Glaucoma, Rats, And Vitamin Supplement Nonsense

Today we return to the shills at Science Daily and their review of a recent study from the atrocious Karolinska Institutet, a medical indoctrination camp for imbeciles, also known as a “university,” located in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden.

Let’s see what backwards ideas and conclusions they came up with this time.

“In glaucoma, the optic nerve is gradually damaged, leading to vision loss and, in the worst cases, blindness. High pressure in the eye drives the disease, and eye drops, laser treatment or surgery are therefore used to lower the pressure in the eye and thus slow down the disease. Unfortunately, however, the effect varies.”

Although the corrupted and backwards “medical science” say that they do not really know what causes glaucoma, statistics shows us that it is severely more prevalent in certain populations, particularly those with specific health conditions and demographic factors.

People with obesity and/or diabetes are twice as likely to develop glaucoma — and what causes obesity and diabetes? Yes, seed/vegetable oils and especially high blood glucose levels from consuming carbohydrates. And we know that glucose above normal levels as maintained by gluconeogenesis damages all soft tissues, especially nerves and the eyes!

Also, black people are 6 to 8 times more likely to get glaucoma than white people — and we know from statistics that the mean EHEPI score for Blacks is 25.7% lower than the mean score for Whites, which simply means that they through targeted social conditioning are much more likely to consume more processed plant-based garbage, as in junk- and fast food, high in carbohydrates/sugars and seed/vegetable oils.

As anyone with half-a-brain can see, we have a common denominator, that of a very inappropriate diet high in carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils, something we know will damage nerves and the eye directly. That is the main cause of glaucoma. Easy, logical, and common sense.

And again, “diseases” such as glaucoma do not occur in nature amongst animals following their species’ appropriate diet. Animals in their natural habitat only get “sick” if poisoned by toxins from, for example, a contaminated water source. However, animals in captivity, or domesticated animals that are fed an inappropriate diet have been known to develop glaucoma. The same is true for humans. If we follow our natural species’ appropriate animal-based diet, we will not develop any kind of “diseases.” However, due to deception and brainwashing, most humans consume an inappropriate diet of plant-based toxic garbage and thus poison themselves, similar to an animal drinking from a contaminated water source. That is how we develop most “diseases” and “ailments,” through exposure to toxins. And while environmental toxins do contribute, the largest factor by far is that of our processed plant-based diet followed by dietary supplements, drugs, medicines, and useless maiming vaccines.

Of course, there’s a lot more pointing in this direction, but this is a short article, not a full paper on glaucoma. I might expand on the subject in the future, as I usually do in similar articles — always saving something for later so you guys keep coming back for more.

“Glaucoma researchers have long theorised that the substance homocysteine is somehow relevant to understanding the disease. Now, researchers at Karolinska Institutet have investigated the role of homocysteine in several ways. In the current study, the researchers discovered that when rats with glaucoma were given elevated levels of homocysteine, their disease did not worsen.”

Homocysteine is a natural part of the body’s metabolism. It’s more of an indicator, a consequence of prolonged damage, as in inadequate enzyme activity. Additionally, deficiencies in vitamins B12, B6, and folate can also lead to elevated homocysteine levels, and as these vitamins are only found in bioactive forms in animal-based foods, the worse your diet is (as in less animal-based foods,) the more likely it is that you have a deficiency. While these vitamins are needed for eye health, as everything else in your body, such a poor diet is also high in carbohydrates and likely seed/vegetable oils, which is what actually causes the damage. The deficiencies on the other hand do not cause damage, they simply hinder the body’s attempts to repair the damage. So, people who follow a bad diet of processed foods, but still get some animal-based foods, such as some occasional meats and eggs, will not develop glaucoma, they will likely only experience reduced vision as they age as their body will likely be able to do some repairs and healing to the eye that has been caused by high blood glucose and the oxidized fatty acids from seed/vegetable oils.

This is why not everyone who eats a crappy diet to such a degree that they develop diabetes also develops glaucoma, because they still have some nourishing foods in their diet — just enough to heal some of the damage. However, those who mostly consume processed plant-based garbage will develop both diabetes, glaucoma, and other health complications such as poor circulation, edema, and cardiovascular diseases.

So, it is still the diet, the carbohydrates and the seed/vegetable oil and other plant-based toxins that causes the damage. Any nutrient deficiencies simply accelerates and enhances the effect, as the body can’t keep up with repairing the damage. And that is where increased homocysteine levels can be observed. Easy, logical, and common sense.

“The researchers also found that high levels of homocysteine in the blood of people with glaucoma did not correlate with how quickly the disease progressed, and that glaucoma was not more common in people with a genetic susceptibility to forming high levels of homocysteine. Based on these findings, the researchers concluded that homocysteine does not drive the disease but is a consequence of it.”

Yes, that’s what I just said, but I actually explained the science behind it, which these imbeciles always fail to do due to their lack of understanding.

High levels of homocysteine simply indicates damage and a lack of several vitamins. Once you are nutrient deficient and can’t heal, how quickly the “disease” progresses depends on the toxic load doing the damage. The more toxins, the more damage, the quicker the decline in functionality.

“Since homocysteine is a natural part of the body’s metabolism, the researchers wanted to investigate metabolic pathways involving homocysteine in both rodents and humans with glaucoma. They then saw several abnormalities, the most important of which were metabolic changes linked to the retina’s ability to use certain vitamins. This change meant that metabolism was slowed down locally in the retina — and this played a role in the development of the disease.”

It has nothing to do with the ability to use certain vitamins. As I explained earlier, increased levels of homocysteine can indicate a deficiency of the animal-based vitamins B12, B6, and folate. However, they can only contribute to some healing and keeping the eye healthy under normal circumstances. The only way to actually stop glaucoma from getting worse is to remove what is causing it, as in removing the carbohydrates, the seed/vegetable oils, and the toxic plant-based defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, and pesticide residues from the diet.

“Our conclusion is that homocysteine is a bystander in the disease process, not a player. Altered homocysteine levels may reveal that the retina has lost its ability to use certain vitamins that are necessary to maintain healthy metabolism. That’s why we wanted to investigate whether supplements of these vitamins could protect the retina, says co-lead on the paper James Tribble, researcher and assistant professor at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience at Karolinska Institutet.”

Congratulations, you actually understood the connection between altered homocysteine and the lack of vitamins, which is very basic biochemistry and has been known for ages. Still, these vitamins can not stop or reverse the glaucoma unless you actually address the cause of it, as in what is causing the damage to the eye. And again, that is following a species inappropriate and very toxic diet.

“In experiments on mice and rats with glaucoma, the researchers gave supplements of the B vitamins B6, B9 and B12, as well as choline. This had a positive effect. In mice that had a slower developing glaucoma, the damage to the optic nerve was completely halted. In rats, which had a more aggressive form of the disease with faster progression, the disease was slowed down.”

Earlier you mentioned “reduced ability to use certain vitamins,” but now you admit that by administering these vitamins you noticed improvements. That means, as I pointed out, that it was not the ability to use them, but the lack of them, as in more is needed for the repair process (to keep up with the damage.) And in that scenario, any nutrient deficiencies will be detrimental as it will accelerate the progress of the “disease” due to halted healing/repair.

Now, what is important to understand is that the physiology and metabolism of mice and rats are very different from that of humans. We as humans are obligate hyper carnivores and we are extremely inefficient at converting inorganic compounds into something that is bioactive and can be used by our bodies. Rats and mice on the other hand belong to the family Muridae, which can be classified as a hybrid of omnivore and herbivore — our complete opposite. Rats tend to be more omnivorous while mice tend to be more herbivorous. Still, both of them are much more efficient in converting inorganic compounds, such as the elements found in plant matter. This also holds true for artificial vitamins and other chemical compounds where man tries to imitate what they find in nature, as these are also inherently inorganic and toxic. A rat or a mouse can actually convert a much larger part of a vitamin or mineral supplement into something it can use while the residues will not be as toxic due to their physiology. Humans on the other hand are very poor at converting these compounds and everything left behind will be extremely toxic and damaging. I’ve already covered the biochemistry of this in several articles, and again, it should be common sense.

So, while these poor rodents where the researchers have induced glaucoma through the injection of microbeads or hypertonic saline into the eye to block the outflow of aqueous humor, leading to increased IOP and subsequent retinal ganglion cell damage, could benefit a little from the vitamins, as in mitigating some damage done by the procedures, administrating the same artificial vitamin supplements to humans will likely not produce the same results.

With that being said, this study illustrated what we have known for ages, that vitamins B12, B6, B9 and folate, and perhaps even choline, is important for eye health and in repairing/healing damaged tissue. That means that a human can likely improve this condition, or at least halt it, by getting these and other important nutrients in their bioactive forms from meat, organ meats and eggs. While simply increasing these natural foods in the diet might help to stop the development of glaucoma, removing the offending toxins will produce the best result and also allow for real healing and reversal of the condition if possible. In other words, the best chance to stop the progression of glaucoma and, if possible reverse it, is by adopting our natural species-specific and species-appropriate diet of solely animal-based foods. Again, easy, logical, and common sense.

“In these experiments, eye pressure was left untreated, which the researchers highlight as particularly interesting — it suggests that the vitamin mix affects the disease in a different way than lowering eye pressure does. ‘The results are so promising that we have started a clinical trial, with patients already being recruited at S:t Eriks Eye Hospital in Stockholm,’ says James Tribble.”

And vitamins, as any nutrients, should come from whole natural and unprocessed foods, such as meat, organ meats, blood, eggs, and on occasion, if you like, some dairy. You cannot get them from supplements as these are artificial inorganic copies of what is found in plants, which is something our bodies have a very hard time breaking down, converting and actually using. I’ve covered this simple biochemistry in many, many articles.

Again, the only way to stay healthy and to reverse any “diseases,” “ailments” or “conditions,” is to remove the offending toxins and adopt our species-appropriate diet to guarantee that our bodies are nourished.
What was that? Yes, easy, logical, and common sense.
