Most of you might remember that I adopted Odin, a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog (Československý vlčák) on September 11, 2024. The wolfdog came from a family who, the year prior, had their first child and the father, a former drug addict, had returned to his old ways and the mother had to support the whole family and could not take it any longer so she kicked him out.
For now, I will leave names out of it.
The father first tried to keep the dog, but was arrested for being under the influence of drugs on the streets and the wolfdog was returned to the woman by the police. Once again, he took the dog and then went partying, this time leaving the dog in his apartment without water and food for almost three days. The neighbors reacted to the howling and the police once again rescued the wolfdog and returned him to the woman. After this, he was evicted and lost the apartment. The woman told him they needed to find a new home for the wolfdog as he was not capable of caring for it and she had no resources to care for it as she stayed with her mum and cared for a 1-year-old baby boy while trying to make a living.
Well, the lunatic once again took the dog and then decided to go to Turkey to party for two weeks. He left the wolfdog with some drug-buddies and the dog ran away on the second day and was later located by the police and once again returned to the woman. It was at this time, in late August of 2024 that she contacted me and asked for help. She once again told him that she could not have the wolfdog at her mother’s place, but he was too busy partying in Turkey to care. So, as the legal guardian of the dog, she gave it to me to either find a suitable owner or to take him into my family, which I did after only a few days.
When the 31-year-old druggie returned to Sweden, he did not even ask about the wolfdog for a few weeks. But then, suddenly when he got a new 47-year-old sugar-mama, he threatened the mother of the child and wanted the dog back. Still, he did not have the guts to contact me, likely because I would have smashed him verbally like the little turd that he is. And after that, everything went silent and the new drug-addict couple went abroad and adopted another poor dog that likely will suffer.
Now, fast-forward until May of 2025 and yours truly was “served” with a claim filed on February 25, 2025, by this druggie administered through Sweden’s “Certified Enforcement Agency,” where he demanded that I had to give the wolfdog to him and pay 300 SEK to cover his claim fee.
The Swedish Enforcement Authority, known as Kronofogdemyndigheten, is a government agency responsible for debt collection, enforcement of court orders, and supervising trustees in bankruptcy. It is the only organization in Sweden authorized to withdraw money from debtors’ bank accounts, seize property, and withhold money directly from a debtor’s income. If someone refuses to pay a debt, the creditor can submit a claim to the Enforcement Authority, which then serves the claim to the debtor who must respond within a specified time frame.
Of course, this imbecile has never contacted me, so his claim is illegitimate to begin with as this agency is only “legally” able to take on ignored and “rightful” claims.
Also, as a note, I couldn’t care less about The Swedish Enforcement Authority as they play the game of “the state and the people” where they try to use their false authority as a dead entity to collect money from a registered “citizen,” as in a juridical person identified by a social security number — a slave to the government and the corporation. However, that is not how I identify myself, as I’m a free sovereign man and has no connection to the invented juridical copy that the government cashes in upon. So, even for me to consider any of their requests, they have to first provide proof of their jurisdiction and authority on living sovereign humans, which they can not. Anyhow, let’s continue with the story.
The claim was filed on February 25, 2025, only a few days after my father’s passing and more than five and a half months after I received the wolfdog and it was put into my care.
Now, this imbecile, suddenly after 5.5 months without even contacting me once, wants me to give him a dog that I have taken into my care after months of his misuse and pure abuse. Of course, I have contested his ridiculous claim. Still, it takes a lot of unnecessary time and energy and it might have to be processed by a court of law, which will require even more time and energy.
In his illegitimate claim, it says that the wolfdog “belongs to him” and was “unlawfully sold” to me. Well, that’s a laugh as I did not buy the dog. It was not sold. It was put into my care because it did not have a home as it had been returned to the woman by the police on several occasions and she did not have the resources to care for it. Also, when I got the wolfdog, he was not registered as an animal/pet in Sweden, which is required by law. He did not exist and thus did not belong to any owner. So, in short, his claim of previous ownership is false, as he did not register the dog nor himself as the owner. So, in mid-September of 2024 I registered the wolfdog for the first time, claimed ownership and paid the registration fee. That made me the dog’s first and only owner. And as a note, since registration can only be made through a fictional person with a social security number, I added a note explaining that the wolfdog was given, by this entity filing the registration, into physical ownership of the free man Joachim of the family Bartoll (as a fictional non-physical entity of the Corporation of Sweden can not care for a physical living dog.) To add to this, I have a separate contract of ownership to distinguish between the fictional persona and the physical real human, who is the real owner.
In my dispute, as everything is about contracts and negotiations, I sat up a contract with the Swedish Enforcement Authority, that I would entertain and discuss the claim if they could provide the following:
- An excerpt of the original registration of the wolfdog and him cited as the owner (does not exist.)
- Proof that the wolfdog was sold to me as stated by him (he was given to me.)
- Proof of any previous communication from him to me regarding the wolfdog, as he used their services to enforce a “previous claim” (does not exist.)
- Proof that the Swedish Enforcement Authority has the legal right to act for/on behalf of the creditor without him providing proof of ownership and a previous claim.
- Clarification of the supposed jurisdiction the Swedish Enforcement Authority, as a dead entity, invokes against a living free man.
They will not be able to fulfill any of my requests and the case should be dismissed. And if the claim is withdrawn or dismissed, I will let it all end there. However, if it is not, the agency has proven their illegitimacy and the gloves are off and you’ll all better get ready to be entertained.
So, what can you say? Sweden, just as most countries, and the man-made “legal system” is a complete joke when a drug addict and animal abuser with no visitation rights to his own child because he refuses drug tests, can file a claim against someone in hope to steal a dog.
