My Battle With Cancer 2017–2018, How I Recovered, How It Changed Me, And What I Do Now

This is an updated version for 2025 of the summary of my health journey written back in 2019 and then re-published as a short article on this website in March of 2021.

While some of you might have followed me since my days as a coach, trainer, writer, author, researcher, developer and public figure within the health-, sports-, fitness- and medical industry during 1991 to 2017, many of you likely found me after 2020 either through my work as a truther and decoder exposing how the world actually works, including the silly and obvious Covid-19 ritual, an elaborate worldwide hoax, the largest mind-control project in our history, or through my work as a natural human species-appropriate diet researcher and authority.

So, while most of you hopefully enjoy what I write, many of you don’t really know my full background or my story. I did release a short biography in two parts during mid-2020. I wrote that while still battling the severe mental exhaustion from the tumor I had on my brain-stem, very close to my brain. In other words, it was not very well-written and I will eventually re-write it and release a new edition. Until that biography is released, let me do a quick summary, as it will help you understand why I write about the stuff that I do and why so much of my work is for free.

Going back to my early childhood years, I got extremely sick around the age of four after having my appendix removed. Likely, this was a combination of mental trauma from the shots, being put to sleep and the surgery (as per German New Medicine,) and from some nutrient deficiencies and toxicity.

At the age of five I was diagnosed with severe “allergen-induced” and “exhaustion-induced” asthma and with a broad spectrum of allergies. The only things my mother found that I could actually eat were lean overcooked pork, lamb, potatoes, salt and fermented sourdough bread. Not exactly the best sources of nutrition as we humans are obligate hyper carnivores and cooking food destroys most of the nutrients — and my food was cooked so thoroughly that the meat I got more resembled a shoe sole than anything edible.
At my worst, I had 13 pneumonias and several ear-infections in one single year. I think it was my ninth year, the year several doctors told my mother that I would not survive my tenth birthday.
Luckily, my mother did not give up and she brought her own food to the hospital and fed me what she could while experimenting on me with Zone therapy, also known as reflexology — an alternative therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears to promote well-being. While that likely helped due to body contact and feeling cared for, the acupuncture she tried mostly made me feel worse, likely because of the pain.

Once I hit puberty around 11-years old, my allergies improved and my grandparents could stuff me with regular food and sweets, things I had not tried or ever tasted until then. While they meant well, I ballooned from a skinny 11-year old at 35 kg (77 lbs.) to a chubby 16-year old at almost 84 kg (185 lbs.) However, when I was around 12 to 13-years old, I fell in love with bodybuilding and although I’ve packed on some muscle mass in our home gym, I became aware that I had become fat.

At 17-years old in early1992, I had a year off from school working and I decided that I wanted to lose all the flab and have chiseled abs when I got back to school that autumn in 1992 — and that was how I became hooked on the fitness industry. I went from 85 kg (187 lbs.) to 64 kg (141 lbs.) in five months. Back at school in 1992 I began coaching school athletes within wrestling, ice-hockey, soccer and other students just interested in weight lifting.

After going from a flabby 85 kg to a somewhat lean 64 kg i four months. My love for the human body and the fitness industry was born.

While my health improved a little, I still got sick with pneumonia and sinusitis almost every year and that continued until 2014. My poor health was the main reason I got into bodybuilding, nutrition, endocrinology, chemistry, martial arts, combat training, and the whole gym-, health-, and fitness business – in which I made my career during 1997 and 2017. I also studied western medicine for almost 17 years to complement my coaching, but foremost to try and find ways to improve my health. That did not work — as it was those practices, the pseudo-science of “nutrition,” the lies of “modern medicine” and the reliance on supplements and medicines that actually poisoned my terrain, kept me toxic and sickly.

May of 2001 in Haninge, Stockholm, 25-years old, cooking eggs during a “bulking phase.” I was close to 92 kg (202 lbs.) here.

The only times I got better was when I was doing ketogenic diets where I focused more on animal foods, but that connection did not occur to me until much later. And I always got sick when I tried to gain body weight (muscle mass) from eating crappy energy-dense foods with little nutritional value – and also when I stressed a lot with work.

It is all very obvious from where I am now, being well-versed in human physiology, biology, and biochemistry, as well as the terrain theory and German New Medicine. But back then I was trained to think inside of their box. I was trapped in backwards thinking, their deceit, their fake pseudo-science.

When I stopped by Fairing Gym at 5.30 in the morning to get a workout before working 12+ hours with putting together the Swedish edition of Ironman Magazine with Henrik Eiselt (early 2001 to mid-2002.)
Late 2005 — A chubby me at 85kg (197 lbs.) getting a press-workout at Power Gym in Eskilstuna days before I started my own coaching business in Västerås in collaboration with Fredrik Boson’s reForm (when I also started writing for BODY Magazine and Stadium.)
When I lost my blubber (86 kg/189 lbs. fatty in first picture) and never ventured over 12% body fat ever again. Doing a ketogenic diet with mostly animal-products and some 24 to 36 hour fasting. This was, in 2008, when my philosophy for easy and sustainable fat loss was born that has been tweaked into what I use today (see my personal blog.) I was down to about 73 kg (161 lbs.) in that last picture.

In 2014 I got my wolfdog Lovec and he was with me around the clock. I had a very specific schedule with work, writing, and was outside 3 to 5 hours a day. I arranged a dog group in Gothenburg with over 50 members and some of us met up daily in the dog yard. I got a lot of sunshine, was exposed to a lot of bacteria and dirt, and my health improved quite a bit. Still, I did not make the connections. And I was still taking toxic dietary- and sports- supplements and medicines for my asthma and allergies on a daily basis.

While I worked as a head-coach, researcher, writer, developer and many other things, I also formulated and developed many dietary- and sport supplements. That also meant that I had pretty much free access to anything, or could get it dirt-cheap, during most of my career from the late 90’s until 2017.

In mid-2016 I learned that the people I hired my apartment from in Gothenburg had done so illegally since I moved there in mid-2012. I had two months to move to a new place, and finding something in Gothenburg with a wolfdog was impossible in such a short time. So, as a “temporary” solution, I moved back to the town of Arboga where I grew up and had family. It was during these months in late 2016 I discovered a lump on my right leg, which grew rather quickly. It was removed in January of 2017. That tumor had a little fibrous black-blueish glittering center with small scattered elements of scar tissue and long black string-like growths between them, making it about 5 to 6 cm (2.3 inches) all stretched out. It took almost 10 weeks for six different “cancer experts” in Scandinavia to study it, and none of them could identify the black spider web-like strings or say exactly what it was more than a “weird tumor like growth.”

How I looked in 2016 at 42-years old before moving and discovering my first tumor.

The “material/tissue” that was part of the tumor was not in any of their databases. I discussed it with several of my own connections over the world and they said ‘Morgellons’ or ‘Nano’. While I was skeptical at first, seeing pictures of what other surgeons had removed from people or things sticking out of the skin, I could not dismiss it. What they took out of my leg was identical to much of what I later was presented with.

A few days after the removal of the tumor in my right leg.

The question that remains is where it came from. From medications? From supplements? From fortified plant-based foods? From the environment? From all of the above? Considering my poor health and nutritional status most of my life and the lack of animal-based foods at times, especially organ meats, my body could simply not detoxify whatever toxins and other crap ended up inside of me (especially not as I overconsumed supplements,) and my body had no other option than to form these tumors to protect the rest of the body from them leeching out and killing me.

During the spring of 2017 I noticed a new “induration” on my other leg – also along the IT-band near the hip. As I did some prolonged fasting (5-day water/mineral fast) and then followed a ketogenic diet, it didn’t change in size and I started feeling better, so I first dismissed it as scar tissue from some injury or from doing a lot of hang cleans in the gym. During April to June of 2017, I felt somewhat okay and I was working hard on the new company and business idea within the educational field.
With all the work I put in, my stress levels were pretty high and my diet slipped quite a bit. Going from the previous somewhat nutrient dense ketogenic diet to a more mixed and “balanced” diet void of nutrients — simply eating for ‘energy’. And as soon as I felt “sick” or “tired” I did the stupidest thing you can do — taking any kind of remedy available to get it to pass as quickly as possible. I popped different herbs and adaptogens as well as caffeine pills and all the toxic supplements you could think of, such as vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, a multivitamin/multimineral, vitamin C, B-complex, Curcumin/Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea, Maca Root, Ginkgo Biloba, and much more. All of them are extremely toxic. Complete insanity.
As a note, I constantly supplemented with Vitamin D3 (and K2) during 2011 to 2017 and my vitamin D3 levels in the blood (25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D)) were extremely high when I visited my doctor in 2017 and early 2018 — likely one of the causes for severe liver and kidney damage, and possibly the tumors as well as we know how extremely toxic vitamin D3 supplements are.

Back then, little did I know that what actually happened was that the healing process, which presents itself as symptoms of “sickness” was halted as soon as I took anything toxic, as in a remedy or drug, which interfered with my body’s natural healing process. So, every time my body tried to detox and heal, I took something that stopped that process and the symptoms from the healing went away, fooling me into thinking that it worked. But what was actually happening was that my body had no other option than to encapsulate the toxins in tumors to protect the rest of the body. Yes, I unknowingly did most of this to myself. That is what “modern medical science,” “nutrition science” and simply being stupid gets you! Most of what we have been taught and think we know is a lie.

As a note, the origin of both the ‘tumors’ in my legs was the exact location where I had carried my mobile phone, as I always switched pockets for weight distribution. And the tumor at my brain stem was behind my ear at the neck, where I used to wear my headset for my phone. Likely the radiation damaged the tissue and made it even more susceptible for toxic accumulation, hence the tumors in these locations. However, it did not stop there.

In July of 2017, I began to experience cold/flu-like symptoms in the morning when waking up then it went away after a few hours. I didn’t give it much thought at first, as I continued to pop toxic vitamin-supplements and caffeine pills. It was not until I noticed that my energy levels began to plummet in the afternoon that I began to get a bit worried. In September of 2017 I had trouble focusing on tasks and remembering things. After another few weeks I was experiencing extreme brain fog and mental fatigue. I also lost a lot of weight. And let me tell you, my body fat is always in the single digits, so it was all muscle mass. In October I visited my doctor, got some basic blood- and stool tests done and received a long-term sick-leave. I had to drop everything. Close my businesses, cancel my clients, close down my big educational project, and just try to get through the day. I could hardly focus for more than a few minutes at a time. Reading or writing was almost impossible, and talking for more than a few minutes was exhausting as I had to really concentrate and focus to find the right words — and sometimes I could flip words or say another totally different word. In early December 2017, I had lost about 12 kg (27 lbs.) of body weight in only three months’ time.

I did an MRI in late December. The ‘mass’ in my left leg reached from the hip down to the knee, and had ‘eaten’ away about one third of my leg. Doctors said they couldn’t do anything. They also discovered a small mass on my brainstem, just below the brain. That could explain my extreme ‘burnt out’ symptoms.

In January of 2018 my blood-work was a total mess. My organs, especially my kidneys and liver were shutting down, my thyroid gland was out of whack and I was literally dying. I probably had a few months at most according to my doctor. My lowest body-weight, as registered at the hospital in January of 2018 was 57 kg (125 lbs.) and that was while being bloated from holding fluids due to near organ failure — so I was probably below 55 kg (121 lbs.) in dry weight. Still, my doctor said I looked “muscular” and “athletic” in some pathetic attempt to comfort me, which had the opposite effect when you’ve lost over 20 kg (44 lbs.) of pure muscle mass in half a year.

In late January of 2018 I had to find a new home for my wolfdog as I could only focus for 10 minutes or so at a time, and only in the forenoon. I was totally incapacitated in the afternoon and evenings. It was at this time I began thinking about nutrients, bioavailability and our real natural human diet — as I actually felt a little better when doing a ketogenic diet. Carnivore suddenly made sense and I began looking into it with the little energy I had. Simultaneously, I reconnected with my ex from my years in Gothenburg, and since then my best friend, Isabella, who at that time was in New York and she encouraged and supported me to make a last effort to adopt our natural species-appropriated diet, as in going full raw carnivore with focusing on raw organ meats, raw fatty cuts of beef, raw egg yolks, fish roe and aged/fermented meats. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Also, consuming everything raw was appealing as I had no energy or desire to cook or even be in the kitchen. And surprisingly, it tasted awesome as I could feel the nutrition with every bite.

February 22, 2018 — the day I adopted our natural species-appropriate diet and had my first raw liver (you look muscular and athletic, my doctor told me…) — and how I look today at 51-years old.
Three weeks into our species-appropriate diet and just before I felt adequately nourished to do my first 9-day dry fast to speed up the healing.

Within a few days I felt a little better and my energy in the mornings slowly came back. The species-appropriate diet led me to the real established research within the fields of human physiology, anthropology, biochemistry, biology, microbiology and also the Terrain Theory and German New Medicine, and as I started to study these subjects whenever I had energy, all previous questions and pieces of the puzzle fell into place. I finally understood my “medical history,” my previous health problems and how to heal, excel and turn my biological clock backwards. The germ theory and Western Medicine, on which I wasted 17 years of studies, was all fake, a big money-making scam. Once you could see the complete picture, it was all so obvious and I felt like an idiot for ever believing in the backwards pseudo-science of “nutrition science,” “modern health care,” and “modern medicine.”

I threw out all my medications and supplements — only consuming the flesh and fat of animals and their produce such as eggs and fish roe, to make sure that my toxic exposure was as minimal as possible so that healing could start.

Before getting severely sick, during, and almost a year afterwards and being back at the gym for 9 months.

With my newfound knowledge and understanding of the terrain, (our body,) the tumor in my leg reduced in size immediately and after a few months I could no longer feel it. I did some prolonged fasting by mixing water-fasts with 5 to 7 days of dry-fasting in between my re-feedings on animal-based foods, and my blood work was back to normal after three months. Also, my asthma I’ve had since my early childhood were gone and so were my allergies. I could toss all my asthma medication and I’ve never touched any of it since. Actually, my lungs have re-generated and my lung capacity and oxygenation is better at 50+ years of age than at any point previous in my life. Also, all of my small nagging injuries healed up and my digestion has been perfect every single day (in the past it was a mess every time I tried to gain muscle and/or consumed too much carbohydrates or useless damaging fiber.) And, best of all, I haven’t been “sick” one single day since I recovered and adapted to this way of living. I only get a runny nose or a nightly fever for a few hours a couple of times a year at the most – which is simply a natural way for the body to detoxify (as detoxification is amplified in a fasted state and especially during sleep.)

Since I turned things around in 2018, I’ve helped more than 75 ex-vegans to reclaim their health and more than 40 other regular people to get healthy and cure their “diseases” (including diabetes, allergies, different kind of “cancers,” cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases, and more) since finally understanding human physiology and nutrition – and I still ponder and learn new things on a daily basis — especially by writing and working with people to help them become as healthy as possible.

This photo from 2018 was taken between bouts of fasting and dry fasting to accelerate healing while following our natural species-appropriate diet in between. No training or exercise at all. Still, I slowly gained some muscle mass due to the highly nutritious diet and muscle memory despite of fasting for 7 to 9 days every other week.
One month and three fasts later. Body fat around 5.7%, but still able to do 7-days of fasting without ever feeling hungry or having cravings. Actually, my body fat in the picture from September 15, 2025 is lower, at 5.47%!

This was after several 7- to 9-day fasts and just before the last 7-day fast I did in 2018. I did a few more 5-day fasts in 2019 and then only my regular 3-5 day fasts once or twice a year after that.

Although my own body has healed and worked at peak efficiency since 2019, the brain injury from the small tumor has lingered — slowly improving but far from fully healed. The tumor disappeared, leaving some scar tissue, but I’m still struggling with brain fog and lack of mental energy later in the day more than seven years later. It’s slow but somewhat steady progress.

To backtrack a little, in late 2019 I enrolled in an office training setting to challenge myself and to stimulate my brain to heal itself. At the start, I could manage 30 to 45 minutes at a computer in an office setting with a few people around me before experiencing ringing in the ears, tunnel vision, mental fatigue and oversensitivity to sounds (everything gets louder and creeps up on you) — and I could only manage this twice a week! During the latter part of 2020, I had no problems doing two 60 minute sessions a week, while still having some energy to do an hour of work at my home office. It was at this time I started writing a little again, posting on social media and later on this website.

Funny thing is, I predicted and warned about a possible fake virus outbreak after watching puppet Bill Gates’ Event 201 on October 18, 2019 (where they simulated exactly that – a fake virus outbreak, as in Revelation of the Method) and remembering the previous Clade X simulation from years previous, it was obvious what was going on. And then the Coronavirus Pandemic hoax hit us in early 2020 and everything closed down, including my training facility. I was on my own again. And it was at this time my mother was diagnosed with extreme cancer growths around her stomach and intestines, which they first picked up in 2018 but forgot about telling us. They simply “rediscovered” her file and the old MRI as she visited the hospital as she had lost weight and could barely eat. I tried to help her with constructing a simple but nutritious meal plan, and she got her life back for two months, but she was too far gone as she could barely eat and swallow, and her intestines were so damaged that the little nutrients she could get from meat was hardly absorbed at all.
She died in late May 2020 and I felt totally burnt out again and took a break from everything for a few months. Although I still followed our natural human diet, during late 2019 and the first half of 2020 I relied a lot on dairy such as yoghurt, heavy cream, butter and whey protein powder and I did gain some weight, as in body fat. However, after a short break, I started challenging myself again. I was back at the gym in late June of 2020, for the first time in over 3.5 years, and I was doing some writing and my mentality had shifted. From being the body transformation and bodybuilding expert, I now wanted to help people heal and find their true health again. And since the world was going to shit due to the fake pandemic, Agenda 21, 2030, 2050 and the ‘great reset’, I felt obliged to educate people on what was really going on, as that had been a hobby of mine since 1998. I’ve learned a lot from all my contacts around the world, especially about secret societies and how the world is ruled and governed, and it was time to share that knowledge and to step it up a notch.

Writing, studying and doing research is something I’ve done almost daily since the early 90’s. Now it became my therapy, a way to get my mental energy and sharpness back to where it used to be.

June 2020, a month after my mother’s passing when I had put on some fat and first got back to the gym again since late 2016, compared to almost 4 months of training and how I look today at 51-years old.

And let me tell you, standing face to face with death changes you. You no longer give any fucks. You feel free and liberated and you no longer fear misery, suffering or death. Not one bit. You’ve already been there and you survived. I no longer care if some people can’t handle my information, if they dislike me, or even hate me — making up lies and attacking my persona. All I care about and want to do is to help as many as possible – but more importantly, to get people to start questioning their “reality,” the world they think they live in, to reclaim how it is to be human once again and feel how it really is to be alive — and that is only possible by being fully nourished with minimal toxicity, as in following our species-appropriate diet.

As of 2025, I feel that my mental energy is about 90 % restored in the mornings (although it slowly runs out during the day) and during this time my brain is working better than it ever had. Considering that in 2020 I could only manage to work 30 to 45 minutes twice a week and now I work 4 to 6 hours seven days a week, I consider that pretty good progress. Now, I’ve done a few supervised IQ-tests in the past, scoring 129 when I was 25 years old, and 157 in 2016 at 42 years old. I never applied for a job in my life. I’ve always been headhunted for my previous positions before starting my own businesses. I’ve always been a “visualizer,” drawing everything in my mind or simply visualizing pages of text or information drawn up in rows and columns. That is how I always pinned different kinds of information against each other to see what side of the coin makes most sense and what side has the most holes. It’s also how I find threads and pieces that connect and tie together, and how I see the bigger picture by just taking a step back in my mind and watching everything unfold beneath me — spreading out like fields of information, all readily available. Being a speed-reader, I can look at a page and find everything I need within a few seconds. So, finding useful information or errors in a research paper only takes me a few minutes, if that (if you read my Classic Muscle Newsletter, you know what I mean as I went through over 100 research papers every month — summarizing them and pointing out flaws.)
This is how my mind has always worked, so in 2018 when I could hardly read a sentence or when I muffled up words when speaking, you can surely imagine how afraid and lost I felt. I did not recognize myself. I felt like I was watching someone else, like a puppet, and I was too tired and confused to do anything about it. It was pure horror.

Now however, I feel that I’m back and even surpassed my previous self on many accounts (although I still get quickly tired when overstimulated and I need to rest a lot.) So, writing and publishing free articles and sharing knowledge and information on this website and on Social Media has helped me immensely in my recovery, while also keeping me relevant within my fields — so once I’m ready I can step it up a notch again.

So, what is next? Considering that I left a multi-million industry behind me, as in supplements, the fitness industry, and such, I’ll simply focus on telling the truth and helping people while continuing to better myself. With that said, I’m working on new books as I do have bills to pay and need to put food on the table. Although it’s still a slow process, I’m hoping to have a new book out before the end of the year. And as always, I will continue with both coaching and consulting.
