Vegan / Veganism Psy-Op

Veganism is an extremely dangerous and deadly psy-op/agenda.
All plant food, vegetables, and fruit contain antinutrients and inaccessible antioxidants we can’t absorb (that’s the plants protection against bugs and being eaten), including fiber we cannot digest. Humans also lack the enzymes and the ability to convert plant vitamins and minerals into the organic form found in animals. That is why you only can absorb about 10% of the nutrients when following a vegan diet. This causes severe nutrition deficiencies once your body run out of its stored nutrients (can take months to several years.)
