It’s time for another reality check and some myth busting. You know, the stuff I do best here on this website with more than 30+ years of experience of physique transformations within the fitness industry and as a follower of our natural species-appropriate diet since 2018.
This time the imbeciles at Verywell Health covered the latest alleged “side effect” from retarded use of weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic. Let’s see how much of this they got wrong.
“Rapid weight loss from GLP-1s can come with appearance changes in unexpected places.
‘Ozempic feet’ is the newest side effect to spark conversation, and it is characterized by veiny, wrinkled, or saggy-looking feet.”
Wrinkled and saggy-looking, eh? Sounds just like any vegan I’ve ever seen.
What Causes Ozempic Feet?
“Ozempic face, referring to sagging skin in the face from Ozempic use, is one of the potential side effects from rapid weight loss. Now, some GLP-1 users say they notice sagging in the feet as well.”
No, sagging skin, as in skin that lost its natural elasticity is not from “rapid weight loss,” or most bodybuilders going from a fat-ridden offseason of +20% body fat to a stage-ready super-tight almost translucent skin at 3% body fat would all look like sagging and extremely aged vegans, but they do not.
I will explain what is going on, but first, let’s humor them some more and see what other nonsense they come up with.
“Fat in the face, hands, and feet is structurally different from the deeper fat in the abdomen or thighs. It’s present in thinner layers and often serves cushioning or contouring roles, said Marschall S. Runge, MD, PhD, executive vice president for medical affairs and dean of the medical school at the University of Michigan.
Unlike visceral fat, which surrounds internal organs, this peripheral fat is lost more quickly and visibly, often leading to a hollow or sagging appearance, Runge told Verywell.”
Who is this Runge? Did he have a degree in stupidity from the Zion Freemasonic University of Michigan? Well, hollow appearance yes, as in looking gaunt, also known as the “death face” in fitness and bodybuilding, when your body fat is so low (and you’re not holding any water from drugs) that your face almost looks like a skull with some translucent skin plastered to it.
But again, sagging is not caused by the loss of fat as the skin should be able to keep up without a problem, especially in the face and the feet where fat stores are very small compared to the stomach, the back, the chest, the legs and even the arms.
“The skin on hands and feet—especially in people with reduced collagen and elastin due to aging, genetics, or sun exposure—has less time to contract gradually after weight loss, Runge added.”
Now we’re slowly getting somewhere, but this Runge, due to his agenda to keep people sick, dumbed down and dependent on their services and solutions, is still avoiding the big elephant in the room, you know, that of human appropriate nutrition and essential nutrients.
Genetics is a pseudo-science. We are all physiologically identical. What may differ is the development differences from the time being a fetus and the first few years as a baby, toddler and child — and that comes down to nutrition (or the lack thereof) and toxic exposure, not some silly “genetics.”

Aging is mostly due to inappropriate foods and toxic exposure, as humans are actually designed and meant to live for 120 to 150 years, yet we do not as we’ve been deceived to stray away from our species-appropriate, species-specific diet of animal foods as the obligate hyper carnivores that we are. And this is why every single person who has re-discovered our natural carnivore diet and adopted our natural way of eating has improved their skin and actually reversed the aging process by many years. Thus, the weight of the “aging process” is very much exaggerated today and often used as a bad excuse.

And sun exposure is extremely healthy and important, as it will improve skin health if nourished. Prolonged sun exposure can only cause damage if you are malnourished, as in having one or multiple nutrient deficiencies due to lack of animal-based foods in your diet, especially in essential nutrients such as retinol (vitamin A,) cholesterol, omega-3’s, saturated fats, and structural amino acids, all of which are only found in animal based foods.

See a pattern yet?
Should You Be Worried About Ozempic Feet?
No, you should be worried about the extreme harm of taking idiotic and retarded drugs, not to mention all the damage you do if you consume plant-based and/or processed foods.
Losing body fat is the most simple thing in the world. The only thing you need to do is to eat foods that are species-appropriate and compatible with your physiology, as in animal-based foods such as fatty meats, organ meats and eggs, as humans are classified as obligate hyper carnivores. This simple act will nourish the body and get it to function as it should. You will naturally lose body fat that is not needed this way, although it will take time. To speed it up, all you have to do is to eat as normal to satiety most days of the week and then pick two or three days where you eat less or even fast. Super simple, super logical, and extremely healthy as you get all the nutrition that you need from eating animal-based foods to satiation on most days of the week. I covered this in several articles, for example my “The World’s Easiest Fat Loss Strategy Is The Carnivore Diet With Scheduled Fasting.”
“Not everyone taking a GLP-1 will have Ozempic feet. It depends on how quickly and how much weight you lose, and the amount of collagen and elastin in your skin.”
No, the “speed” of weight loss has very little to do with it. In extremely obese people, you might get some excess skin around the waist and chest area, even if you are fully nourished and lose your body fat rather quickly, but it’s very little compared to those poor bastards that are malnourished from following retarded diets and lose weight quickly, as their skin has zero resources to keep up. These are the people who often turn to surgery. Still, there are a lot of people who switched to the carnivore diet, our natural diet, and transitioned from being very obese to a lean muscular physique with no excess or sagging skin, as they were fully nourished while they lost that weight.
Those using the idiotic Ozempic and who do not get “Ozempic feet” simply consume more animal-based foods in their diet, so their skin can better keep up with the changes in body weight. Logical and common sense.
So, this takes us to the main point of my debunking. Saggy skin is due to nutrient deficiencies, and since 99.5% of all people are deceived into consuming plant-based toxic garbage instead of nourishing animal-based foods, many of them do end up with these totally unnecessary problems, including saggy skin, wrinkles, and a “death face” look.

And this is why bodybuilders have no problem with losing extreme amounts of body fat in a very short time and step on stage with silicon-wrap like skin with zero wrinkles, because all of them consume a lot of meat and animal foods, especially off-season so they go into a diet fully nourished — although they’ve all been deceived to include a lot of toxic carbohydrates and other plant-based foods, which will destroy their health in other ways (but I have already covered that in hundreds of articles.)

The most important nutrients for skin health is collagen and elastin, which you can get from high quality animal proteins as in any meat (the amino acids proline and glycine,) followed by omega-3 fatty acids, cholesterol, and saturated fats, which are only found in animal-based foods, followed by retinol (vitamin A,) vitamin E, Vitamin C, copper and zinc — all of which are only found in their correct chemical form in animal products. Also note that vitamin C is used in the toxic metabolism of glucose, as in when you consume carbohydrates. So, on an animal-based diet without toxic carbs, there will be plenty of vitamin C from meat and all will be used by the body, and not to mitigate damage from consuming carbs.

While some of these nutrients can be converted and synthesized through some plant foods, the conversion rate is very low and it will not be sufficient, also the toxic load of such foods will cause a lot of other health problems. Still, many of these nutrients are only possible to get from animal-based foods, and that is why bodybuilders and other athletes that make big body weight cuts can get away with super thin and elastic skin, because they always incorporate animal-based foods in their diet, both offseason and during their competition diets, while other people who mostly rely on plant-based garbage end up looking like sagging corpses, just like vegans.

After this, Verywell Health recommended that you keep hydrated, watch your protein intake and try strength training to avoid these issues. Well, that is laughable at best. Additional protein will help, if it is animal-based as any meat will provide most other nutrients needed as well. However, strength training will not do much unless you are nourished. And that is the main problem here. People who turn to idiotic weight loss drugs are people who want a short cut. They do not want to change their atrocious and lacking diet or lifestyle. They are very lazy and stupid. In other words, they are already “overfed” but malnourished when they begin to take the drug and suddenly they can’t eat as much. Problem is, what they are eating has virtually no nutrients. So, by cutting their current diet, they get even less nutrients while starving. That is a recipe for destroying your body from the inside. Hence sagging skin, wrinkles, loss of muscle mass, loss of strength and energy — and that is why stupid stuff such as “Ozempic face” and “Ozempic feet” are trending on social media.
The only way to avoid all this unnecessary nonsense is to accept the fact that humans are the only species on Earth that has deceived themselves (with a lot of help from the elites and their government agencies controlled by their companies within the food industry and big pharma) into consuming foods that are not their species-appropriate food. Unfortunately, we can see the same with some domesticated animals such as cats and dogs, who also are conditioned to eat unnatural foods by their owners. Of course, these poor animals get diseases and a greatly reduced lifespan that are unheard of in nature, compared to those who are naturally fed. But the owners do not even question this, they simply follow the idiotic advice from veterinarians who line their pockets by selling toxic dry kibble and drugs.
Please people, start using you frikkin’ brain! Even if a vegan is too brainwashed and stupid to realize that humans are obligate hyper carnivores, anyone should know that cats are also obligate hyper carnivores (Feliformia suborder) and that dogs are obligate carnivores (Caniformia suborder.)
To conclude, if you follow our species-appropriate animal-based diet and are fully nourished, it doesn’t matter how quickly you lose body fat. You will not get saggy skin or skin wrinkles, and you will not develop any diseases as long as you eat according to your species. It is that simple.
