Yes, Tattoos Will Cause A Chronic Inflammatory Response And Eventually Cancer

I’ve covered the toxic effects, the damage, and the extreme health risks with tattoos many times in the past. One of my most popular articles on the subject was published almost 10 years ago in my former Classic Muscle Newsletter, issue 20, in February of 2016. And my most recent article on cancer risks and lymphoma was published in July of 2024.

So, it comes as no surprise that other publications eventually catches up, as with the supplement-pushers at the declining “bodybuilding” magazine and web shop T-Nation. Of course, while they warn you about the risks, they also try to push just as dangerous and toxic supplements as a “solution,” oh the irony and the evil deception.

Let’s see what the T-Nation staff (likely Chris Shugart) have to say this time.

“Most people believe tattoos fade over time due to skin cell turnover or UV exposure breaking down pigment molecules. That does happen, but the main reason why tattoos lose their initial color and brilliance is because your body slowly absorbs and redistributes the ink.”

When you get a tattoo, the needle punches through the epidermis, the outer layer of skin, and drives the very toxic ink into the dermis, the deeper layer that’s mottled with nerves, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, and blood vessels. The small needles puncture the skin at a frequency of 1000 to 3000 times per minute! Every time the needle penetrates, it causes a wound that alerts the body to begin its detoxification and healing process.

However, as this is a highly unnatural way to accumulate toxins (ink) in the dermis, it gets trapped there, hence the visual manifestation of the tattoo. So, the end result is a life-long ongoing detoxification and healing process, as in chronic inflammation as the body keeps on trying to clear it out forever.

So, not only do these toxins, as in the ink, leak into the body causing even more damage and toxic build-up, it also puts a part of the body in a chronic state of emergency, as in stress, for the rest of your life (!) which will take its toll on the body. Yes, this is very, very bad!

And it gets even worse if you have nutrient deficiencies and your detoxification ability is compromised, which will be the case in people not consuming enough animal-based food, as in meat, organ meats and animal fats. If you rely mostly on plant-based and/or processed food, you will not be able to detoxify any of the leaking heavy metals such as aluminum, cobalt, copper, iron, nickel, zinc, cadmium, chromium and mercury from your lymphatic system, and yes indeed, that is also very, very bad — resulting in systemic chronic inflammation.

“See, when a tattoo is applied, ink is driven into the dermis (the deeper layer of skin), where it’s initially held by macrophages – immune cells that engulf the pigment. Over time, as these cells die or move, some ink particles are carried away via the lymphatic system, leading to accumulation in lymph nodes. And that’s a problem.”

Yes, I explained this above and also in my article “The Toxic Load of Tattoos, Cancer Risks, And Lymphoma.”

“According to a new study, tattooed individuals have a much higher chance of getting cancer.”

Yes, we’ve known this for ages as it is common sense. If our body can’t detoxify properly and the toxic accumulation becomes too large in certain tissues, your body will form tumors to encapsulate these toxins and hinder them from spreading and damaging other nearby essential tissues. This is why you often get tumors close to organs, the intestines, or even the brain, as your body tries to protect these vital tissues.

The Study

“Researchers analyzed data from two twin studies – a case-control study of 316 twins and a cohort study of 2,367 randomly selected twins. The researchers hypothesized that ink migration might cause chronic inflammation, potentially leading to abnormal cell growth and cancer.

Here’s what they found:

  • The tattooed twins were indeed more likely to have cancer than their non-tatted siblings.
  • In the case-control study, tattooed individuals had a 62% higher risk of skin cancer compared to non-tattooed folks.
  • The cohort study showed tattooed people have a nearly 4 times higher rate of skin cancer and 2.83 times higher rate of basal cell carcinoma.
  • The bigger the tattoo or the higher the number of tattoos, the greater the risk. (A “big” tattoo is considered larger than the palm of your hand in this study.)
  • The time between tattoo exposure and cancer diagnosis was substantial – a median of 8 years for lymphoma and 14 years for skin cancer, suggesting cancers develop gradually.”

Most of this is very logical and should be common sense. The more toxic ink you have in your dermis, the higher is the inflammatory response and the leakage of heavy metals into other tissues and the lymphatic system. And skin cancer from tattoos is simply a defense mechanism if the ink and its heavy metals happen to be closer to the skin surface and then your body tries to encapsulate them in tumors, which is a natural response when the body fails to neutralize and clear them out. During normal and natural circumstances this happens due to toxins you ingest or get exposed to in your environment and your inability to detoxify properly due to nutrient deficiencies and/or a compromised health. The tumor is a last-stance solution, giving you more time to stop the onslaught of toxins, as in getting away from the pollution or changing your diet. However, with tattoos you get the toxins by unnatural means, as in puncturing your skin with a needle and trapping the toxins. However, your body does not know the difference, it simply responds as it always does when there is an accumulation of toxins, and that is to shield them off until you have stopped the exposure, regained some health or getting better nourishment so you can properly detox again. And this is why it is so easy to reverse cancer and tumors if you catch them early and immediately adopt our natural human carnivore diet as your body will be able to detoxify and you’ve eliminated all sources of toxins from food.
I’ve reversed my own cancer and tumors in 2018 and have helped numerous people since then to do the same, even some more severe cases.

“The study’s co-author noted: We can see that ink particles accumulate in the lymph nodes, and we suspect that the body perceives them as foreign substances. This may mean that the immune system is constantly trying to respond to the ink…”

You suspect? That’s a laugh. Of course your body will perceive heavy metals such as elemental non-carbon based aluminum, cobalt, copper, iron, nickel, zinc, cadmium, chromium and mercury as foreign substances. They’re in an inorganic form and therefore incredibly toxic! And to add to this, inks also contain preservatives and other toxic additives for the viscosity of the ink, not to mention compounds such as azo dyes and plastics.

As for minerals the body needs, such as iron, zinc, copper, etcetera, they have to be carbon-based, as in organic, as in the chemical form they are stored in animal tissue to be of use and non-toxic to humans. That is why we can only get minerals and vitamins without any toxic conversion and cellular damage from consuming animal-based foods. That is entry-level biochemistry and I have covered it many times.

Should I Get Laser Tattoo Removal?

“Probably not. Laser removal breaks down pigments into smaller fragments, potentially speeding up ink migration to the lymph nodes and other organs.”

Yeah, this will speed-up the formation of tumors in most people. If you have been following our species-appropriate, species-specific natural carnivore diet for a few years and are fully nourished and have healed some of the most crucial tissues, you might be able to do laser tattoo removal in very small and infrequent steps, as your detoxification ability will be many times higher than other people following inappropriate diets, as in pretty much all of the gullible deceived population.

So, What Can I Do About It?

“The researchers say not to panic but be aware of the cancer risks… and maybe rethink future ink. If you’re already at risk of these cancers because you have a lot of tattoos, it also makes sense to take preventative steps.”

That is common sense. If you have been deceived by cultural and social influencers and disinformation agents to get a tattoo or several, do not get any more. As for preventative steps, there is only one thing you can do, and that is also common sense. Yes, anyone interested in healing and living life optimally needs to adopt our species-appropriate, species-specific natural human diet of animal-based foods. It’s the only way to minimize toxic exposure from foods while making sure to get all nutrients in a fully bioavailable and organic form.

Taking this crucial step will lower the toxic load and also nourish the body, increasing its capacity to detoxify and heal. While this will not solve the problem, it will help the body to deal with the problem and also remove the risk of toxemia and cancer.

And again, since tattoos are permanent due to the extreme amounts of toxic ink that the body is unable to break down and remove in many lifetimes, you can try laser tattoo removal in small and infrequent steps. It will cause a sudden stress response and heavy detoxification, but in the long run it will slowly lower the overall toxic load and strain on the body. It all depends on your health and age. If you’re still young and do not have that many or large tattoos, it might be an option. If you’re a bit older, it might not be worth the risk and you might be better off dealing with the small leakage of toxins instead. In that case, focus on doing everything you can to improve health and assist your body to cope with the toxic load.

After this, T-Nation tries to push the extremely toxic and dangerous “curcumin” as a solution to “help against” skin cancer, which is ridiculous. Curcumin is highly toxic and known to cause cellular damage and especially liver damage. I covered this deadly “supplement” in my articles “Turmeric (Curcumin) and Black Pepper (Piperine) Linked to Liver Damage,” “Oral Health: A Toothpaste Containing Curcumin And Melatonin Will Kill Cells In Your Mouth,” “Herbs Will Reduce/Stop The Healing Process — And More About Inflammation,” and “All Herbal Supplements (And Remedies) Are Extremely Toxic.”

And with that, I sincerely hope that none of my readers and followers ever consider getting something as stupid as a tattoo, as in puncturing your skin and pushing toxic heavy metals into the dermis. It should be common sense, but everything has been inverted in our world where anything that is unhealthy and damaging is being pushed as natural, cool, and safe. But now you know. And if you have tattoos, simply help your body the best you can.

If you are already a carnivore, following our species-appropriate diet, it’s only one stressor of many that we can be exposed to. Limit everything else that can cause stress and damage to the best of your abilities, and you will be just fine.

But if you’re not a carnivore, if you consume a lot of plant-based and/or processed food and have a lot of tattoos, you’re in for a hell of a lot of hurt and misery down the road. Better wise up!
