Woke up at 5.10 am and had my best sleep in more than half a year. Scored 88 on the FitBit app, where I usually score between 75 and 85. I usually sleep best on an empty stomach (everybody does, really) and I’ve been slacking with that the last half year where I’ve been re-gaining muscle and body weight.
