A Quick Look at the Fitness & Bodybuilding Pseudo/Bro-Science, Week 50

If you’re new to me and my website, I worked daily in the Fitness-, Bodybuilding-, Gym-, and Competitive Sports industry for almost 22-years with nutrition, supplementation, and training — and was involved in it for a total of more than 26 years. Most of that time, I too was trapped in the pseudo-science of “nutrition science” and was fooled by the synthetic toxic crap of the pharmaceutical and supplement industry. My outlook and understanding took a sharp turn as I became severely ill in late 2017 with several tumors, liver and kidney damage and my thyroid shutting down. In a last effort I turned it around in a matter of a few weeks by adopting our natural species appropriate diet of the raw flesh and fat of animals and by following up with regular water-fasting combined with days of dry fasting. You can read more about that here:

This week we return to T-Nation, one of the few weight-training websites that updates regularly and still provide some good quality information. Understanding our species specific, species appropriate diet, the article titled “New Study Says Red Meat is Safe, But Is It?” caught my eye. The article is written by TC Luoma, who usually is a bit of hit and miss as he’s still tangled up in the accepted fake science and propaganda. And I should know, I was partly too for 25 years.

The article is based on a “study” by Lescinsky H et al. Actually, it’s a ‘Meta-analysis,’ i.e., a statistical analysis looking at the alleged results of multiple studies addressing the same question. And the majority of these studies in question are usually from interviewing people about their eating habits, which is the scientific equivalent of stepping in dog poo. Then you have the action of scraping that poo off the shoe, as in ‘correlation’ studies. This is where paid “scientists” get the mission from their sugar daddy, for example in the Food Industry, to find a connection between one variable and another – as for example; you observe an increase in consumption of one food item over time in a specific group of people and the same group also see an increase in cancer. Now these asshats will run to the media and tell you that this item causes cancer. Of course, that we all are slowly exposed to more toxins, pollution, radiation, stress, and so on are totally neglected.

Lastly, you do have a few “controlled” studies with subjects that are put on specific diets and somewhat watched by the “scientists” and then they look for blood markers and other changes, which they then, in turn, correlates with the risk of certain diseases. Again, that is pure speculation. Especially considering that modern medicine is the biggest pile of pseudo-science to ever been hammered into brainwashed dumbed-down medical students for the last 100 years. Blood work is almost worthless. All the markers for what are deemed normal has been set using an average from your average sick, malnourished and weak modern-day population. These markers have been changed every few years or so, as the population has become sicker and weaker. Also, the interpretation of a lot of these markers are totally wrong. A good example is cholesterol, which is extremely important for our health, and also controlled by our bodies, provided we get the nutrition we need. I covered that in these articles:

Cholesterol is Essential to Life
LMHR Hypothesis by Dave Feldman and The Real Science on Cholesterol

Now, this shitty Meta-analysis looked at “all relevant” studies pertaining to red meat and its association with six outcomes: breast cancer, colorectal cancer, type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease (coronary heart disease or hardening of the arteries), ischemic stroke (when a blood vessel to the brain gets blocked), and hemorrhagic stroke (a brain bleed).

Now, if you know anything about human physiology, the terrain, and German New Medicine, you know that these “outcomes” are either the result of poisoning or toxemia, nutrition deficiencies, or from mental trauma/conflicts. I covered some of these in some of my articles as well as on our uncensored community Ungovernable.se. Any type of cancer from external factors are the result of toxic buildup to such a degree that your body has no other choice than to grow a tumor to encapsulate the toxins to hinder them from spreading. And any type of cancer from internal factors are from unresolved trauma and conflicts that keep on repeating.

So, in conclusion, finding any associations, connections, relationship, or whatever you want to call it, between one factor in the diet and a slight increase in one of these conditions is nothing more than quackery. You can never account for all the other variables, especially not those discovered in German New Medicine that are connected to the psyche. Something that is, on purpose, totally neglected in this kind of pseudo-science research.

I can make it really simple for you. As living organisms, we humans work exactly the same way as animals. We have a skeleton, we have muscles, organs and a circulatory system. We extract nutrients from the food we consume and those nutrients are stored in our cells that are part of these muscles and organs. That means that what is stored in our cells are nutrients in the form that we can readily use and in perfect quantities. And that also means that when you consume meat or organ meat, you get all the nutrients you need, fully bioavailable and in balance. The animal has already done the work of conversion, so that we do not have to. And “herbivores” and ruminants have a totally different digestive system making them able to extract some nutrition from plants by fermentation, and also, among ruminants, from growing bacteria in the third stomach, which is killed in the highly acidic fourth stomach to provide nutrition. We humans, can not do that. To us, plant foods are highly toxic and only a temporary solution during famine. I’ve covered all the defence chemicals and antinutrients in previous articles.
If you do not understand these simple concepts, you should not work in this field, much less write or talk about it.

So, it does not matter what this Meta-analysis says. Real meat directly from the animal, in any form, is the perfect food. It’s what we are made to eat. And while TC Luoma does mention that “red meat” or “meat” has a very broad definition as they tend to include processed garbage as factory made sausages, bacon strips, hamburgers, and meat scraps glued together by meat glue sold as steaks, and such, the fact remains that the fat and meat of animals should be our dietary foundation – and anything processed or made by humans should not.

TC also mentions some of the health benefits of consuming meat, which is obvious, since it’s our species appropriate diet. He does however only mention insulin management, as insulin is our body’s response to remove toxic levels of blood sugar which occurs if you consume carbohydrates. Yet he fails to mention that meat, and especially organ meats, are packed with vitamins and minerals and that animal foods are the only source of these in bioavailable form (as I wrote in the beginning of this article.) You can not get that from plants. Plants does not even have half of the vitamins we need, and those present are not bioavailable and need to be converted, which is a costly process.

Sadly, TC Luoma goes full retard at the end of the article as his brainwash programming kicks in and he writes, “make sure you don’t turn yourself into an obligate carnivore. Eat other stuff, too, like lots of olive oil, lots of fruits and vegetables, and lots of fish (or take fish oil.)

What a tool. He even pushes their fish oil supplement, something that is very risky and potentially very poisonous, as these oils are extremely sensitive and goes rancid very easily, producing a lot of aldehydes. And trust me, you do not want to consume aldehydes. Bart Kay have done some excellent research on this showing that almost every tested fish oil (omega-3) supplement on the market was rancid and high in aldehydes. Simply consume red meat and the occasional fatty fish, and you’ll get more than enough omega-3 fatty acids.

And we already know about vegetables. They provide absolutely nothing of nutritional value, but a lot of toxins that wreak havoc on your body. And olive oils are also, by all probability, rancid when you get it. Also, we only need animal fats, there is no supporting literature that show that we need unsaturated or monounsaturated fats, quite the opposite as these “fats” (actually oils) as found in various seed oils are very toxic for humans, especially if combined with carbohydrates.

So, sorry TC, although you mostly presented the study and tried to explain the “findings,” once you added your “own” thoughts, as in your ‘programming’ kicking in, it mostly went to shit, again. You really need to wake up and step up. This won’t cut it, not by far.
