Time-Restricted Eating (Intermittent Fasting) Done The Right Way

Anyone with basic knowledge within physiology, biology and proper human nutrition knows that time-restricted eating (TRE,) as in Intermittent Fasting, or a “feeding window” that lets you enter a fasting state before the next day’s feeding window is extremely important for maximum health, and especially for detoxification.

Yesterday, September 30, 2024, the pharmaceutical- and government shills at Medical News Today published an article on time-restricted eating and the latest “research.” Considering their agenda of keeping us malnourished, weak, docile, and dependent, let’s see how they cover this. What they tell you, and what they won’t

“Researchers have found that time-restricted eating (TRE), combined with standard nutritional counseling, led to modest improvements in glucose control and weight loss among adults with metabolic syndrome.

The randomized controlled trial involved 108 participants and tracked their eating habits through the myCircadianClock (mCC) app.

Results showed that the TRE group experienced greater reductions in fat mass and improvements in glucose control compared to those who followed standard dietary guidance alone.”

Standard “nutritional” counseling equals a really shitty plant-centric diet, low in essential animal fats and nutrients, while being very high in carbohydrates, and toxins from defense chemicals, antinutrients, and seed/vegetable oils. So, of course, the results will be modest. The only real change was the feeding window followed by a fasting window that actually gave their bodies a break from processing toxic food stuff all the time. This little break allowed for some additional detoxification and tissue repair to take place, depending on their nutritional status. Also, eating within a limited time-frame makes it much harder to overeat, hence the weight loss. Combine this with the fact that you can’t have snacks after this time window and the increased chance of detoxification and tissue repair, and blood glucose control should improve — as the carbohydrate intake will surely be lower and restricted to a smaller time-frame, thus damaged cells have a little bit better chance to recover.

“The findings indicated that TRE, combined with standard nutritional counseling, resulted in modestly greater improvements in glucose control and reductions in weight and fat mass compared to standard nutritional counseling alone.”

Yes, again, “standard nutritional counseling” is hardly an improvement over what they were eating. So, by simply restricting the time of eating, allowing the body some rest from processing garbage, helped by increasing detoxification and tissue healing, as these speed-up in a fasted state.

“Time-restricted eating (TRE), commonly seen in intermittent fasting, is gaining popularity as a method for weight management. The most prevalent approach involves consuming food within an 8 to 12-hour window each day, while fasting outside that period, allowing only water and calorie-free beverages.”

Actually, it’s more like a 6 to 8 hour window of eating each day. 12 hours is way too long to get any benefits from the fasting window, as you have to take digestion into consideration. After your last meal, it takes anywhere from 2 to 6 hours to digest that meal, depending on size and composition. And only after that digestion has taken place and nutrients have been stored, as in blood levels returning to normal, are you entering a fasted state.

And “energy-free beverages” as in “diet” or “light” sodas, energy drinks, tea, or coffee should never be consumed, they are extremely unnatural, and they are a toxic shitstorm of chemicals — adding to your toxic load. Only drink purified water.

Time-restricted eaters see greater weight reduction

“The results showed that, compared to the group receiving only standard nutritional guidance, the TRE group experienced a greater reduction in weight, with a larger proportion of the weight loss coming from fat.”

Of course, every time you consume carbohydrates, blood glucose rises above normal levels that are kept by gluconeogenesis, and as blood glucose above this threshold is extremely toxic and damages all soft tissues, your body must eliminate that blood glucose as quickly as possible to limit the damage.

This can only be done by using glucose as immediate energy (why kids get wired as in a “sugar rush”,) by storing some as glycogen (which damages the cells if they have to be filled over their threshold over and over again,) storing some in the liver (which causes liver damage,) or converting it to triglycerides and store it as body fat. And while your body is fighting to reduce blood glucose, any kind of fat metabolism is shut down to prioritize the use of the toxic glucose, hence your “fat burning” is turned off until blood glucose is back to normal.

Also, for those using a time-restricted eating approach, they are in a fasted state longer each day, and in a fasted state your body prioritizes fat as fuel. And again, having a feeding window makes it harder to overeat. Likely, you will eat a lot less than you previously did.

So, of course, those in the TRE group lost fat compared to those eating all through the day. This will happen even if they consume the exact same things and same amounts, simply due to a lot of blood glucose spikes for those eating throughout the day compared to those with a feeding window, and those with a feeding window will also use more body fat as energy when in a fasted state. Simple.

“Although the changes were modest, the TRE group also saw greater improvements in blood sugar control and hemoglobin A1c levels.”

Yes, the changes were modest because they were following a retarded diet. Just imagine what would happen if you combined time-restricted eating with our natural human carnivore diet. Oh, wait, that is what I’ve done since 2018. And before that I’ve used time-restricted eating and the ketogenic diet on my clients since 2006.

Anyway, I’ve already explained the blood sugar/glucose thing. And hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) is a modified form of hemoglobin formed through irreversible glycation with glucose, used in blood samples to determine the average blood glucose levels over 2-3 months.

And if you are smart, this should also tell you how toxic blood glucose is, as it damages the hemoglobin in the blood, transforming it into “hemoglobin A1c,” which becomes useless to the body as it can’t be used in any physiological processes. It simply sits around in the blood until it breaks down.

“As people are more aware of time restricted eating, more people can potentially employ this approach to help lose weight. Of course, choosing the right foods is the most important thing for weight loss, but by fasting for a period of time, it directs the body towards burning fat. Typically there is a window of 8-16 hour, where you are not consuming calories, but calorie free fluids are ok. For most people, it is easiest to do part of this period at night as you will be sleeping for a good part of the time period. — Mir B Ali, MD”

Yes, and the plant-based foods they recommend are part of the agenda to reduce your lifespan and keep you weak, docile, dumbed-down, and dependent on their drugs and backwards solutions.

Simply make sure that you only consume animal-based foods, the only foods with bioavailable nutrients for humans and that are free of toxins.
And again, do not add to your toxic load by drinking any kind of beverage. That would be frikkin’ retarded.

And that was actually it for MNT’s coverage. While they acknowledged a few benefits of this approach, they did not really mention the power of being in a fasted state, as in detoxification as that would blow their whole illusion of “pathogens” and “viruses” out of the water, nor did they touch on the extreme importance of how and when to schedule your feeding window.

As I’ve mentioned in several articles, digestion takes time, and you’re not in a fasted state until digestion is complete, including the storage of nutrients that circulate in the blood. So, on average about 4 hours after a meal. Considering that both our tissue repair and detoxification abilities increase while we sleep, our last meal for the day should be at least 4 hours before going to bed, preferably 6 hours before, so you already are in a fasted state when you enter your sleep. That is the best and most correct way to do time-restricted eating, or “intermittent fasting,” which is the same thing.

However, the medical community does not want to associate positive health improvements with the word fasting, as fasting is so powerful for healing and detoxification. So, instead they labeled it “time-restricted eating.” You always need to keep people in the dark when you work for the elite and their agenda.

Frikkin’ bastards.
