Is Being Sedentary Really That Bad? It Depends on Your Diet

Today we return to the shill and disinformation agent Dr. Axe, who seems to be pushing a lot of toxic and nutritionally poor plant-based foods as of lately on his atrocious website. Being a gatekeeper of the “nutrition science” lie, this is not surprising, and neither is the latest article on a sedentary lifestyle and possible health risks. They have always been pushing for ‘exercise’ as a band-aid for poor nutrition — a way to hide the truth and the real cause of almost all modern diseases, as in processed plant-based foodstuff.

Let’s see how Dr. Axe and the writer of this article, Leah Zerbe, tries to twist the truth and hide the facts.

While it might feel more comfortable to kick back in an armchair than take a walk around the neighborhood, living a sedentary lifestyle has a direct, negative effect on our health and wellness. It’s why we’re seemingly always tired, always stressed and always struggling to maintain a healthy weight as a society.”

Being physically tired, feeling drained and mentally fatigued, feeling stressed, and having problems maintaining a healthy body weight are all effects of a toxic highly processed diet void of bioavailable- and essential nutrients. Exercise has very little to do with this. It’s only a quick fix as you release some fight or flight hormones and temporarily increase your usage and uptake of blood glucose, as in clearing out all those toxic, unnecessary and idiotic carbohydrates you have been consuming.

Americans spend more than 70 percent of time awake each day sitting. How does not moving regularly take a toll on our health? The World Health Organization estimates that a lack of physical activity is associated with 3.2 million deaths a year.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a weaponized institution, linked to the totalitarian world government United Nations. They were formed to work against human health and humanity as a whole — making sure that people stay ignorant and deceived, and that inverted science prevails. Simply quoting them shows that you are a government shill, a puppet of the elite, a tool of the food- and pharmaceutical industry.

With that said, hiding the fact that the modern diet with processed plant-based foods are killing us behind a ‘lack of physical activity’ is a clever strategy. Especially since most people are too lazy and do not want to find the time to exercise — as they feel too busy or stressed out to do so, so nothing will change, and they can continue blaming people for being lazy. And those who exercise will delay some of the bad effects from their retarded diet, so they think that they are doing the right thing.
They now use the same strategy with the climate agenda hoax, claiming that people get sick and die from either exposure to cold or heat. And on it goes, always avoiding the real reason, that of the modern processed plant-based diet.

Dangers

1. Heart disease
Sitting for too long means your muscles aren’t burning as much fat as they could be and your blood is flowing through your body at a slower pace, giving fatty acids a better chance of clogging your heart — which can lead to coronary heart disease.

The level of ignorance and stupidity. I’m ashamed that I once was a part of this establishment and that I actually believed in some of this stuff.
Fatty acids are our main fuel, you idiot. If you eat food that is species-specific, food that we are meant to consume, as in animal fats, this can never be a problem. We are constructed to have a steady supply of fatty acids in our blood from such foods — or from the breakdown of our own fat tissue. What we are constructed for will not hurt us, ever. That is simple physiology.

With that said, what will cause clogging and cardiovascular disease is an unnatural supply of unsaturated fatty acids, as in vegetable/seed oils, and unnatural rises of blood glucose, as in consuming toxic carbohydrates. I’ve covered this at length in many, many articles.
So, again, if you consume a toxic and idiotic diet that contains carbohydrates and fatty acids from plants, exercise will function as a band-aid, as it will temporarily use some of these toxic fatty acids and elevated blood sugar as fuel.
But again, the root cause is not ‘lack of physical activity’, the root cause of clogging and cardiovascular disease is an unnatural non-human diet. This should not even have to be explained.

2. Diabetes risk
When you’re not moving, your body isn’t using as much blood sugar, and that’s not a good thing. A study of more than 80,000 people found each hour they spent watching TV increased their risk of developing diabetes by 3.4 percent.”

Ok you little clown, do you realize what you just wrote? In someone who consumes a human-specific animal-based ketogenic diet, blood sugar is always maintained via gluconeogenesis at a precise and healthy level as many of our soft tissues are very sensitive to glucose, and elevated blood sugar levels will cause a lot of damage (which eventually leads to cardiovascular diseases, limb and artery damage, “insulin resistance” and “diabetes.”)

In other words, if you consume foods according to your species, blood sugar will never be an issue. It’s always perfectly controlled by your body. However, if you’re an idiot and consume carbohydrates, well, then you have a problem as blood glucose will be elevated, which is a very bad thing — and that is exactly what Axe and his colleagues admitted in their little text above.
Again, exercise will only function as a band-aid, temporarily lowering blood glucose. It’s not the lack of ‘physical activity’ that is the problem, it’s the diet, as in consuming carbohydrates. Again, this should not even have to be explained.

3. Reduced circulation
Remaining stationary for too long slows blood circulation to the legs, which can lead to swollen ankles, blood clots, swelling and pain. At the scarier end is deep vein thrombosis, when a blood clot forms in your legs. The clot can eventually break free and obstruct other parts of your body, including your lungs.”

Yes, moving a little every now and then is good for blood circulation and also the flow of lymph. However, swollen ankles and blood clots are the result of a bad non-human diet. Swelling is usually from the damage of long-term elevated blood glucose, as in consuming too much carbohydrates, as soft tissue surrounding the blood vessels, and the blood vessels themself take damage and fluid leaks out. It can also be from an electrolyte imbalance, as in not getting enough sodium and potassium, or getting them in totally skewed amounts, which often happens if you consume processed food. And blood clots are usually from the build-up of fatty acids from seed/vegetable oils and from plant defense chemicals such as oxalates that bind to calcium in the blood.
Again, exercise is simply a band-aid that might temporarily reduce swelling as some of the fluids are reabsorbed. However, the main problem remains, that of a bad diet.

4. Fuzzy thinking
Ironically, sitting down to work can actually lead to trouble concentrating. When we’re not moving, there’s less blood being pumped throughout our bodies, including our brains. This slows down our cognitive functions and leads to brain fog.

Ok, I can almost give you this one. Moving around a little every now and then improves blood circulation and also reduces temporary mental fatigue. However, what is important here is to be fat adapted, as in running on our natural fat-based metabolism, which is only possible by following an animal-based ketogenic diet. By doing so, you will always have fuel for your body and your brain, even if you fast for several days, not consuming any food at all.
With that said, if you’re a deceived sheep who consumes carbohydrates, you will be tired as soon as your body has desperately been fighting to lower your blood glucose back to normal levels, and as you’re not used to run on fat and ketones for energy, you will crash and feel tired, sluggish, and mentally fatigued. Someone who follows their species-appropriate diet can sit down and work for much longer periods of time without becoming tired. It’s like night and day.

5. Loss of muscle and bone strength
Forget flexing: We need our bodies to maintain lean muscle tissue so we can perform our daily tasks without hurting or taxing our bodies. With a sedentary lifestyle, that all changes. Ordinary events, like grocery shopping or picking things up, become much more difficult.

Yes, this is the only real concern for someone who is extremely sedentary. Still, someone who follows our species-appropriate carnivorous diet of animal-based foods will have optimal hormone levels, which is extremely muscle sparing and also helps to maintain your strength and bone mass. So, if you eat correctly, you do not need as much exercise or physical activity as you might think. You will be perfectly fine with doing some daily walking and/or a little work around the house.

However, if you consume the right foods you will have so much energy, drive, and enthusiasm about life that you will never be sedentary. So again, being really sedentary goes back to a poor diet making you unnaturally tired and lethargic.

6. Increased risk of cancer
The kicker with a sedentary lifestyle is that even if you exercise regularly, it might not be enough to combat all those hours you spend sitting at work or in the car. A review in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute analyzed 43 studies, totaling about 4 million people, that dealt with people’s sitting behavior and their incidences of cancer.

Again, cancer is our body’s last line of defense as you continue to poison it with a bad diet full of toxins and carbohydrates. I’ve covered cancer in-depth in several articles. And this goes back to the first points made in this article. All those health problems being caused by a bad and unnatural diet will eventually lead to cancer. And physical activity as such, is only a band-aid that might slow down the progression towards all of these ‘modern diseases.’

So, to conclude, physical activity is not a solution or even what is lacking when it comes to any of these health problems. It’s only a temporary band-aid that seems to improve the condition — a condition caused by a bad diet. And again, Dr. Axe shows his true colors as he tries his best to hide this obvious truth by recommending exercise instead of adopting our species-appropriate, species specific diet of animal-based foods.

If you have questions or need help with any health problems, or if you need help with transitioning to our natural species-appropriate carnivorous way of eating, I’m available for both coaching and consultation.
