What to do When Your Body go Through a Detoxification Cycle

Today we return to the Big-Pharma shill-website know as ‘Healthline,’ and a recent article they posted called, “12 Tips for a Speedy Flu Recovery.”As for this article, this subject is too important to hold anything back, so be prepared for some tough love. After the extremely obvious staged Covid-19 psy-op and ritual, more people should be questioning all the bullshit they’ve been spoon-fed throughout their lives, especially everything concerning the made-up “science” of Virology […]

Intermittent Fasting – Quick Guide and FAQ

The pharmaceutical shill-website Healthline just posted a “beginners guide” to Intermittent Fasting, and it’s not too bad considering their previous abysmal and mostly pseudo-scientific nonsensical content. So, lets break it down. First off, Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. This could be, for example, a daily ‘feeding window’ of 6 to 8 hours, leaving 16 to 18 hours a day for a ‘fasted state,’ (the

The Charlatan Paul Saladino Want You to be Unhealthy and Ridden with Disease

Since I get questions about this crackpot Saladino all the time, I might as well do another article on him and the complete nonsense about “needing” carbohydrates. A few weeks ago, he made a video called “Why you need carbs in your diet,” so let us go through some of his opinions in that video and once again explain why this is a very bad and unhealthy idea. Funny enough, he starts his video

7 Beginner Nutrition Mistakes to Avoid

Yes, I do get requests to check out different health, fitness, and nutrition articles at times, and this one was just too funny not to make a little review out of. The article is about “7 beginner nutrition mistakes” and is written by Roger “Rock” Lockridge for the supplement store and publishing company Muscle and Strength, very similar to T-Nation, but a few steps behind. The article begins with the following premise: “When it

A Quick Look at the Fitness & Bodybuilding Pseudo/Bro-Science, Week 47

If you’re new to me and my website, I worked daily in the Fitness-, Bodybuilding-, Gym-, and Competitive Sports industry for almost 22-years with nutrition, supplementation, and training — and was involved in it for a total of more than 26 years. Most of that time, I too was trapped in the pseudo-science of “nutrition science” and was fooled by the synthetic toxic crap of the pharmaceutical and supplement industry. August 7, 2021. Fasting update – 117 hours, 42 minutes

I started on Monday, at about 10am, and broke the fast today, Saturday morning at 7.42am. That’s 4 days and almost 22 hours. The reason I didn’t go a full 5 days or more was simply that I wanted to hit the gym again, and I felt I needed something as a pre-workout. So, I ended the fast with a tablespoon of fish roe, followed by a small 40-gram whey shake and some rice cakes.

July 28, 2021. Training and Fasting Update.

Photo from this morning at 77.0 kg body weight, after about 68 hours of fasting. Yep, the fast lasted for only 69 hours or so. My head was in it, but not my body. Not in this already draining heat and the lack of sleep I’ve been experiencing for the last two months. Still, I do feel better after the fast and I have been improving at the gym all late spring and summer.
