A Quick Look at the Fitness & Bodybuilding Pseudo/Bro-Science, Week 43

If you’re new to me and my website, I worked daily in the Fitness-, Bodybuilding-, Gym-, and Competitive Sports industry for almost 22-years with nutrition, supplementation, and training — and was involved in it for a total of more than 26 years. Most of that time, I too was trapped in the pseudo-science of “nutrition science” and was fooled by the synthetic toxic crap of the pharmaceutical and supplement industry. My outlook and understanding took a sharp turn as I became severely ill in late 2017 with several tumors, liver and kidney damage and my thyroid shutting down. In a last effort I turned it around in a matter of a few weeks by adopting our natural species appropriate diet of the raw flesh and fat of animals and by following up with regular water-fasting combined with days of dry fasting. You can read more about that here:

For this week’s article we’ll head over to ‘Women’s Health Magazine’ and their ‘health’ section of articles. One of the highlighted articles is called, “What’s The Point Of An Elimination Diet?”

Yes, that’s an excellent question. I would say absolutely nothing. It’s idiotic! But let’s see what their self-claimed “experts” has to say.

The first thing we see is an image of a banana, an avocado, a tomato and some vile cabbage. Maybe it represents sugar, toxic and rancid oils, toxic seeds, and extremely toxic watery oxalate leaves. None of it classifies as human nutrition, so in a sense it makes perfect sense to eliminate that garbage to begin with.

The article begins with the following statement, “Food is fuel and you need balanced nutrients to stay healthy and active, but sometimes your body doesn’t love everything you eat.”

Well, food is fuel and, more importantly, nourishment. And what does it have to do with being active? Being active is a choice. You can be active even on a starvation diet or during a fast. And, of course, your body will not agree if you consume anything that is not of our species appropriate, species-specific diet of animal-based foods. And as for the expression ‘balanced nutrients,’ that is only achievable by consuming the flesh, fat, and organs of animals since that is where they store fully bioavailable nutrients, in perfect ratios, exactly as we do.

Then they go on about ‘food allergies,’ ‘food sensitivity,’ and ‘food intolerance.’

First off, these terms are all made up in an attempt to collect and categorize different symptoms and place them into different containers so charlatans can look ‘smart’ and sell you something.

The simple truth is that any adverse reaction to a food is either caused by toxicity (you’re consuming something that is not species appropriate) or you have a psychological trigger to that specific food, as described in German New Medicine.

As for toxicity, this is something that sneaks up on you depending on levels of exposure and time. Our bodies are very resilient and we are built to survive famine and starvation scenarios, even for extended periods of time. This is why we can sustain ourself for some time on plant-based foods if animal-foods are not available. This is why, when we are healthy, we can detox as soon as we are in a fasted state to, kind of, keep up with the harm we cause from consuming the wrong kind of foods. How well we can survive on the wrong diet or in starvation scenarios depends on our initial nutrition stores; how much animal-foods we have been consuming prior to the starvation. And it also depends on our health status, such as toxicity levels, gut health, hormone status, and so on. The farther you strive away from our species appropriate diet, and the more toxins you expose yourself to, the unhealthier you will be and once you reach a critical stage, you will start to react to most toxic foods since your body cannot keep up with its detoxification processes and you have done so much damage to your digestive system that most non-species-specific foods will cause immediate discomfort.

If you understand this simple concept, then you also understand why an ‘elimination diet’ is nothing but a simpleton’s fad, something to sell to you that will keep you busy for months with very mediocre if any results. Removing one or a couple of toxic foods while still consuming other toxic foods will only nudge your toxicity levels – and healing, if any, will be extremely slow as you are still causing damage. It’s like if you got your leg broken in three places and you only correct one of the fractures so it can heal, while the two other fractures remain a mess.

Actually, there’s no need to continue to look at this article, as it’s all complete rubbish. Instead, let me give you some simple advice.

No matter what symptoms you have, if any, you should be following our species appropriate, species-specific diet of animal-based foods, as in Carnivore. This will immediately remove any problematic foods and also start to fully nourish you, so you can heal and recover. Stick solely to the flesh and fats of animals at first with some complementary organ meats every now and then, preferable from ruminant animals such as in beef or lamb. Once you feel a lot better, you can try some fish, eggs and dairy. And from there, if you have to or want to, you can try some plant-based foods on occasion. That however is counterproductive as it will cause toxicity and damage. But that choice is yours. A diet that is still animal-dominant is hundreds time better than any other ‘balanced’ or ‘western’ diet out there.

If you still have reactions and symptoms to some foods after healing and recovering on our species appropriate diet, it’s most likely a psychological issue as described in German New Medicine. In simple terms, all of us have some psychological traumas or scare triggers (or associated anger) going back to something that happened when we were infants, toddlers, kids or even teenagers. If a food or even a part of a food have been associated with a traumatic event, we get digestion problems when consuming it, and even more so if we actually believe the food is bad for us. Even as adults we can get programmed to believe that something will be bad for us and then we get the runs, stomach pain/cramps, regurgitation, or get bloated (as with gluten and other nonsense.)

The only way to correct this is to think back and find the triggers and to come to peace with that. If you got scared or got angry because of the specific food, you need to acknowledge that there is no longer any reason to subconsciously repeat that pattern. You need to resolve the conflict.
