”Superfoods” are Actually Highly Toxic Sh*t Foods

While checking a couple of websites this early morning, I just happened to see that an online publication and supplement company recently released an ‘updated’ formula of their “superfood.” Yes, these toxic ‘greens’ powders are still a thing. Gullible people within the Fitness industry make smoothies or put it in their protein shakes believing that they are healthy. Vegans drink them by the gallons in hope to nourish their malnourished, decaying, and dying bodies.

August 7, 2021. Fasting update – 117 hours, 42 minutes

I started on Monday, at about 10am, and broke the fast today, Saturday morning at 7.42am. That’s 4 days and almost 22 hours.The reason I didn’t go a full 5 days or more was simply that I wanted to hit the gym again, and I felt I needed something as a pre-workout. So, I ended the fast with a tablespoon of fish roe, followed by a small 40-gram whey shake and some rice cakes.

July 28, 2021. Training and Fasting Update.

Photo from this morning at 77.0 kg body weight, after about 68 hours of fasting. Yep, the fast lasted for only 69 hours or so. My head was in it, but not my body. Not in this already draining heat and the lack of sleep I’ve been experiencing for the last two months. Still, I do feel better after the fast and I have been improving at the gym all late spring and summer.
