This was just too obvious and funny not to decode. Right of the bat, in the headline: “waste, fraud, and abuse in Afghanistan” = 119 (Full Reduction)119 as in 11/9 or 9/11. Just as all the previous reports from the staged Taliban takeover, ‘9/11’ is coded into the story.
