Last week, in early September, my past and the lingering damage from the cancer, tumors, diabetes, and failing organs in 2017 caught up with me again, as I had a small blood clot in one of my external blood vessels on my right lower leg. So, I thought I would share that experience, what caused it, and expand on the subject of blood clots and preventable measures.
I first noticed a small redness and some minor itchy-like pain in my lower leg on Tuesday, and I dismissed it as an insect/mosquito bite, as we are currently invaded by mosquitos here in Sweden. By Wednesday, the area was a bit swollen, showing signs of edema, and the next night I woke up with real pain simply from my sheets touching the leg. At this point, the area was really swollen, discolored, hot to the touch, and really sensitive. After my usual morning dog walk it felt better, but after finishing my morning article and standing up again, the pain shot through the foot and upwards the leg, to my inner thigh. At that point, I was sure that it was Thrombophlebitis (inflammation of a vein) related to a blood clot (thrombus.)
So, to get a second opinion, I refused to see a doctor, as they are clueless and followers of pseudoscience and a false doctrine, and instead scheduled a meeting with a vascular specialist.
Now, it’s important to understand what a blood clot (thrombus) actually is. A blood clot usually consists of about 65% fibrin, a fibrous protein involved in the clotting of the blood, about 20% platelets, tiny blood cells that are made in the bone marrow from larger cells used to seal wounds, about 10% red blood cells, erythrocytes that carries oxygen, about 4% cholesterol, used to repair blood vessels and other cells, and about 1% white blood cells, who assist in producing sealing proteins when cells get damaged by poisons or toxins.
So, as you can see, cholesterol or saturated fat has absolutely nothing to do with blood clots or any other cardiovascular problems, just the opposite as they are needed for repair and healing. Blaming cholesterol is an old and debunked lie, yet a very profitable lie for the evil big pharma. Also, and this is very important, your body is constantly forming blood clots for repair and then dissolving them again, all day long, all throughout your life.
What is key in this process of forming and breaking down blood clots is the enzyme called ‘Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1’ (PAI-1.) Simply put, PAI-1 form blood clots by blocking the enzyme that keep your blood in a fluid-like state. In other words, wherever there is trauma or damage and small blood clots are needed for healing, your body increases the production of PAI-1, and when the job is done, the production shuts down and the other enzyme can do its job and breaks it down.
Usually, your body regulates the amount of PAI-1 in tissues perfectly depending on the situation. However, there are factors that can trigger an increase in PAI-1, which means that wherever in your body where you have trauma, as in compromised tissue, the levels of PAI-1 can get abnormally high, and the clots can get so big that they block most of, or even the entire, blood vessel.
So, in order to keep your cardiovascular system healthy and avoid blood clots we need to look at factors that increase the levels of PAI-1. Such increases are often seen in people with diabetes and/or metabolic syndrome, and in those with cancer, as in tumors. Also, women are overrepresented in fatal cases of blood clots. Now, the main factors are:
Vaccines, as the poisons break down tissue and interfere with pretty much anything in your body, including enzymes.
- Glucose, as in high levels of blood sugar from consuming too much carbohydrates.
- Insulin, as in high levels of insulin as your body desperately tries to clear your blood of damaging glucose from consuming carbohydrates.
- Cortisol, as in your stress hormone, releasing glucose from your liver, and also interacting with other hormones and enzymes.
- Estrogen, as in high level of the female hormone.
Chronically high levels of any, or all of these, will cause PAI-1 to increase abnormally, slowly causing permanent blood clots where repair is taking place.
As I met with the specialist, her first question was, “did you take the Covid-19 vaccine?” Of course not, I would never take a maiming cocktail of poisons for something that does not exist, yet I’m glad to see that a few specialists (and doctors,) who actually have a backbone, asks about this as they are well aware of the maiming and deadly risks of the vaccine.
After going through my history and doing an examination, we both agreed that the cause was likely the trauma from 2017 and 2018 with my tumors, where my body actually became diabetic (although I had been slightly diabetic for a few years previous,) my heart took a beating, and my thyroid, liver, and kidneys were close to shutting down. The specialist also thought that I might have a congenital sensitivity for increased PAI-1, as well as I have very pronounced vascularity from my previous 38 years with asthma and low oxygenation due to lung damage (that I healed in 2018.) Some of my veins on my lower legs also took a beating in 2017 when my body became extremely diabetic, hence the buildup of a clot due to my body trying to repair it.
Now, since early 2018 I’ve been fully carnivore, and I’ve reduced and healed the tumors, I healed my heart and organs, including my lungs and getting rid of my life-long asthma and allergies. All tests I’ve done now shows perfect scores, equivalent of a healthy man in his 20’s (at close to being 50 years old.) However, I’m still healing from the trauma in 2017/2018 as well as more than 30 years of taking toxic sport- and “health” supplements, as well as asthma medications, and if I have a sensitivity problem with PAI-1 as well as more healing to be done, things like this can happen.
To prevent the build-up of blood clots, and especially to prevent blood clots from forming or breaking lose and ending up in your lungs or heart, giving you a lung infection or a heart attack/stroke, you need to take a close look at the four points mentioned above. Stop consuming carbohydrates, they are contraindicated to the natural human diet. Reduce stress, stay away from stimulants such as caffeine, make sure you get plenty of animal fats and cholesterol, so your body actually can heal any damage done to blood vessels and other cells (or you might get chronical inflammation and if PAI-1 goes up, you’re guaranteed a blood clot.)
Apart from this, and what I will be doing much more regularly, is grounding. There is unanimous evidence in the literature that when you are grounded, the thickness, the viscosity of the blood, is reduced by a factor of three! That is extremely important. Your blood flows three times more easily when grounded, compared to when you are not.
I already have a grounded sheet on my bed since 2018, and I now make sure I have a grounding wrist-band attached when working at my computer. I will likely get a pair of grounding shoes as well, for when I walk in the woods.
Also, I will do another dry fast in a few days, to help the body with healing, and as a precaution, if there could be more old garbage sitting around, I’m currently taking a blood-thinner for a very limited time, until I’ve done my fasting.
That’s about it and I’m out of time for this morning. I might do a follow up and write more about this, as I probably forgot to mention a lot of things.
Until next time, take care and make sure you get plenty of meat and animal fats every single day. Stay healthy!
Pictures below.
This is my usual year-round vascularity since at least 20 years back.
After the clot had dissipated, an hour after meeting with the specialist. Very bloated and still some redness, especially along the vein where the clot was.
This morning, two days later, some of the edema and swelling gone.
