No, Never Eat at Night

As the year comes to an end, we return to T-Nation and a short article by diet- and protein-obsessed Chris Shugart. This time it’s about late-night eating, and although he understands that it’s a bad thing, he still misses the big picture and presents some very bad advice. He begins his article with quite a cliché, citing: “An old expression goes like this: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner […]

Blood Clots; Quick Update

If you haven’t read my story on this, check out the article called, ‘Blood Clots, My Story, and What You Need to Know.’ The article following below is a short follow-up and what happened since and what I’m doing now. While the pain in my lower leg subsided on Saturday and I was back in the gym doing some light upper-body work that weekend, the pain was noticeable while lying down and getting some

No! You Should Not ‘Eat’ Carbs Ever!

This will be a short and simple review of an article published at ‘verywellfit.com,’ a website that claim to be “an award-winning resource for reliable and up-to-date information on all nutrition and exercise topics.” Yeah, sure. The article in question is called “Should I Eat Carbs After My Workout?” and is written by Sarah Garone, a freelance “health and wellness” writer who runs a food blog. Wow, such credentials. Well, I’ve worked roughly 30

Quick Training, Nutrition, and Life Update

Yes, it’s been a while. Last personal blog entry was in May when I started my last dry fasting experiment, which was totally awesome and documented on our uncensored community Ungovernable.se. I did 5 days of dry fasting that time and I’m now planning a 7-day dry fast.Since then, my body weight has slowly increased back up to where I was before that fast, but hopefully with a little less body fat. My current

April 28, 2021. A short little life update – Weight Training

The last time I posted a little about my current life was on my birthday, 3 weeks ago. Nothing much changed, really. I’m still doing my own “mental work-load training/therapy” for healing the last bit of my brain injury (the small tumor I had in 2018, that was gone in 2019). Much of this “therapy” has been posting here on Facebook; exposing lies to help people to start questioning whatever is happening around them.

May 3 and May 12, 2020. Training and Recovery Update with Q&A

Building muscle and shedding body fat. In my last post from April 14, I had re-gained about 7.3 kg (16lbs) since about February. In the last two weeks, although my back and ribcage were busted for 10 days, I gained another 2.2 kg and I’m now at 71.7 kg (158 lbs). Might not sound as much, but my old “bodybuilding” weight was usually between 72 and 76 kg when fairly ripped, and at 80

January 29, 2020. A little update on my recovery

In my last update, I had just started ‘working’ again in a very limited capacity. I do have access to an office landscape, where I challenge my oversensitivity to external stimulation twice a week (sensitivity to motion, sounds, interactions, flickering lights, etcetera.). This has worked well, actually so well that I’m now back at the gym for about 4 or 5 strength training sessions a week. Although it’s a lot of noise and strength

September 6, 2019. Recovery Update!

Time for a long overdue update. For the last couple of months, I’ve been pushing at my limits a little bit. Doing some online coaching and helping a selected few, studying and digging deeper into various nutrition and health related topics, as well as some writing (Body Transformation Guide II). My nutrition is strictly animal based and I’ve done two shorter fasts this year (4 days and 6 days, both with a few days
