As this story is still developing, the decode will be “rather brief” and based on the initial released script and numbers by the media. However, it should as always be more than enough to prove that this alleged ‘mass shooting’ was scripted, staged, and utterly fake, as part of their ‘gun ban’ agenda and rituals — when in actuality, they do it to sell more guns and ammunition as gullible people get scared and stock up before it’s to late.
The first report claimed “16 killed,” which of course, reduced to the Freemasonic ‘33’ in the most important cipher. A classic for staged and fake shootings, as these fake events are staged by the Masons within the Federal Government and the Police.

A few hours later, as I sat down to speed read through the reports, they raised the numbers of deaths to say “at least 22 dead.” As you know, ‘22’ is the Master Builder Number within Freemasonry and the phrase “22 dead” both sums and reduces to ’18,’ the code for 666, the Number of the Beast, as 6 + 6 + 6 sums to 18. Of course, ‘Masons,’ as in Freemasons, also reduces to 18. Actually, the phrase ’22 Dead’ equals ‘18’ in more than half of all acknowledged ciphers, including some rarely used.
This new number of ’22 Dead’ was, of course, reported by the ‘City Councilor,’ as in ‘CC,’ or 33, the Master Teacher Number. The city councilor goes by the appropriate name of Robert McCarthy, where the last name of ‘McCarthy’ has the double ‘CC’ as well.
