiological levels (as maintained by gluconeogenesis,) as in after consuming carbohydrates. So, again, another fool proof evidence that humans are meant to run on a fat metabolism, as we are carnivores. We should not consume carbohydrates or any kind of plant-based edible unless facing extreme emergency, such as starvation.
It’s interesting that websites like these only mention some nutrient that might help with a health issue, but they never mention what the largest causes to these health issues comes from, so that you can either reverse it or avoid it in the first place.
Simply consuming a few eggs while continuing with consuming carbohydrates, plant-based crap, and other processed food will only serve as a band-aid, extending the time a little bit until something goes wrong.
Again, the only way to reverse health issues, to heal, is to adopt our natural human and species-appropriate, species-specific diet. And that is something they will never tell you, because if they do, it’s game over for the entire food industry, the medical community and the pharmaceutical industry. And that is also how you know that they are shills. Anyone posing as a rebel or a truther that does not present this simple information that humans are obligate hyper carnivores is either a brainwashed idiot or a shill, as in controlled opposition, a government gatekeeper — and such people should not be given any bit of your time.
“4. Weight management
The protein in eggs can help increase feelings of fullness.”
This is due to being very nutritious and providing some high quality protein.
How to Consume More Eggs
Well, you eat them, preferably with a runny yolk as heat can reduce and even destroy some nutrients.
“1. Aim for at least one to two eggs per week, based on the study findings.”
No, aim for at least two eggs a day. And if you want to heal fast, eat as many as you can daily. I, personally, consume 6 to 8 eggs a day, year-round. When training a bit harder at the gym, I can easily double that.
And the elderly I’ve helped has averaged 2 to 4 eggs a day, and those with more severe problems, 5 to 6 eggs a day until better, then a maintenance of at least 2 eggs a day, or 8 to 14 a week, distributed as conveniently.
“2. Incorporate eggs into various meals”
Yes, preferable in your last meal for the day, which should be 4 to 6 hours before bed time to provide essential nutrients while you get into a fasted state during sleep, where you detox, heal, and repair.
“3. Try different cooking methods to keep things interesting: poached, baked or in egg-based dishes like shakshuka.”
No, you can cook the egg white any way you like, but keep the yolk raw or runny. All the essential nutrients are present within the yolk, and again, heat will damage some nutrients.
“4. If you have concerns about cholesterol, consult with your health care provider about the appropriate egg intake for your individual health needs.”
And there it comes, the shilling and gate keeping. Again, your body controls the release of cholesterol into the bloodstream. You can manufacture some cholesterol if you have the building blocks, and some are released from the food you eat. And cholesterol is needed for all kinds of cellular repair. So, if cholesterol levels are higher than what is considered “normal” it is because your body is trying to heal something.
And, if your cholesterol levels suddenly spiked when you began eating animal-based foods, it’s because your diet was so extremely bad before that you could not manufacture enough cholesterol to keep up with the healing needed to be done. But now that you actually get some cholesterol from food, your body can finally heal itself, hence increase levels of cholesterol. Extremely simple, extremely logical. And I’ve covered this in-depth before in many articles.
“Remember, while this study shows promising results, it’s important to maintain a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle for overall brain health and Alzheimer’s prevention.”
More shilling, as Dr. Axe is heavily plant-based, which is pure evil. A “balanced” diet is extremely unhealthy. Again, humans are obligate hyper carnivores. The only way for any animal, including humans, to be healthy, is to consume foods that are species-appropriate.
To conclude, this was a mixed bag of some hand picked truths and a lot of covering up and deceit. Still, the message about eggs is good. But cooking them, as suggested by the author, will make them a lot less nutritious.
If you want to be healthy and live as long as possible, the only way is to adopt our species-appropriate carnivorous diet.
