Okra Water is Simply an Extremely Toxic Sludge Soup

One of the most clueless writers on the Internet is back with yet another atrocious piece of garbage. Yes, I’m talking about Matt Weik of Ironmagazine and his gullible attempt at promoting Okra water, a shitstorm of plant-based toxins infused into water after soaking this poisonous green pod of seeds, the most toxic part of any plant. Anyone with the most basic understanding of biology and biochemistry should understand that drinking such an infusion is a very bad idea.

Unfortunately, Matt Weik is not the smartest of the fitness-writer monkeys, and the little “training” he has is in the inverted backwards-thinking of the Rockefeller’s “nutrition science” — created to deceive and keep the population weak, docile, sickly, dumbed down and dependent on their “medical care” and pharmaceutical industry.

Let’s see what Mr. Weik has to say this time. And if you find the language in this article offensive, it’s meant to. You’re welcome snowflakes.

“Have you heard of the Okra water craze that has been making rounds on TikTok? It’s currently trending for health and fitness, but will it fizzle out?”

No, I do not use platforms aimed to exploit children, nor do I care about retarded trends among people with a combined IQ less than a beaver.

I do however know about Okra as I know my plant biology and biochemistry — as every single plant is toxic and damaging to human health due to chemical incompatibility and the fact that plant substances such as defense chemicals and antinutrients are produced to maim, sterilize, and kill.

What is Okra Water?

“The preparation of okra water is actually an insanely simple process. Individuals slice fresh or frozen okra pods and put them in water. This mixture is then refrigerated for several hours.”

Calling them “individuals” does sound a little bit better for the politically correct wuss than “retards,” although the latter is much more appropriate.

“After straining, the resulting liquid is what we know as okra water. But it definitely doesn’t have the same characteristics as typical water. The texture of okra water differs significantly from regular water. The drink often has a thicker, somewhat slimy consistency that some may find disgusting.”

Not the same characteristics as typical water? You don’t say! What a shocker.
And that thicker and slimy consistency is a typical sign of a hefty dosage of antinutrients, such as phytic acid, tannins, lectins, and saponins. Not only does these inhibit nutrient absorption in humans and other animals; tannins, lectins and saponins also have thickening, gelling, and soap-like properties that dissolves cell membranes. Yes, these plant-compounds actually destroy your cells, eating you from the inside, especially your intestines, contributing to what is called ‘leaky gut’ syndrome.

Again, “retards” is much more appropriate.

“This unique texture stems from the okra’s mucilage, a viscous substance found in the plant’s green seeds. Mucilage consists of polysaccharides, proteins, and minerals. As the sliced okra soaks, it releases this compound into the water. Then, when someone eventually drinks the okra water, they essentially drink this mucilage-infused liquid, too.”

Green seeds, indeed. Seeds are the most toxic part of any plant, you fool!

Polysaccharides, as in starch (“complex carbohydrates”,) are nothing more than sugar that will turn into toxic glucose in the body. And minerals found in plants are not chemically compatible, they need to be chelated in our bodies, which yields a very small return. Also, residues from this conversion, including that of the plant-based mineral that did not get chelated, will cause mineral build-up in your arteries, also known as plaque. So forget about that. Focus on the extreme toxicity, the extreme damage you will do to your body.

“Nutritionists note that the fiber and nutrients in okra contribute to the water’s distinctive texture. This characteristic sets okra water apart from other beverages and contributes to its claimed health benefits.”

Nutritionists are among the most indoctrinated and stupid people on this Earth. I should know, I used to be one and studied that pseudo-science for almost 30 years. They know absolutely nothing! The only positive thing I can take from these wasted 30 years is that it’s extremely easy for me to debunk their shit, as I know their backwards thinking and pseudo-science inside and out — same as the medical field in which I wasted 17 years.

And the texture of the Okra water is not due to “nutrients,” it’s due to defense chemicals and antinutrients. Due to extremely damaging toxins. Using the term “nutrients” when talking about plants simply shows how extremely retarded you are, as you do not understand the most basic level of biochemistry.

Again, not one single compound found in a plant is compatible with human physiology, as we are not plants, we are carnivorous mammals.

After this, Matt the monkey list the “nutritional value” of Okra water which is totally irrelevant, not only because of chemical differences to what we have in our bodies, but also by the fact that most of it is tied up in fiber and antinutrients, which means that even if we could absorb a few percent of it, even less would be converted or chelated to be useful. In short, only a couple of percent of what the label says is what will actually be absorbed, converted, and used by our body. So, in short, pretty much nothing, but one hell of an onslaught of toxins.

Again, “retards” is much more appropriate.

7 (Imaginary) Health Benefits of Okra Water

Hey, Matt, I added the word ‘imaginary’ to your headline to make it more appropriate. You’re welcome.

1. It may lower blood sugar
Researchers conducted a small study and discovered that okra might help lower blood glucose levels in people with diabetes. Okra contains polysaccharides and flavonoid antioxidants, which prevent enzymes from breaking down carbohydrates and slow sugar absorption in the blood.”

I just love the word “may” in science. It holds so much promise.

Seriously though, I explained this a few articles back. Acute poisoning from a lot of defense chemicals and antinutrients will put your body in a fight-or-flight response, and this will prioritize the use of glucose as energy, lowering blood glucose so the body better can deal with the new threat, that of being retarded and drinking Okra water.

2. It boosts heart health
Okra has polyphenols, unique antioxidants in plant foods that reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. The mucilage in okra binds to cholesterol during digestion, helping it exit the body through stool rather than being absorbed.”

No, that is the Rockefeller indoctrination and backwards-thinking speaking once again. And polyphenols, as in “oxidants” are plant defense chemicals! They’re extremely toxic to human biology.

And binding to cholesterol is extremely bad and unhealthy. Cholesterol is needed by most essential processes in our body, including tissue repair — which is why it is present during a healing response, as in inflammation. By reducing cholesterol, you stop any ongoing healing in your body while starving your brain and hormone production. Again, extremely retarded.

I’ve covered cholesterol in-depth in my articles “Cholesterol, LDL and HDL 101: They Got It All Backwards,” “Totally Wrong Again About Inflammation and Cholesterol (the Healing Process),” “More on Cholesterol: Natural Animal-Based Foods Can Never Be Unhealthy,” and “Statins Will Kill! Older Adults Should Consume More Saturated Fats and Cholesterol.”

3. Helps in weight loss
Okra is rich in compounds that support weight loss, such as dietary fiber and protein, which help increase satiety, bind to fat, and reduce overall calorie intake.”

Fiber is extremely bad for your gut, and there’s pretty much zero protein in Okra. The small amounts of protein is not complete, nor is it bioavailable as it is bound to the fiber.

While drinking this toxic soup might make you eat less due to acute poisoning and being in a continuous fight-or-flight response, it’s extremely damaging and unhealthy. Anyone recommending such an approach for weight loss should be behind bars.

4. It may have anti-cancer properties
Okra contains a protein called lectin that may help fight cancer. Lab studies have shown promising results. In one experiment with breast cancer cells, okra’s lectin reduced cancer cell growth by up to 63%.”

The stupidity of this guy. Wow, I’m flabbergasted.

Yes, “lab studies” as in “in vitro,” as in subjecting “cancer cells” to these defense chemicals (proteins) such as lectins will of course damage and destroy cancer cells, as these defense chemicals destroy all kinds of cells — including normal healthy functioning cells.

So, while drinking this toxic soup might help to kill a few cancer cells (that are not even dangerous,) it will damage and kill a lot more of your healthy cells, which can lead to serious intestinal problems and organ failure. Way to go Matt! At least you wrote your favorite word, “may.”

5. It may help in digestion
Okra is known for its high fiber content, which plays a crucial role in maintaining digestive health. Fiber helps prevent constipation and promotes regular bowel movements.”

May, you say? No, there’s no evidence in any literature that humans need fiber, only the contrary. This myth should have died long ago.

6. Improves skin health
Okra’s potential skin benefits stem from its vitamin content, particularly vitamins A and C. These nutrients are crucial for skin health.”

You little imbecile! The active bioavailable form of Vitamin A, as in retinol, does not exist in plants! Plants only contain provitamin A carotenoids, such as beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. These might be converted to a tiny amount of retinol in the body, ranging from approximately 6:1 to 28:1 by weight, which is ridiculously low. Also, consider that most people due to toxicity, nutrient deficiencies, and chronically elevated blood glucose levels have an impaired conversion ability, rendering plant-based foods even more useless.

Also, we get more than enough vitamin C from animal-based foods. You only need more if you consume toxic carbohydrates. Also, the chelation process and absorption of vitamin C in the body is about 80%. Also, it’s bound to defense chemicals such as flavonoids, carotenoids, and phenolic acids. So, while you might get a little vitamin C, you also get your ass kicked by a ton of toxins.

7. Strengthens bones
Okra is rich in calcium and vitamin K, both essential for bone health.”

Do I really have to repeat myself again? Vitamin K in plants are not bioavailable and is referred to as vitamin K1, while vitamin K in animal-foods are fully bioavailable as it is stored the same way as we store it in our cells, and this form of vitamin K is called Vitamin K2.
Vitamin K1 is extremely limited in its conversion to the active form MK-4, while vitamin K2 is already pre-converted in MK-4 form, making it 100% bioavailable.
Do you understand the difference, Matt? Likely not.

There is absolutely no need for Vitamin K1 in the human diet, not when we can get the fully bioavailable vitamin K2/MK-4 from animal-based foods, which also have many more health benefits as it is 100% chemically compatible with our physiology and biology.

And that was all Matt Weik had for his gullible readers. Once again he did not get one single thing right. What a poor track record. However, it makes for great entertainment and gives me an opportunity to educate my readers (although most of you are way ahead of the pack and you already know and understand this.)
