Obesity And Diabetes Does Not Cause Fatty Liver. Your Diet Does!

Today we return to the pharmaceutical shills and disinformation agents at Healthline and their attempt to break down “nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.” Well, first of all, it’s not a disease, it’s a condition developed from a non-human and very unnatural diet. So, let’s see what they have to say, and I’ll use my 30+ years of experience and understanding, backed by the real science found within the fields of physiology, biology, and biochemistry.

“You may be able to reverse nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by reducing your intake of certain foods, including those containing saturated and trans fat. Regular exercise and drinking alcohol in moderation may help.”

You start by lying right out of the gate. Saturated fats have nothing to do with fatty liver, as these animal fats are what we are made of, it’s our primary source of energy, and they play crucial roles in various biological processes.

Trans fats on the other hand are very toxic, and they are present in all industrial seed/vegetable based oils.

And “drinking alcohol in moderation”? What kind of advice is that? Alcohol is a very potent and damaging poison and should not be consumed by anyone, ever.

“Fatty liver disease occurs when an excess amount of fat is present in your liver. This can be due to several underlying conditions such as:

  • obesity
  • type 2 diabetes
  • excess alcohol intake”

Obesity and type 2 diabetes are causing fatty liver, you say? Such hogwash. Again, you lie by claiming that two separate conditions caused by a non-human diet is the cause of another condition, when in truth it is the same underlying problem that caused all three conditions — as in a non-human plant-focused diet high in carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils.

If we go through all available literature within biology, biochemistry, and physiology, the same conclusion has been reached — that “fatty liver disease,” just as obesity and type 2 diabetes, is a consequence of the same detrimental diet, characterized by excessive consumption of carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils.

You can never blame one disease or a condition for leading to another disease or condition. It’s always the underlying problem that caused the first disease that is likely causing the other diseases as well, as in a non-appropriate diet and high toxic load. Also, you have to consider medications/drugs (all toxic and totally useless,) environmental toxins, stress levels, and sleep quality. It all adds up — but all “modern diseases” and “conditions” are always due to accumulated damage from a bad diet and high toxic load.

To simplify, a diet high in carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils will initiate a cascade of detrimental effects on your health, and all these effects occur in steps as more and more damage accumulates. The first step is gaining body fat leading to obesity, if continued, the chronically high blood glucose will lead to “insulin resistance” and type 2 diabetes, and if still continued, it will lead to organ damage such as fatty liver disease and/or other serious health problems such as cardiovascular diseases. Exactly what happens first depends on the type of toxic load you have from the non-human food you consume and if you are exposed to other toxins, as they can damage different types of tissues. But every condition is due to the same underlying problem, a non-human diet.

“Lifestyle factors, including a high fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle, can increase your risk of fatty liver disease.”

No, misinformation once again. Not high-fat, but “high-oil,” as in a diet high in seed/vegetable oils, the kind of oils that contain the very unstable mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids that go rancid the moment they are exposed to light, heat, and/or oxygen. Also, there is no evidence in any literature that humans need these unsaturated fatty acids, quite the contrary in fact, as we are made of saturated fats and cholesterol.

And a sedentary lifestyle is always detrimental if you consume carbohydrates, as you will not use any of them as fuel, which means that blood glucose will remain elevated for longer periods of time, doing even more damage.

Dietary changes

“Obesity is often an underlying cause of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. If you’re overweight or have obesity, experts recommend losing about 3% to 5% of your body weight. Losing this much weight can help you lower the amount of fat in your liver and the inflammation that fatty liver disease can cause.”

We’ve already been through this. Obesity is caused by overconsumption of toxic food, especially carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils, as excess energy and toxins have to be stored in fat cells. A high toxic load leads to the formation of more fat cells, which is why highly processed plant-based foods are the main contributor to the “obesity pandemic.”

And fatty liver disease is caused by the exact same thing. The only way that losing body fat will help, is if you reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, seed/vegetable oils and the toxic load. Usually this happens automatically when people go on a diet, and cut out some of the obvious unhealthy stuff — at least a little bit. But if you go back to eating what you did before that weight loss, you will soon face the same health problems again.

“Keep your fat intake to a daily recommended limit.”

What recommended limit? The one set by the evil food- and pharmaceutical industry who profit on you being disease-ridden and addicted to their toxic crap?

How about removing all seed/vegetable oils and processed food? And as for fat, as long as it is animal fat, as in saturated fats, there is no real limit. You will be satiated long before you can overeat on highly nutritious animal-based food when you follow our natural human diet.

“Avoid more harmful fat sources such as saturated or trans fats. Prefer unsaturated fats such as omega-3 fatty acids, nuts, avocados, or extra virgin olive oil.”

More evil and extremely damaging propaganda. As we have already established, unsaturated fats are not needed in the human diet and they are extremely unhealthy and damaging. And again, only these unsaturated fats can turn into trans fats when heated (which we covered earlier.) You morons!

Also, nuts and avocados are full of antinutrients and defense chemicals. None of them have any place in a proper human diet.
Again, as a human being, the only fat you should be consuming is animal fat, as in saturated fats and cholesterol.

“Avoid excessive carbohydrate intake such as excess sugar.”

Using the term “sugar” is what is called ‘misdirection’ and avoiding the real problem. All carbohydrates break down to sugar, as in the form of glucose in the body. It does not matter if you get 100 grams of “complex” carbohydrates from rice or if you consume 100 grams of “simple carbohydrates,” as in sucrose, from candy. It will still be 100 grams of toxic damaging glucose that the body has to clear out of your system. The damage will be virtually the same. Actually, one could argue that slower digesting carbohydrates are worse, as they will be released over a longer period of time, keeping blood glucose elevated for several hours, doing a lot of damage to all soft tissues, blood vessels, and organs.

And as for liver damage and developing fatty liver disease, fructose is even worse, as found in fruits, juices, and most beverages and bakery goods.

“Refrain from eating highly sweetened foods, including those that have simple sugars such as fructose. These include sugar-sweetened beverages and packaged sweets.”

At least you got that one right, as I covered in the comment above. Still, other simple sugars such as glucose, sucrose, and maltose might actually cause less damage than complex carbohydrates.

Lifestyle changes

“Physical activity by itself can help you lower the amount of inflammation in your liver. Engaging in both aerobic exercise and resistance training can help to reduce nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.”

As I mentioned earlier, physical activity will help by using some of the glucose as fuel for muscle contractions, lowering blood glucose levels a little bit, mitigating some of the damage.

However, simply reducing, or preferably eliminating the intake of carbohydrates will have a much greater impact on your health and wellbeing, and a low-carb diet will help your body to recover and heal, as the majority of damage is being caused by these carbohydrate foods.

“A 2018 review found that moderate exercise with or without dietary changes led to a reduction of liver fat. The study authors defined moderate exercise as 20 to 60 minutes for 4 to 7 days each week, or more than 200 minutes a week.”

Well, on average, during “moderate exercise,” your body will use an equivalence of 30 to 40 grams of “carbohydrates” per hour. So, you could either exercise for 200 minutes a week for the rest of your life to slowly improve your fatty liver a little bit, or you could fix your idiotic diet and cut out a measly 130 grams of carbohydrates a week, which is like 20 grams a day to get pretty much the same effect. Then imagine what would happen if you cut out all of these unnecessary and toxic carbohydrates.

Of course, if you manage to build some muscle mass, you will have a little more storage for glucose as glycogen, while you will use a little more glucose as energy when doing any kind of physical activity. However, every time you consume carbohydrates there will still be damage.

Are there any medications that help clean a fatty liver?

“Researchers haven’t identified any medications that help clean a fatty liver. Some medications, such as vitamin E supplementation, may help lower inflammation. But these medications can have unwanted side effects that may outweigh the benefits. Based on current research, lifestyle changes are more helpful than medications.”

The fact that you even added this to your article is frightening, but it reflects the mindset of the most dumbed-down and programmed sheeple of today’s backwards society. People want a quick-fix for everything, a “magic pill” instead of actually taking responsibility for their own life, their actions and habits.

And no, there will never be a “medication,” a “drug” or a “remedy” that can fix any kind of “disease” or “condition,” as none of them can address the underlying problem, that of consuming non-human foods and a ton of toxins. And if you understand this simple little fact, you also understand what a scam these industries are. They only mask symptoms by poisoning you and shutting down the healing process (all symptoms are manifestations of the healing process.)

And vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) is a fat-soluble antioxidant, as in a plant defense chemical, and is thus highly toxic and will do a lot of damage if ingested. Not to mention the chemical and artificial form of vitamin E as found in supplements (all-racemic or dl-tocopherol,) which is even worse as it has no real resemblance to any of the naturally occurring vitamin E variants.

As humans, we can only get the right and bioavailable form of vitamin E by consuming animal-based foods, where it has been stored in the right bioavailable form as RRR-alpha-tocopherol.

After this, Healthline continues their drivel, discussing how long it takes to “clean a fatty liver,” saying that it depends on how quickly you can lose 7 to 10% of your body weight, again failing to address the real problem, that of the diet and possible environmental toxins, such as medications, drugs, and supplements — all toxic crap that really damages the liver.

Again, and as always, it comes down to your diet and your toxic load — something these propaganda outlets will never admit or talk about openly. Instead, they go around it in circles blaming invented diseases for causing other invented diseases — all of which are caused by the same underlying causes, that of diet and toxicity. And these are also factors that you can control, even if you live in a polluted mega city — as our bodies actually are constructed to detox 24/7. However, that can only work as intended if you follow our natural species-appropriate diet of animal-based foods, which has zero toxins and will make sure that you also are fully nourished.

With that said, I would not recommend anyone to live in big cities or polluted areas. But if you for some reason have too, it’s even more important to follow a species-appropriate diet and stay clear of all obvious pollutants and toxins.

If you need help with any kind of health problem, or simply transitioning from your current way of eating to our natural species-appropriate, species-specific way of eating, I’m available for both coaching and consultation.
