September 6, 2019. Recovery Update!

Time for a long overdue update. For the last couple of months, I’ve been pushing at my limits a little bit. Doing some online coaching and helping a selected few, studying and digging deeper into various nutrition and health related topics, as well as some writing (Body Transformation Guide II). My nutrition is strictly animal based and I’ve done two shorter fasts this year (4 days and 6 days, both with a few days of dry fasting).

I’m still healing and recovering, and there’s no longer any visible sign of the ‘tumor’ in my left leg; it was originally 7,5 cm (3”) wide at the top, 3 cm (1.2”) thick, 16 cm (6.3”) in length and 3 cm (1.2”) in width at the bottom – and at that time clearly visible.
However, the small damage on my brainstem still affects me daily. Mental energy levels and motivation fluctuate by the hours. And by pushing myself a bit, if I overdo it (and I usually do), I can be out for days before inspiration, focus, and motivation returns. So yes, it’s a slow process – although I’m healthier than any other man half my age in any other aspect.

With that being said, I need to keep myself as busy as I can within my current restricted limits. Otherwise I’ll go stir-crazy. I’m used to doing stuff from morning to evening. Those who know me well, know that I have trouble watching a full movie or even a 45-minute documentary without breaks because my brain is always firing and coming up with ideas and stuff I’d rather do than sitting and doing nothing in front of a bloody screen.

Also, I get most enjoyment and inspiration from helping people and see them progress and thrive. So yeah, if you’re interested in online-coaching or consultations, please contact me on Messenger. I’ll get back at you as soon as I can.

That’s pretty much it for now. Please keep this page alive, and if you want my input on something, please tag me in the post. I’ll try to keep you all updated on a more regular basis. Over and out. Much love to all of you!
