Blood Clots; Dry Fasting Update

Around September 5, I noticed a small redness and some minor itchy-like pain in my lower leg, which as you know turned out to be a small blood clot due to my earlier battle with tumors, being diabetic for a few years, and my congenital sensitivity for PAI-1(PAI-1 form blood clots by blocking the enzyme that keep your blood in a fluid-like state.) So, after preparing with increasing my intake of saturated fats, cholesterol, […]

Alleged “Experts” Still 100% Wrong About Food and Weight Loss

Warning! This article might contain some harsh and foul language. Unfortunately, it is very needed. One of the worst pseudo-science and bro-science websites on the internet, ‘bodybuilding.com,’ recently posted a new article on weight loss. Now, ‘weight loss,’ is quite the muddy terminology as it does not define what you actually lose in order to reduce your body weight. You could just cut of an arm or a leg as illustrated in some cartoons,

Fat Loss Made Simple – Forget About Calories and Cardio

In October 2006, almost 16 years ago, I wrote an extremely controversial, yet very important article called ‘Cardio Sucks’ for the Swedish leading Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine ‘Body.’ It actually did some impact on clueless athletes and coaches here in Sweden, but in the big scenario of things, not much has changed since I wrote that and countless of other articles on similar topics. I still see people focusing on the completely wrong things,

A Quick Recap from the +3 days of Dry Fasting

Last week I fasted 3 days with 2 days of dry fasting (no liquids at all.) This week I did a 3-days and 6-hours Dry Fast (78-hours total.)
