Fewer and Larger Meals is Our Natural Preference

Yesterday, the Bodybuilding and Fitness website T-Nation posted an article about a study from late 2023 on the effects of a single 100 grams of protein serving after a workout. Back in the day, people used to have some weird belief that you could only absorb about 30 grams of protein per meal, which of course is extremely ridiculous (and we’ll get to that.) Actually, a lot of people who are oblivious to the […]

Biohacking is Complete Bullshit

Inspired by a post at our community forums over at, about the hydrogen water gimmick, I decided to make a short article about this nonsense called ‘biohacking.’ And be prepared, I will not pull any punches today as a bloody nose might be what is needed to wake some people up from their indoctrination and reversed ‘logic.’ To make it easy, I will define ‘biohacking,’ also known as ‘DIY biology,’ as a futile

No, Never Eat at Night

As the year comes to an end, we return to T-Nation and a short article by diet- and protein-obsessed Chris Shugart. This time it’s about late-night eating, and although he understands that it’s a bad thing, he still misses the big picture and presents some very bad advice. He begins his article with quite a cliché, citing: “An old expression goes like this: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner

Yes, it’s been a while. Last personal blog entry was in May when I started my last dry fasting experiment, which was totally awesome and documented on our uncensored community I did 5 days of dry fasting that time and I’m now planning a 7-day dry fast.Since then, my body weight has slowly increased back up to where I was before that fast, but hopefully with a little less body fat. My current

April 28, 2021. A short little life update – Weight Training

The last time I posted a little about my current life was on my birthday, 3 weeks ago. Nothing much changed, really. I’m still doing my own “mental work-load training/therapy” for healing the last bit of my brain injury (the small tumor I had in 2018, that was gone in 2019). Much of this “therapy” has been posting here on Facebook; exposing lies to help people to start questioning whatever is happening around them.
