A few days back we looked at a study that showed how a pregnant mother’s diet high in carbohydrates, seed/vegetable oils and other plant-based toxins damaged the health of the fetus and especially the liver. So, this new summary of birth outcomes among imbeciles following a vegan diet should be a no-brainer. The vegan diet is one of the most retarded diets ever to be pushed on gullible idiots, only second to the fruitarian diet.
So, let’s see what Examine.com has to say about this meta-analysis of 3 cohort studies of mothers following a vegan diet during pregnancy compared to mothers following the typical shitty modern diet and how it was associated with higher odds of having an infant that was very small for the gestational age.
And I’ll try to be on my best behavior today, being all politically correct and snow-flakey as plant-based imbeciles are such fragile things. Nah, the f**k I will. We’re talking about the health of a newborn life here. This is really serious.
Key study details
“The meta-analyzed studies included over 67,000 participants, of whom roughly 0.5% followed a vegan diet. The studies were conducted in Israel (2 studies) and Denmark (1 study).”
I guess we should be happy that only 0.5 % of mother’s were so incredibly stupid and ignorant that they followed a death-diet while being pregnant and developing a new life.
On the other hand, it means that the sample size was very small, as in only 335 mothers.
“Following a vegan diet during pregnancy was associated with 171% higher odds of having a child that was small for the gestational age (defined as a birth weight below the 10th percentile).”
That is quite high odds, and to understand why some mothers might get away with developing a “almost” normal baby and others won’t, you need to look at how long these gullible and ignorant mothers have followed such a harmful diet. There are several factors at play, which I have explained in my previous articles “Starting or Expanding Your Family – How nutrition and toxins influence your child,” “A Mother’s Diet High In Plant-Based Carbohydrates And Seed Oils Will Destroy The Health, And Especially The Liver, Of A Growing Fetus,” “Maternal Toxicity Associated With Children’s Behavioral and Emotional Regulation,” and “Changes To The Brain During Pregnancy Is Due To Nutrient Deficiencies.”
In short, a vegan diet cannot provide any bioavailable or essential nutrients as they are in the wrong chemical form for our physiology, as humans are obligate hyper carnivores and we lack the digestive system to extract anything meaningful from plant matter. And while a lot of nutrients are not even found in plant-based foods, the few nutrients that are have to be converted, which is a very low-yielding and toxic process. So, this means that in a nutrient deficient and pregnant mother, the body has no other option than to break down her own tissues to supply the nutrients needed and to put together the baby as best as it can. If it is her first pregnancy, or if it has passed more than 3 to 4 years since her last pregnancy, she might just have enough resources to put together a functional and somewhat healthy baby. Odds are even better if she has been getting any animal-based foods as of late, as in the months previous to becoming pregnant, so she has some saved nutritional stores that can be used by the fetus.





However, if she’s been following the deadly vegan diet for several months or even a few years prior to becoming pregnant, the baby will most likely be born with a lot of health issues, including a much lower body weight.
Another consideration is the toxic load of the mother and her ability to detoxify. The longer you go with nutrient deficiencies, as in being vegan, the more trouble the body will have with detoxification as it’s heavily dependent on certain essential nutrients. And being pregnant means that you need to detoxify on behalf of the fetus as well. So, if the mother has been vegan for some time or if she consumes a lot of plant-edibles rich in defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, and pesticide residues, especially if combined with carbohydrates and seed oils, or even worse ultra-processed foods, she will not be able to detoxify and her toxic load will be really high, damaging the fetus even further — guaranteeing health problems, ailments and severe conditions and handicaps upon birth or in the few years following, such as Fragile X syndrome, Five P Minus Syndrome, Down syndrome, common truncus, and asthma, autism, ADHD, and many more.


Yes, being vegan, fruitarian or even vegetarian as a mother should be criminal and punishable by law!

It’s not unclear if you have a working brain. It might be unclear from this meta-analysis due to the small sample size of only 335 mothers and all the factors I explained above, but for those who have been vegans for a long time, a very low birth weight below 2,500 grams or 5.5 pounds is almost guaranteed.

What is very frightening is that today, as in the 2020’s, a birth weight of 3.3 kg (7 pounds and 6 ounces) for males and 3.2 kg (7 pounds and 2 ounces) for females is considered the 50th percentile at birth.
In the early 70’s, when I was born, my mother worked two jobs — as a day-time stablewoman for racing horses, and as a night-time nurse at a hospital. She also smoked and developed goiter from the stress and lack of sleep. Luckily she followed a “balanced diet” with plenty of meat or I might never have been born. But when I was born, my birth weight was 3.8 kg (8 pounds and 6 ounces,) and that was considered normal or even a bit on the low side. Three years later, my mother and father had a farm and although she worked hard, she did not stress or work around-the -clock and when my younger brother was born he weighed about 4 kg, which was just above the average for the 70’s. Now, 50 years later, the median birth weight has dropped by 0.5 kg (1.1 pound,) and that is all due to the extreme decline in our “modern diet,” as in plant-based and processed foods.

“Although this evidence is observational and may be susceptible to confounders, following a vegan diet during pregnancy can plausibly lead to a lower intake of calories, protein, and long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, any or all of which could explain the higher odds of small-for-gestational-age infants with this dietary pattern.”
Are you at Examine.com really that retarded or are you simply shilling for your masters in the food industry? This is basic-level biology, physiology and biochemistry. As I’ve explained in more than 100 articles since 2018, humans cannot extract enough nutrition to be healthy on a vegan diet, not even if they were to eat for 10 to 18 hours a day as true herbivores do. Heck, even omnivores in nature spend most of the day collecting and eating food.
As for protein and omega-3 fatty acids, they are only the tip of the iceberg. Plant-based edibles does not even contain essential key-nutrients (or in their correct form) such as vitamin A (retinol,) vitamin K2 (MK4,) vitamin D3, vitamin B12, Omega-3’s (EPA/DHA,) zinc, heme iron, cholesterol, saturated fats, taurine, glycine, choline, creatine, and many more.


And NO! You cannot supplement most of these nutrients, especially not vitamins as they also are in the wrong chemical form and will hardly be recognized by the body, causing tremendous toxicity and harm! Read up on biochemistry, it might save your life!



So, in other words, it’s frikkin’ common sense that a vegan diet will cause tremendous damage to a growing fetus and even to a growing child if feed such evil deadly slop, not to mention that the breast milk will be very low in nutrients if the mother continues on this idiotic and deadly vegan path (but likely she will not be able to produce enough milk and will turn to the extreme damaging and deadly baby formulas, hurting her child even more.)
All this should be common sense. Unfortunately, the large masses have been brainwashed, programmed, and conditioned with inverted pseudo-science, as in “nutritional science” for several generations now, and most of the lies have become universally believed dogma among these sheep.
We who actually understand simple biology, physiology, biochemistry and also possess some common sense need to put out the truth as often and as much as we can as these lies are doing tremendous damage and shortening the lifespans of most people by almost half. And it’s even worse when children and especially unborn children get hurt and maimed for life because of these lies and gullible parents who have lost the ability to think, reason and rationalize.
