A Mother’s Diet High In Plant-Based Carbohydrates And Seed Oils Will Destroy The Health, And Especially The Liver, Of A Growing Fetus

There, I fixed the headline for this study that the evil scumbags at Science Daily misquoted as the Medical-, Pharmaceutical- and Food Industry shills they are.

I’ve covered the extreme dangers of consuming anything plant-based and/or processed during a pregnancy and the years after when the mother is breastfeeding as it will literally destroy the baby’s health in several previous articles (linked at the end of this article.) So, let’s see what this study found, and how they twist it to fit their agenda and narrative.

“When mothers eat a diet high in fat and sugars, their unborn babies can develop liver stress that continues into early life. A new study published in the journal Liver International sheds light on changes to the fetus’s bile acid, which affects how liver disease develops and progresses.”

And there you go, in your propagandized headline you say “high-fat diet,” because people associate that with ketogenic diets or even our natural species-appropriate and species-specific carnivore diet, and you simply want to enforce your brainwashing and bash anything that is normal and healthy. Still, for those who actually start to read the story, or even the study, it clearly states “sugar and fats” as the cause for damage to the fetus in human pregnancies. And if you have a grain of common sense, you understand that a diet high in sugars, as in carbohydrates (which is the correct term,) will be very low in actual natural animal-based foods such as meat, organ meat and eggs. And you should also know that if you consume foods high in carbohydrates, most fats that they add are seed/vegetable oils, as in plant-based unsaturated fats, and we already know how extremely damaging they are.

So, simple logic and common sense tells us that what they actually are suggesting is that a diet high in plant-based carbohydrates and oils/fats, as in the typical processed Western Diet, will cause liver stress and damage in unborn babies.

Actual summary by the authors of the study.

So, Science Daily, stop with the silly psychological conditioning of NPCs and the sleeping masses by deceivingly writing “high-fat diets” when it actually is “high carbohydrate and seed/vegetable oil diets,” as in processed food and retarded vegan- or vegetarian diets and foodstuffs.

“Bile acids typically help with digestion and absorb dietary fats in the small intestine, but when they reach excessive levels, they become toxic and can damage the liver. While the mother can detoxify the acids, the fetus lacks that ability. Bile acids may re-circulate to the mother for detoxification, but if they don’t, they build up in the fetal liver, setting the stage for future problems.”

It is important to understand that bile acids can never be harmful in a born and fully developed human, as it is a natural compound produced, regulated, and neutralized/discarded by the body.
Bile acids are produced in the liver and play a crucial role in digestion by helping to break down fats and absorb essential nutrients. After being released into the small intestine, bile acids are usually reabsorbed back into the bloodstream through the ileum, the last part of the small intestine, and then recycled back to the liver for reuse in a process called enterohepatic circulation. However, if the small intestine has been damaged by species inappropriate foods, as in plant-based and processed foods, it can lead to bile acid malabsorption (BAM,) which can cause symptoms such as diarrhea and bloating. However, that is not the fault of the bile acids, that is the fault of the person consuming species inappropriate foods and damaging their digestive system. Simply remove all plant-based and processed foods and the small intestine will heal and the “problem” will go away.

With all that said, a fetus that is yet to be fully developed and depends a lot on its mother’s resources can take damage from bile acids as they have not yet developed their enterohepatic circulation. Also, bile acids are only one of many concerns as all the toxins from a bad and lacking diet that is high in plant-based foods, processed foods, and chemicals can reach the fetus, especially if the mother is compromised, which she will be if her diet is not species-appropriate.

In short, if the mother does not consume a lot of animal-based foods, as in meat and organ meats, she will be nutrient deficient and her detoxification pathways will be compromised, which also will compromise the protection of the fetus. This is common sense and simple biology.

Humans are obligate hyper carnivores, and during pregnancy the woman requires even more nutrients and is even more vulnerable to toxins as she is also trying to detoxify on behalf of the fetus. She is simply doing a lot more work, making her diet crucial for both her and the health of the fetus. Thus, if she consumes a lot of plant-based slop void of nutrients and high in toxins, and even worse, a lot of processed foods high in “sugars and fat,” she will be “overfed” but malnourished and highly toxic, which means that the fetus will not have enough nutrients to grow and develop fully while being damaged by toxins. Again, simple biochemistry and common sense.

So, to summarize, bile acids are one of the least of all worries, and liver damage is also due to seed/vegetable oils and excess glucose reaching the fetus.
Of course, they will not tell you this, as they want sickly and underdeveloped humans that are easy to control and that will become dependent on their “Medicare” and drugs even before they become adults.

“It’s a huge public health concern, as we know mothers with obesity or those eating a poor diet can predispose the next generation to a risk for obesity, diabetes and other metabolic diseases beginning in the womb, thus completing a vicious cycle from mother to infant, said Jed Friedman, Ph.D., associate vice provost for diabetes programs at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences and director of OU Health Harold Hamm Diabetes Center.”

Bam! And there we go, “mothers with obesity or those eating a poor diet,” these people do not follow a “high-fat diet,” as in a ketogenic or carnivore diet. They consume a buck load of carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils, as in processed foods and junk food, especially soda, all kinds of fried food, bakery goods, candy bars, potato chips, chocolate, cereal bars, granola, ice cream, bread, and so on. And that also means that their diet has very little room for real meat and organs meat, as in a blue or rare steak.

They are overfed but undernourished, having several nutrient deficiencies and an extreme toxic load. So, of course their offspring will be severely damaged. Again, I covered this many times and it’s simple biology, physiology and biochemistry. Heck, it’s common sense!

“By the time the offspring studied were juveniles, they had liver damage, including increased amounts of a protein called collagen, which is linked to fibrosis (a build-up of scar tissue), and activated liver cells involved in fibrosis. The high-fat diet also led to changes in how some liver genes worked, particularly those related to bile acid processing. These changes persisted regardless of what the offspring ate after being weaned.”

And there the liars and deceivers at Science Daily go again, calling it a “high-fat diet” when speaking of humans and their offspring. If you’re going to call out fats as one of the villains, you need to be specific as there are two types of fat — animal-based and plant-based, and also three versions of fats, as in saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated. One group, as in animal fats, as in saturated fats and animal-based polyunsaturated fats (omega-3) are natural and chemically correct for humans — and saturated fats and cholesterol is how we humans store and use fat as fuel and for most chemical processes. Animal-based fats, including saturated fats, cholesterol, and omega-3 can never be harmful, they are natural, they are present in every cell in our bodies.

However, on the other side of the spectrum you have plant-based fats, or more correctly “oils,” and they are very chemically different compared to natural animal-based fats. They are not compatible with human physiology and need to be converted in our bodies, which is a toxic process in itself. However, as all plant-based fats are very vulnerable to oxygen, light and heat, they are always somewhat rancid and oxidized even before we can consume them, making them even more toxic. So, again, you need to be specific and stop with the deceiving tactics. Tell it like it really is, it’s a diet high in carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils, and such a diet is exceedingly toxic and damaging to our bodies.

And while the elevated glucose from the carbohydrates damages the liver, so do these unsaturated plant-based fats, and in many cases even more so.

And if we look at the actual study, the authors actually call the diet causing harm in humans the “Western-style diet (mWSD),” and we all know that the westernized diet is based on plant-based processed foods extremely high in carbohydrates (sugar) and seed/vegetable oils. Still, the crew as Science Daily tries their best to call it a “high-fat diet,” such lying and deceiving scumbags.

Also, the researchers’ observations on liver damage in human fetuses and children from mothers who consumed a high carbohydrate- and high seed/vegetable oil diet led them to conduct a study — and that study was performed on Japanese Macaque, yes, on frikkin’ monkeys! Science Daily did not even mention this in their article. Monkeys that have a completely different digestive system than humans. Macaques are classified as “omnivores” or even “frugivores,” but are known to consume a lot of small animals, insects, bugs, and even shellfish. That is natural for all “herbivores” and “frugivores” as their abysmal diets cannot provide all the nutrition they need. The plant-matter they consume is broken down and fermented to produce saturated fats, but they still need a lot of bioavailable vitamins and minerals, hence the consumption of small animals, insects, and bugs.

So, in this study, the monkeys were fed different diets, all of them very subpar, and the worst one (WSD) provided 36.3% “calories” from plant-based fats with 10% fructose and 8.8% sucrose. The control diet provided 14.7% calories from fat with 2.6% sucrose.
Again, Macaques have digestive systems and a metabolism that allows them to consume a lot more monosaccharides like glucose, fructose, and galactose, or disaccharides like sucrose, lactose, and maltose — and also fiber, which they can ferment into saturated fats. They also tolerate seed oils better, but only in the case of actually consuming nuts and seeds which are usually in their natural diet, and not receiving unnatural oils manufactured by toxic processes that have been added to dry food/animal feed (produced by the atrocious company Purina Mills.)

As they did not provide the exact ingredients for the Monkey Chow, we can still get an idea by looking at the Purina Hi-Pro Monkey Chow which contains soybean meal, wheat middlings, ground wheat, ground corn, corn gluten meal, soybean hulls, animal fat preserved with mixed tocopherols, spray dried whey, calcium carbonate, beet pulp, sugar, fish meal, sodium casein, salt, brewer’s dried yeast, dehydrated alfalfa meal, calcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, choline chloride, dl-methionine, vitamin A acetate, vitamin A palmitate, D activated animal sterol, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate,  menadione sodium bisulfite, vitamin B, thiamin.

In other words a lot of toxic soy, wheat and corn followed by a shitload of artificial and highly toxic man-made “vitamins.” That is not food, that is pure poison. Poor monkeys.

So, even though the Macaques should be able to handle seed/vegetable oils better than humans, their offspring still showed the same liver damage when plant-based unsaturated fats and sugars were increased, as seen in humans where the mother consumes a high carbohydrate and high seed/vegetable oil diet. That simply proves how toxic plant-based fats such as soybean oil, avocado oil, olive oil, rapeseed (canola) oil, sunflower oil and the like actually are. They’re poisonous!

“This study provides evidence that MASLD originates in the womb, influenced at least in part by a mother’s high-fat diet,” Friedman said.”

Okay, let’s return to humans, our own species. And what Friedman meant to say with the “high-fat diet” was actually a diet high in plant-based oils, as in unnatural unsaturated fats. And again, that is only the top of the iceberg. Elevated blood glucose from carbohydrates are almost as toxic for the liver and all other organs and soft tissues. Then add in all the defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals and pesticide residues found in all plant-based edibles and processed plant-based foods — and of course, all the man-made chemicals like artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, preservatives, emulsifiers and so on.

“A mother’s diet during pregnancy plays a powerful role in shaping her baby’s future health. By making healthy food choices, moms can help lower their child’s risk of developing metabolic diseases like MASLD later in life.”

Yes, diet is everything, and you forgot to mention the crucial part, that humans are obligate hyper carnivores and anything that is not animal-based will hurt you and thus hurt your offspring, especially during pregnancy, but also when breastfeeding.

Nature always strives for the best possible outcome, to further the species. If a baby is born with compromised health, an ailment or disability, it’s because of toxicity and nutrient deficiencies within the mother. That is the reality and the harsh truth that has been kept from most of us, although it should be common sense.
