There are bad ideas and then there are really bad ideas. For the latter, we recently got a perfect example from the Verywell Health writer Stephanie Brown.
In her recent personal blog post, she tells us about her experiences with “olive oil coffee,” and rest assured, her experiences were “fact checked” by Nick Blackmer. So, this has to be some real serious stuff as their “fact” checkers have been all over it. Let’s get on with it.
“When I first heard about olive oil coffee, I felt my stomach turn. Yes, I love coffee and I love olive oil. But mixing the two? I wasn’t so sure.”
A turning stomach is the least troublesome feeling I experienced when I read your headline. And Stephanie, as an alleged “nutrition educator,” how can you ‘love’ two extremely toxic, harmful and unnatural compounds such as coffee and olive oil? You either have to be totally gullible, deceived, and uneducated (which does not bode well for a “nutrition educator”) or you are simply mentally challenged, as in retarded.
“Starbucks discontinued its olive oil-infused coffee recently. Since I can’t order one of these coffee concoctions at my local Starbucks, I turned to the next best thing: social media baristas.”
Yes, the world is full of NPC’s and complete idiots, especially on social media where they can get a platform for their insanity. Also, Starbucks makes their living on poisoning people, making sure people’s life spans are reduced, and if they have to discontinue one of their poisons because it tastes so bad, it should tell you something.
“The recipes I found online were all fairly simple: Combine espresso with dairy or nondairy milk and a tablespoon of olive oil. Many suggested blending the milk and olive oil, so I grabbed my milk frother and gave it a try.”
Did you really have to look that up? Well, either way, combining two poisons is incredibly stupid.
How Does Olive Oil Coffee Taste?
Well, black coffee tastes bitter and dry as it is extremely toxic, it’s a warning signal to us, and that is why most stupid people add other crap to it in an effort to still drink the crap. And those who like it black have conditioned themselves. I know, I used to drink coffee on social occasions back in the days before I saw through all the bullshit and deceit. And remember, I used to work at the absolute elite level in all these fields, including sports nutrition, medicine, pharmacology, supplements, and coaching for 20+ years, so I know their deception inside and out.

And olive oil simply tastes grassy, herbish, or even peppery and bitter — accompanied with the most gag-inducing aftertaste known to man, again because it is extremely toxic.
“The drink was slightly nutty and buttery, but I quickly grew tired of the grassy olive oil flavor. After a few sips, the olive oil separated from the milk and left fat droplets floating on top of the drink, which I did not love.”
Well, humans are obligate hyper carnivores, we are not supposed to eat anything that tastes grassy, and especially not plant-based unsaturated fats, which are extremely damaging to all our tissues, especially in arteries (and even more so if combined with carbohydrates, as in elevated blood glucose.)

Also, all seed- and vegetable oils, as in plant-based unsaturated fats are extremely heat sensitive. Usually, they are already heavily oxidized, as in rancid, and thus even more toxic when you open the bottle, and mixing it in hot coffee will accelerate the oxidation process even further, just as if you would be a complete idiot and cook with any of these toxic oils.

So, if combining coffee and olive oil, as in two toxic substances, weren’t bad enough, you also heat the olive oil, causing even more oxidation, aldehydes and peroxides. And depending on how bad it was when you opened the bottle, you might even produce some more trans fats. Way to go!
Should You Add Olive Oil To Your Coffee?
You should avoid both coffee and olive oil. Actually, you should avoid anything plant-based and processed, as all these “edibles” are extremely toxic and detrimental to your health and wellbeing. Simple.
“Studies have associated olive oil with heart health, and it’s a key component of the Mediterranean Diet, which is often touted as the healthiest eating pattern.”
No, this is backwards fake “science” and propaganda, as these charlatans do not understand the difference between oils found in plants and the fat found in living biological beings such as animals and humans. Neither do they understand the difference of antioxidants in plants, as in defense chemicals, and how they as foreign and toxic compounds interact with the human body, as all “research” on antioxidants are in vitro, as in an artificial environment outside of a living organism, typically in a laboratory setting using glass or plastic containers such as test tubes, flasks, or Petri dishes.

All you need to do is to look at simple biology, physiology and biochemistry. As humans are obligate hyper carnivores, anything from the plant kingdom will be toxic and destructive to our health. It is that simple, and it’s common sense.

“Olive oil offers health benefits on its own, and mixing it with coffee doesn’t magically unlock some combo nutritional properties. Unless you’re replacing coffee creamer with olive oil, there’s not much extra benefit from this drink, said Alice H. Lichtenstein, DSc, a professor of nutrition science and policy at Tufts University.”
No, wrong again. Olive oil has zero benefits for human health, as it is extremely toxic and will really damage your cardiovascular system and heart. Again this is established facts and also common sense to anyone who understands nature and/or has looked into biology, physiology and/or biochemistry.

“Keep in mind that a spoonful of olive oil also adds 120 calories to the coffee. “Assuming no displacement by other foods or beverages, this could result in weight gain,” Lichtenstein said.”
That is the least of your worries. Wise up. Adding a poison to another poison does not reduce the toxicity, it increases it. Simple math.
So to conclude, this was yet another retarded trend likely aimed at delusional “health nuts” that has gotten everything backwards. And as most trends, it was likely started by shills who want you to be as weak, dumbed-down, docile, and dependent as possible.
Unfortunately, while many people have discovered how toxic coffee and most seed oils are, most of the same people still believe that olive oil, for some reason, is one of the few “healthy oils.” Well, if it comes from a plant, it cannot be healthy. It’s that simple. Again, basic level biology and biochemistry.
