March 9, 2021. Training and Life update with Q&A

Yes, it’s been a while. I’ve been quite busy with reading, studying and writing (as of now, I’m about 80 to 90% recovered from the brain-stem tumor injury) and sharing 30+ years of research and information on nutrition, the fake germ theory, the scamdemic, our Natural Law, the Terrain Theory, the One World Government (New World Order) and much more. As always, I just share information I’ve spent countless of hours researching to shake […]

The most educated people are the most indoctrinated

This is very true and I see it all around me. As for myself, I had to ‘unlearn” more than 17 years of “modern” medical studies, throw away the false germ theory, unlearn most of almost 30 years of nutritional study and much more. I had to face death to realize the truth of the terrain theory, the logic behind German New Medicine, and the power of fasting and animal-based nutrition to heal myself.

August 18, 2020. Training and goals update

If anyone is interested in what I’m currently doing, here’s a short update for you. In early February, when I got back to the gym after more than three years mostly off from training due to my illnesses, I weighted a measly 62 kg (136 lbs.) Fortunately, I’m used to be between 74 and 78 kg, and due to muscle memory I hit 80 kg (175 lbs.) in late July. Starting August, I’ve been

Meat and animal foods. It’s not only about protein, ya know…

I’ve spent most of my career within the ‘fitness industry’ and the ‘medical field’ as a nutritionist, writer, author, coach, personal trainer, and speaker. Although most of the people I’ve coached have been competing bodybuilders and fitness athletes, I’ve also worked with top athletes from most sports, as well as people just interested in improving their body composition or health. I’ve been around countless other coaches and ‘personal trainers’, and as you can imagine,

Microbiome and Gut Bacteria Made Simple

Your microbiome, or ‘gut flora,’ (microorganisms such as bacteria, parasites and fungi) is solely governed by what you eat. If you, for example, stop eating harmful fiber and starches (carbohydrates,) the bacteria that feed off it will die and be replaced by other bacteria that enjoy what you are now eating. The only reason you have a specific strain of bacteria is because that strain is taking advantage of what you are feeding them

Do You Need Antioxidants? The Antioxidant Scam.

It’s been a few years since antioxidants exploded in popularity and flooded the “health-food” and even sports supplement market. Sure, antioxidants can inhibit oxidation and thereby lower the production of free radicals (which can harm our cells). However, the main thing influencing oxidation and the production of free radicals is your diet, your environment (pollution) and amount of exercise. As for diet, the biggest offender is carbohydrate metabolism. When we produce energy from carbohydrates,

10 Diet/Nutrition Myths That Must Die In 2020

Plants cannot run away from predators. Therefore, they have developed several sinister defense mechanisms to prevent them from being eaten. These include toxins that are highly poisonous in larger quantities, antinutrients that block nutrients from being absorbed and can cause cellular damage, and phytoestrogens that will make the predator infertile. As for vitamins and minerals, none of these are in bioavailable form and must be converted in our bodies. The bioconversion rate is between

More on Skin Care and the Misinformation About Vitamin C

Vitamin C has mainly three effects on the body. It up-regulates different collagen genes, it’s an antioxidant, and it competes with glucose at the glut-4 receptor. However, sun exposure, vitamin A (animal: retinol), and vitamin K2 (animal: MK4) also up-regulates these collagen genes and many more, rendering vitamin C unnecessary for collagen production (skin, hair, nails, joints, etc.). So, you can only get scurvy if you lack these fat-soluble vitamins. If you get these
