October 22, 2020. FASTING – Day 4

My sleep was deep but short this night. I woke up at 2.45 am fully awake and energized. It was impossible to go back to sleep, so I got up and did some minor work-related tasks. Do you get hungry; do you get cravings?

Unless you have a severe metabolic disorder, hunger or cravings are not due to lack of ‘calories’ (energy) or a low meal frequency (and thus low blood sugar, lol).
