The pseudo-science shills at Science Daily recently posted a new theory claiming that the brain serves as a crucial control center and the origin of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Is this yet another attempt to hide the real underlying offenders as in consuming a non-species appropriate diet consisting of toxic plant-based foods, and especially carbohydrates and seed oils? Let’s find out.
“The hormone insulin plays a key role in the development of obesity. Up until recently, there have been numerous signs indicating insulin causes neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders, especially in the brain.”
Speaking of the brain, are these authors actually brain dead, as in walking rotting zombies on strings, being controlled by their puppet masters?
Seriously, insulin is a natural hormone produced by our body. The law of self-preservation states that the physiology of all living organisms will do everything it can to maximize their chances for survival and reproduction. No matter how much you misuse and damage your body, it will still find ways to live for as long as possible to give you more time to turn things around. This also means that any living organism will never induce self-harm, as that would violate the law of self-preservation and also violate the natural progression and survival of the species.


Therefore, your body will never do or produce anything that would put it in harm’s way, as that would violate the law of survival and procreation. That is simple logic and common sense.

Hence, insulin, as produced by the body, can never cause harm. Again, common sense.
What is actually causing the damage should be very obvious, unless you’re an evil little shill working for the food- and pharmaceutical industry.
Insulin is released in higher quantities whenever you consume carbohydrates, as carbohydrates break down into glucose, and any glucose above natural fasting levels is extremely damaging for all our soft tissues, including all organs and the brain!




Insulin is only there to assist cells in using and storing that excess glucose to try and minimize the damage best it can. Thus, it is quite obvious that it is glucose, which has been proven in thousands of studies, that is causing the damage — especially if there are other toxic compounds present that are only found in plant-based foods, such as lipids from seed/vegetable oils, defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, and pesticide residues.
Whenever blood glucose rises, so does insulin, but insulin simply does what it is supposed to do. It does not cause damage. Damage is caused by unnatural levels of glucose and other toxins that might be present after a non-species appropriate meal.


Now, some imbecile with an IQ of 70 will yell out that “insulin is indeed dangerous and can kill, just look at those taking insulin shots.” Yeah, that is not naturally produced insulin regulated by your body in response to the amount of blood glucose present, that is exogenous insulin injected into your body beyond what it can naturally produce you dimwit.

Of course, it is easy to blame insulin as it is present when the damage occurs, and it takes all the attention away from the real offenders — the offenders they make billions on every single year while keeping the population weak and easy to control. They will never tell you the real truth.

This is how backwards and retarded “modern medicine” is. It’s frikkin’ laughable and incredibly sad at the same time.
Obesity is not a disease and simply adding body fat does not really contribute to that many illnesses, not more than putting a strain on the body’s structure and it’s cardiovascular system from carrying around that excess weight. However, the underlying offenders that made someone obese are also the underlying reasons for most illnesses — as in consuming the wrong kind of “food” for our physiology and all the extreme amounts of toxins that come along with these poor and backwards food choices.

Diabetes is caused by constantly elevated blood glucose from consuming too much carbohydrates too often, especially if combined with the highly toxic seed oils. I’ve covered the very simple science behind this many times. The same is true for heart attacks, which also include offenders such as stress (especially from stimulants, synthetic hormones, and other drugs.) And cancer is simply a last line of defense where the body encapsulates toxins into mutated cells to try and neutralize the toxins and shield them off from the rest of the body. Also, specific tumors can form to assist with assimilating glucose when most cells are too damaged to store glucose as glycogen (wrongfully called insulin resistance or even type 2 diabetes,) this is why some tumors might seem to favor a glucose metabolism as they are trying to save your life as you continue to consume toxic carbohydrates like a gullible little slave of the food industry.

A body mass index of 30 or more is considered obese, and a poor diet and insufficient exercise are frequently cited as the causes of this chronic illness.”
Every one of these organizations are controlled by the governing elite and their puppets, they all follow the same agenda. That is child-level understanding.
And obesity is not an “epidemic,” as no such thing exists. Obesity is caused by consuming large quantities of the wrong foods for your species, creating an extreme toxic load. They’re a toxic mess that are overfed while actually being undernourished.
While plant-based- and processed foods are the real biochemical offenders, the real underlying problem is the deliberate misinformation about food and nutrition that has been poisoning the minds of several generations for the last 150 years. It’s all by design. Keeping the population malnourished and sick from toxicity is the best way to keep them weak, docile, dumbed-down, and dependent on the system and all their “services.” Again, this is child-level understanding.

Obesity and the role of insulin in the brain
“Unhealthy body fat distribution and chronic weight gain are linked to the brain’s sensitivity to insulin. What specific functions does insulin perform in the brain, and how does it affect individuals of normal weight?”
No, this is just another retarded and false theory put forth to divert the attention from the real problem, that of non-species appropriate foods, as in toxic and highly damaging plant-based- and processed food.
And “unhealthy body fat distribution” is governed by your hormonal status and also by your toxicity levels, as in struggling organs which can increase fat storage around them.

Damn, the guys behind this theory seem to get everything wrong. And that is usually how it goes when you have no real science behind your words. You just start making shit up as you go and everything has a ton of holes where nothing connects and not a single statement can stand on its own legs.
“Our findings demonstrate for the first time that even a brief consumption of highly processed, unhealthy foods (such as chocolate bars and potato chips) causes a significant alteration in the brain of healthy individuals, which may be the initial cause of obesity and type 2 diabetes, says Prof. Kullmann, the study’s leader. In a healthy state, insulin has an appetite-suppressing effect in the brain. However, in people with obesity in particular, insulin no longer regulates eating behavior properly, resulting in insulin resistance. Interestingly, in our healthy study participants, the brain shows a similar decrease in sensitivity to insulin after a short-term high calorie intake as in people with obesity, says Ms. Kullmann. This effect can even be observed one week after returning to a balanced diet, she adds.”
First off, a “balanced diet,” as described by these charlatans are still extremely toxic and detrimental to the body, as it contains plant-based compounds and especially carbohydrates and seed oils.
Increasing this toxic load, and especially glucose levels and toxic lipid levels in the blood through consuming even more carbohydrates and seed oils (as in for example chocolate and potato chips) will cause already damaged cells to shut down and stop “responding” to insulin, as they would otherwise die from toxicity. Also, as these people are likely nutrient deficient and their bodies are struggling to detoxify, which requires a lot of essential nutrients, they will experience even more cravings in a desperate measure to get the nutrients they are missing so the body can detoxify and heal the damage their idiotic food choices are responsible for.
This has nothing to do with insulin “regulating eating behavior.” This is a flawed theory similar to that of the habenula supposedly increasing the cravings for palatable foods.
Your eating behavior, as in hunger and cravings, is impacted by your level of toxicity and by nutrient deficiencies, as well as blood sugar dropping too low after consuming unnatural and unhealthy meals of large quantities of carbohydrates, especially when you have caused a lot of damage to your cells and organs. Your body is desperately trying to keep blood glucose at natural fasting levels while seeking building materials and nutrients for its chemical processes from real animal-based nutrients, making you both hungry and craving just about anything you have been conditioned with. This is why the habenula might become overactive. It’s because of nutrient deficiencies, and that has nothing to do with how much or how often you eat if that food is void of these nutrients. Unless you eat animal-based foods and actually get the nutrients you need, this vicious cycle will continue as you simply are malnourished — and that if anything will contribute to obesity. Focus on the brain
“Prof. Dr. Andreas Birkenfeld, the study’s final author, concludes, we assume that the brain’s insulin response adapts to short-term changes in diet before any weight gain occurs and thus promotes the development of obesity and other secondary diseases.”
Yes, you assume, and you assume wrong. Go back to the fields of biology, physiology, and biochemistry and you will see the whole picture, and you might actually come up with a legit conclusion — that is, if your puppet masters won’t fire your ass once you discover the real simple truths.
To conclude, anything naturally produced by the body can never hurt you. Every single “disease,” “illness,” or “condition,” are the result of either toxicity (mostly from the wrong kind of food,) nutrient deficiencies (again, the wrong food,) radiation exposure (cell damage,) drugs/medicines (cell damage,) emotional/physiological stress, mental trauma, or a combination of two or several of them. Among those, the biggest offender is obviously the diet, as in toxicity and nutrient deficiencies from consuming plant-based- and processed crap. And that is why I have focused on this field as of the recent two years, a field I’ve worked professionally in for over 30 years.
The modern diet is the largest and most damaging psy-op in our history, it’s the largest and most important deception of them all to expose.
And the simple truth is that humans are obligate hyper carnivores. As long as this truth is hidden, the human race does not stand a chance against its oppressors.
