As many of you know, bodybuilding is what started one side of my career back in the early 90’s. It led me to create Ironmag, the first internet magazine and community in 1996. I’ve written more 500 articles within the fitness and health field, managed several magazines, worked with the Talent Hunt project for five years and also trained, coached and worked with hundreds of top athletes from 1997 to 2016.
In other words, I know a lot of the trainers and former competitors in bodybuilding, on a world-wide scale. I did not know John Meadows personally, but our paths have crossed a few times in the past.
As for background, John was diagnosed with a rare colon disease, idiopathic myointimal hyperplasia of the mesenteric veins, in 2005.
John also had a heart-attack early last year. Although, he recovered well and seem to be doing awesome, you never know about these things. John is also known for always being in good shape, ripped with bulging veins and muscle fibers showing through the thin skin (much more so than yours truly). Not many can pull that off for extended periods of time, especially not with the large amount of muscle mass that John had. So, he was most likely on some kind of anabolic steroid pretty much year-round. With heart issues, extremely low body fat, and so-so nutrition, that can take its toll. And yes, John was advocating the typical bodybuilding diet, and although it’s better than any ‘modern diet’ or plant-based idiocy, it’s still way too low in animal fats and nutrient dense organ meats. And we know how important saturated fats and cholesterol is for heart health and the maintenance of our veins and blood vessels.
So, with all this in mind, it’s not that big of a surprise that he would pass away from a pulmonary embolism, or a ‘blood clot’.
With that being said, the news stories reporting on his death are all heavily coded by gematria and numerology. While his death still can be “natural” or “organic” and they simply try to code it with their wording as a ritual (they always do), there are some “coincidences” that are harder to explain, especially when looking at specific dates and the day he died – and all words that keep coming back on every decode. Another red-flag is that a “Go Fund Me” page was launched the day after his death in ‘support of his family’ by another famous “youtuber” (Athlean-X). John was not a poor man and launching a money donation page within a day of his death while the family is still in shock is just weird. Such things could wait a few days unless it was planned, set-up in advance and ready to go.
Let’s break down the reports of his death and see what is behind the words, using gematria – their way to communicate, cast spells and shape our reality; just as God created the world with language, by combining the number with the letter with the word.
Most of the headlines says he died “unexpectedly and peacefully”.

That’s a lot of matches within the same theme to be coincidences. Well, he died on August 8th, which can be written as “August Eighth”. Keep in mind that John’s nick name in the industry was “Mountain Dog”, since he used to breed mountain dogs as a hobby and side-hustle while he competed in bodybuilding.

Even his age and “blood clots”, the cause of death, is coded with the day of his passing.

And finally, when looking at this and doing some decoding, I did get several matches with “vaccine” and “vaccine deaths” – and of course with the fake Corona pandemic, as ‘56’ popped up. That could be organic, since English is coded to show the meaning of words, their connections. And vaccines are for injuring, maiming, sterilizing and killing. I have no idea if John was so stupid that he took the shot, or not. But it can be worth keeping it in mind if this story evolves. Cause of death is said to be a blood clot…
