Our Backwards World: Only Inorganic Plant-Based And Artificial Vitamins Can Cause Damage And Disease

Here they go again, trying to complicate nutrition and make excuses for monitoring your “blood values” and supplementing your diet with the “correct” amounts of fake nutrients — making sure that you do not get deficient but also not get “too much.” Are they paving the way for artificial pre-packed meals as touted in the conditioning of shows such as Star Trek and similar “futuristic” adaptations? Well, let’s start from the beginning.

Examine.com recently summarized another bought-and-paid-for meta-analysis where they analyzed the intake of “B vitamins” from alleged “food sources” and the possible risk of developing some neuropsychiatric disorders (NPDs.)

Well, let’s see how they twisted and f**ked up this one. And I apologize in advance to any possible newcomers to my website as I’ll likely have to use the “R” word once again, as it is the most descriptive word for these imbeciles. With that being said, my intelligent readers understand that it’s simply part of my specific writing style to stir the pot and invoke some emotions so you better remember the important bits.

Key study details

“Vitamin B6, folic acid, and vitamin B12 intake (excluding supplement intake) were estimated from dietary recalls. The genes used in the MR analysis were generally associated with both the metabolism of B vitamins and the risk of NPDs.”

Well, they f**ked up from the start. Folic acid is the synthetic form used in supplements and fortified foods and is extremely toxic. The natural form is referred to as folate, folacin or vitamin B9, not folic acid. So, the imbeciles of this study included plant-based fortified foods when accounting for “naturally occurring” B vitamins. That’s either hilarious or very sad as it shows a complete lack of understanding of their own parameters for the meta-analysis.

And with that being said, there are two “natural” forms of any vitamin, including B vitamins, and then you have several forms of specific vitamins like Vitamin A (retinol, retinal, retinoic acid and the worthless precursor β-carotene as found in plants.) And this is the reason why these paid shills behind this meta-analysis simply stated “dietary recalls” and did not separate between food sources as they know that anything plant-based is inorganic, non-bioavailable and highly toxic while anything from animal-based foods are organic, bioactive and fully bioavailable and thus perfectly safe as it is natural and stored in the same chemical form as we humans store the vitamins in our tissues.

As I’ve explained many times since 2019, plants belong to the kingdom of Plantae while humans obviously belong to the Kingdom of Animalia where we are classified as obligate hyper carnivores, that is, we are constructed as a species to consume raw meat and animal fat, including the produce of animals such as eggs and the occasional raw milk. Anything plant-based is chemically different to how we extract and store nutrients in our bodies.

If we for some reason were to consume a plant, like a vegetable, the breakdown and absorption rate of any kind of nutrient would be severely limited by the presence of fiber, starches, defense chemicals and antinutrients which bind to nutrients and block absorption. The small amounts that might be broken down and absorbed (anywhere from 10 to 60%) are still in the wrong chemical form and need to be converted as the body will perceive these compounds as foreign and toxic. This conversion rate is once again very limited, ranging at about 40 to 70 % at best for a few minerals, and 10 to 50 % for most “vitamins” and for some nutrients sometimes even closer to a few percent, as with ALA that can supposedly be converted into omega-3 fatty acids (actually at a laughable rate of 8% for EPA and 0-4% for DHA.)

Now, this conversion process produces toxic waste products and the compounds that cannot be converted into something useful, usually the majority of that compound, will remain in the bloodstream where it will cause damage until neutralized and discarded from the body. This is why anything plant-based or artificial is so incredibly harmful and why they do not differentiate between plant-based foods and animal-based foods in these studies and meta-analyses, as that would reveal their lies and deceit and could wipe out the entire corrupt food industry and the backwards hi-jacked pseudoscience of “nutrition science” and “medical science.”

If we go back in history, conversion rates of plant-based vitamins were calculated and readily available in literature within biology and biochemistry. Today however, for obvious reasons, it’s difficult to find this information as most of it has been scrubbed. Some sources that are still available state a bioconversion rate of plant-based folate to approximately 50%, which would mean that only half can be used by the body while the other half damages tissues and organs until the body can expel it, which depends on the health status of the body and it’s detoxification abilities.

Still, we do not really need to know the exact bioconversion rates as plants are inherently toxic and should never be consumed by humans anyway. We already know that it is very low. Also, not only are they extremely inferior in their “nutritional” value and whatever small amounts that might be converted will cause toxicity, they also contain hundreds of different toxins, including defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, unabsorbable damaging fiber, toxic carbohydrates, and pesticide residues.

So, without separating the source of these B vitamins, the findings will shoot off in two different directions. Animal-based natural vitamins will provide health benefits, as they are essential and needed by the body and without any kind of toxicity, while plant-based vitamins will only provide a minor help/benefit due to its limited bioconversion but also an enormous harmful toxic load that will cause damage and unwanted detrimental effects.

Keep in mind that any nutrients from animal sources, which all are biocompatible with human physiology, can never cause harm. Only non-compatible compounds and toxins can cause harm, as in anything plant-based.

“Vitamin B6 was protective against schizophrenia and epilepsy but was a risk factor for mania. Folic acid was protective against Alzheimer’s disease, intellectual disability and schizophrenia. Vitamin B12 was protective against autism and intellectual disability but was a risk factor for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.”

Again, none of these B vitamins in their natural form, as found in animals and their produce, can pose a risk factor for anything — as they are fully bioavailable and bioactive the moment you ingest them. It’s the damage from the plant-based sources, and especially what is not converted, that poses these “risk factors.” Again, you need to separate between the two chemically different forms of vitamins, as within the Kingdom of Plantae vs. the Kingdom of Animalia.

Examine.com’s take

“B vitamins are involved in one-carbon metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, but their direct effect on NPDs is still unclear. Although MR methods offer advantages over traditional meta-analytical approaches, they still rely on underlying assumptions with their own bias. This, along with other factors like the high heterogeneity and potential confounding (like B vitamin status and drug management), limits the interpretation of the results.”

Ah, you Examine (R)etards. It is “unclear” because these imbeciles do not differentiate between the sources of these vitamins. When they look at blood samples they only look at the total count of a vitamin or a compound, not its actual chemical form, as in what is bioavailable or bioactive. Nor do they know if tissues actually absorb it or if it just sits around in the blood until neutralized and discharged by the body. This is why there is so much confusion while the higher-ups simply hide the truths and dictate the agenda.
Also, as mentioned previously, B vitamin status, as in “getting too much” does not matter if it is from animal sources, as it’s bioactive and in the correct form, so the body can use and store what it needs and simply discard the rest without any toxicity. It’s only an excess of unnatural inorganic plant-based “vitamins” that can be toxic and dangerous.

However, if you simply look at some basic biology and biochemistry you’ll find that plant compounds are not chemically compatible with human physiology and need to be converted. And you’ll also find that this conversion is extremely limited. From this, you should be able to pose questions such as what happens to whatever is not converted, and what happens to the molecules/compounds that are removed in the conversion process? Again, you’ll find that they are very toxic and will cause cellular damage until they’ve been neutralized and discarded. And what happens in a person that is of poor health, as in already under a high toxic load and/or nutrient deficient, as in 80 to 90% of the population where detoxification is severely limited? Yes, even more damage!

All this should be common sense if you actually looked into it and gave it some thought. Still, the sinister programming and brainwashing is strong, and this about chemical differences, bioconversion and toxicity is well hidden within the pseudoscientific fields of “nutrition” and any “dietary science.” They simply call it vitamins regardless of the source, which is extremely misleading and deceitful.

So, what this meta-analysis actually showed, considering that the vast population consumes a lot of toxic plant-based edibles, is that the inorganic B vitamins in these plant-based foods will increase the risk of developing mania, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Heck, that sounds like pretty much any vegan and plant-based mentally ill activist you’ll ever have the displeasure of meeting. Such a coincidence, not.

And that is only from looking at three B vitamins and the risk of NPDs. Now account for all other inorganic “nutrients” and all the hundreds of toxic compounds found in a single vegetable, and the picture looks pretty grim. It’s full-on bodily and mental destruction.
