Although still a bit chilly, we finally got some sun here in Sweden. Yesterday, we walked 18 km (11.2 miles) and today just shy of 17 km (10.5 miles.) We’ve been outside in the sun for about 4.5 hours on Saturday and 6 hours today, Sunday.
So… Did I get red/burnt from the sun? Nope.
Did I get an uneven tan/tan-lines from wearing a tank top? Nope. Hardly noticeable.
You see, I’m animal-based (carnivore), I follow our species appropriate diet, and thus I do not have any nutrition deficiencies. My body is healthy, it works as intended, it can handle the elements, and it can heal. If you’re “sensitive” to the sun, you most likely have a Vitamin A (retinol) deficiency. You might even have low cholesterol, which is extremely unhealthy as all our cells and hormones are made out of cholesterol (and it’s needed to convert sun rays into Vitamin D). So, make sure you get that liver and the egg yolks!
I hope you all had a great weekend. My doggos sends their woofs and regards!
