Eat This, Not That: Worst of the Worst?

This review was a request by some of my readers.

When looking at ranking websites based on traffic provided by Google Analytics, the website “” recently climbed from rank 8 to rank 3 at the beginning of this year with a monthly 11.6 million visitors within the category of “Nutrition Diets and Fitness” in the US.

While I’m not sure if this was due to heavy bot-induced traffic brought on by their Freemasonic funding, or if most people are this extremely gullible and lost, it is worrying as this particular website is filled with extremely outdated information and pseudo-science. It’s one of the worst websites I stumbled upon in a long time. Their “information” is criminally dangerous.

Let’s take a quick look at their two most important sections of their website, the categories called “Healthy Eating” and “Weigh Loss.”

Healthy Eating

Good nutrition requires knowing the best information about healthy eating habits, understanding your nutrition labels, and knowing how to avoid diet pitfalls. Our tips and in-depth features about eating better are guided by expert nutritionists and dietitians.”

Well, if your “food” comes with a ‘nutrition label,’ it’s not a natural food, it’s a highly processed man-made money-grabbing toxic food substitute. Something you should not touch, much less put down your gullet. And understanding healthy eating habits is actually very simple. Humans are obligate hyper carnivores. That means that we are physiologically constructed to eat and thrive on other animals, as in animal fat, meat, organ meats, eggs, and occasionally the produce of animals, such as raw milk. Anything else than what we are constructed for is contraindicated to our species, and anything from the plant kingdom is very toxic and damaging to our health. This is extremely easy to understand, and thus make your food choices as easy as A, B, and C.

Now, looking at their “healthy eating” category, you are presented with some of their latest articles and they all follow this extreme faulty pseudo-science, of which much has already been debunked by their own “scientists,” however, that information is only available if you can wade through all the garbage in government archives and actually know what you are looking for. To the public however, the same old dogma is being propagandized and repeated through highly brainwashed and retarded ‘nutritionists,’ ‘dieticians,’ ‘coaches’ and websites like “”

There is not one single evidence in any literature that humans need ‘monounsaturated’ and/or ‘polyunsaturated’ fats, which should be quite obvious at they do not naturally occur in our bodies or in the food of carnivores. As for fats, humans only consist of saturated fat and cholesterol – which means that is what we need to consume. Simple logic.

Also, these ‘monounsaturated’ and ‘polyunsaturated’ fats are extremely unstable as they become rancid the moment they are exposed to oxygen, heat and/or light. As soon as you remove the fat, or more precisely, the oil from its natural source, it will become rancid and thus extremely toxic. You can only get these fats somewhat unharmed by consuming the whole food that contains them. But still, they are not needed in human physiology and they do contribute to a lot of diseases, including cardiovascular disease, especially if combined with toxic carbohydrates, as found in every single plant-based slave food. Humans should only consume animal fats.

This should not be a problem if you eat according to your species, as meat, organ meats, and eggs are very rich in protein.
In the article, they actually mention eggs, and then ‘protein powder,’ which might be warranted if you are an athlete who carries a lot of muscle mass, otherwise it’s totally unnecessary. Simply eat the foods you are supposed to eat, as in animal-based foods. It’s not complicated.

No, these are parts of plants and even highly processed extracts, never found in such quantities in nature. It’s extremely unnatural and very damaging. Often, these compounds are the defense chemicals of the plant, and thus extremely toxic and harmful. I covered this in many articles.

If you need to take or drink something to help you poop, there is something very wrong with your diet. Likely, you consume damaging fiber and toxic carbohydrates.

According to a “dietician?” Oh jeez. Well, no “weight-loss” diet is ‘sustainable’ in the long run, as a “weight loss diet” requires you to eat less food, which ultimately results in severe nutrient deficiencies — and even more so if you follow the retarded diets listed in this article, which are mostly based on useless plan-based crap, as in substitute foods that we cannot really extract any nutrients from at all.

The only sustainable diet is our natural species-appropriate, species-specific diet of animal-based foods. And as it will provide all the nutrients you need and remove all the toxicity from non-human foods, it will reset your hormones and metabolism, making you lose fat until you reach your natural weight. This can be sped-up by utilizing some fasting, which is the best way to use body fat as energy while also healing and detoxing. I covered this many times.

Since humans are obligate hyper carnivores and we have this extremely useful process known as ‘gluconeogenesis’ where we manufacture glucose in exact amounts as we need it, our natural and preferred state is to be in ketosis, as in using fat and ketones for fuel – while the process of gluconeogenesis takes care of the few tissues that require some glucose. So, if you understand this simple premise, then you also understand that you should only consume animal fats and animal protein. And you only need so much protein, and consuming too much protein will simply lead to the protein being broken down into glucose, which is not ideal. So, the least amount of fat that you need is about 0.75 grams to every gram of protein. Ideally, 1 gram or more of fat for every gram of protein is much better. If you need 200 grams of protein, you should aim for 200 grams or more of fat.

And as for fat loss, if needed, that will come naturally if you eat according to your species until your reach your normal ‘set-point’ body weight. No need to cut down on food. If it goes to slow for your liking, simply do some fasting. Never compromise with your nutrition. Less food means less nutrients and a greater risk to become malnourished.

And all this misinformation is hurting people and dramatically shortening their life-spans, and even worse, their quality of life.
