Cruciferous Vegetables Lower Blood Pressure By Acute Poisoning

Ah, here we go again. Medical News Today recently covered yet another extremely retarded and diabolic study where both the researchers and the authors show zero knowledge of biology, physiology and biochemistry. As with pretty much every study that is conducted by indoctrinated fools, as in those who studied within the inverted medical field and the food industry’s “nutrition science,” they find what they believe is a “positive effect,” without understanding the mechanism behind it and the long term consequences, which can be utterly devastating.

In this case, a bunch of blabbering chimpanzees, although less intelligent than the typical primate, dressed in white lab coats discovered that some of the most toxic plants, as in cruciferous vegetables, lowered blood pressure after being consumed. And as they believe that high blood pressure (a symptom) is dangerous, they believe this to be a good thing. And yes, lowering blood pressure if it is high can be a good thing if you eliminate the causes that contribute to the damage of the cardiovascular system. However, simply trying to lower blood pressure by other means and the consequences of that action is a totally different animal. Let’s see what these idiots say, and I’ll explain it all in detail.

“Over one billion adults worldwide have high blood pressure, making it a critical subject of research and health interventions.”

And what do all these people have in common? Yes indeed, they consume a non-human toxic diet that is high in plant-based and processed food. And what damages the cardiovascular system and is the most common cause for high blood pressure and other cardiovascular diseases? Yes, damage from high blood glucose due to consuming carbohydrates, vascular damage and plaque from consuming seed/vegetable oils, and damage from all the toxins found in plants, as in antinutrients and defense chemicals. This is widely acknowledged within the fields of biology, physiology and biochemistry.

How do cruciferous vegetables impact blood pressure?

“High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, so it’s essential to control it. Controlling high blood pressure can involve dietary changes.”

Actually, high blood pressure is only a symptom of cardiovascular damage and the buildup of plaque. The underlying cause, as already explained, is the consumption of carbohydrates, seed/vegetable oils, plant-based toxins, and of course, other toxins you might get from drugs, medicines, and “natural remedies” such as herbs and other toxic compounds.

It’s not necessarily the heightened blood pressure that causes a heart attack or a stroke, while it contributes to unnecessary stress, it’s the accumulation of damage from all of the above that sooner or later will trigger such an event.

So, if you have cardiovascular problems, and you do to some degree if you consume anything plant-based and processed, you need to adopt our natural human animal-based diet, removing all the culprits while allowing your body to heal and work as intended.

“The researchers of the current study wanted to see how cruciferous vegetables, compared to root and squash vegetables, affected blood pressure. Cruciferous vegetables include vegetables like kale, broccoli, and cauliflower.”

Simply this idea, to use ‘cruciferous vegetables,’ tells us that these researchers are completely clueless of human physiology and biology, and that they have never looked at any compounds, their chemical structure and how they actually work. If they would have, they should know that any compound from any kind of plant is inherently toxic to humans, and thus consuming anything plant-based is poisonous and thus futile. There are no exceptions. All compounds in plants are to defend the plant and/or not chemically compatible with our physiology, as in non-bioavailable. You can never fix anything by adding a poison or a toxin — or a “nutrient” that is not in a compatible chemical form. That is extremely simple and logical.

Within the real science, all this is widely acknowledged and we have known for hundreds of years that the development of plant-based medicines/remedies is not possible due to the toxic nature and non-bioavailability of these compounds (although they word it a bit more “diplomatic” in the textbooks and literature.)

“This research was a randomized, controlled, crossover trial that recruited 18 Australian participants between 56 and 72 years old.

Recruited participants had mild or moderately high blood pressure, defined as a systolic blood pressure between 120 and 160 mmHg and a diastolic reading of less than 100 mmHg. The mean systolic blood pressure at baseline was considered mildly elevated at 135.9 mmHg, and the mean diastolic blood pressure was 76.4 mmHg.”

18 people is nothing, but it does not matter as the idea behind the study is utterly retarded. So, let’s go with it and see where this is going.

“Researchers had participants fill out a dietary questionnaire to establish baseline diets and typical consumption of cruciferous vegetables. They also gathered data on physical activity and stress levels.

Participants took part in two, two-week long interventions with a two-week break in between the interventions. For one of the intervention periods, participants received the control, which consisted of four servings of root and squash vegetables a day.”

Root and squash are still toxic slave foods, but not as bad as cruciferous vegetables.

“For the other intervention period, participants received the active intervention, which consisted of four servings of cruciferous vegetables a day. Participants ate the vegetables prepared as soups with lunch and dinner each day. Researchers provided participants with lunch, dinner, and the corresponding vegetables. 72% of participants adhered to eating all of their assigned soups.”

Note that they used “two servings” of toxic sludge twice a day, at lunch and dinner. That means that the toxic load accumulated and peaked during the evening and night. And this is crucial, as we will soon discover from their “findings.”
And only 13 of the 18 participants could stomach it. Not much data to go on.

“In the end, researchers did exclude one of the 18 participants from the analysis on ambulatory blood pressure because the participant declined participation after the first blood pressure reading.”

So, that means 12 then, as five could not adhere to the schedule and one was excluded?

Positive effects on blood pressure, triglycerides

“Overall, researchers found that consuming cruciferous vegetables helped to decrease systolic blood pressure during the day after the two week intervention but did not seem to impact nighttime systolic blood pressure.”

It decreased during the day when they were poisoned, but not during the night when they did not get the toxic slave soup. And if you do not know, systolic blood pressure (SBP) is the maximum blood pressure recorded during the contraction of the ventricles. It measures the pressure exerted by blood on artery walls when the heart pumps blood out into the circulation. This pressure is highest during the heartbeat.

So, why is SBP lowered after consuming a ton of toxins? Well, this effect is widely established within physiology and biology, and especially if we look at the toxic properties of the defense chemicals and antinutrients found in cruciferous vegetables as documented in biochemistry.

Certain alkaloids, glycosides, and other volatile compounds found in plants, can cause vasodilation, as in widening of blood vessels, leading to a decrease in peripheral resistance. As the blood has more space to flow, this in turn, reduces diastolic blood pressure. This is necessary to quickly eliminate the damaging toxin and flush it out of the system. And this is why a lot of these toxic compounds are used in pre-workout supplements and such, totally ignoring the fact that these compounds severely damage your digestive system, organs, and other cells contributing to cardiovascular disease.

We also have toxic compounds that interfere with our sympathetic nervous system’s vasoconstrictor activity. This decrease in sympathetic tone allows blood vessels to dilate, resulting in lower diastolic pressure.

And we have toxic compounds that interfere with the heart itself, slowing down the cardiac output.

While the effects may seem beneficial, they are the result of acute poisoning and that means that your body is taking a lot of tissue/cellular damage while trying to neutralize and clear out the toxins. That in itself is a stress response, which also is very taxing on the body.

In other words, consuming these deadly toxins from cruciferous vegetables is not even a band-aid for high blood pressure as they do a lot of damage.
It’s like trying to re-route the pain from a broken finger by breaking two on the other hand.

“They also observed an increase in nighttime aortic diastolic blood pressure among active intervention participants compared to the control group between interventions. Additionally, they reported an increase in heart rate in the active intervention relative to the control intervention participants.”

Oh, you don’t say! Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) is the minimum blood pressure recorded just prior to the next contraction of the ventricles (heartbeat.) That DBP goes up is not a good sign, and that it goes up during night shows that your body is struggling to detox from all the toxic feedings they got during the day. Same with heart rate, a typical sign of stress and detoxification. If we are healthy, we can detox a little throughout the day. However, detoxification is slowed down or even stopped every time we eat. So, for most people, the only time their body can try and detox is during sleep, especially when we get into a fasted state (4 to 6 hours after our last meal.) So, this finding is simply even more evidence that the participants got severely poisoned by their toxic soups.

Damn, these researchers are totally clueless. All the data just staring them in the face and they still think that their “findings” are of relevance. Morons.

After this they simply talk about study limitations and how to poison yourself by consuming more toxic slave food. Still, this should be more than enough to actually explain what was happening and why it is not a good thing.

You can never fix a problem without addressing the cause, in this case your diet. There are no quick fixes, and there are no pills and absolutely no plant-based food or drugs that can help with anything, as they are inherently incompatible with our physiology. Anything plant-based is simply poison. Again, this is common sense.
