Being precise and truthful matters, which never is the case with “nutrition science” or the medical field where they flip everything backwards to protect their agenda to keep people weak, sickly, dumbed-down, controllable, and dependent on their “symptom suppressing” solutions and fake pseudoscience.
Yesterday, Science Daily posted a summary of a recent study on “high-fat, high-sugar” (HFHS) diets and their effect on cognitive ability.
Even the name, HFHS is backwards, as it should be called “high-sugar, high-fat,” which will be obvious as I’ll explain the biochemistry behind this very bad combination of macronutrients and why they will always focus on the wrong things while keeping you in the dark about what is actually happening in the body.
Let’s see what these low-life imbeciles at Science Daily had to say.
“New research from the University of Sydney links fatty, sugary diets to impaired brain function. The findings build on a growing body of evidence showing the negative impact of high-fat, high-sugar (HFHS) diets on cognitive ability, adding to their well-known physical effects.”
Humans are obligate hyper carnivores and we are supposed to eat animal fat and animal protein, which means that we should run on our natural fat metabolism while being in ketosis and where we can manufacture all the glucose we need via gluconeogenesis. This perfect metabolic state will ensure that blood glucose always stays within healthy and natural concentrations.

So yes, combining carbohydrates that is an extremely unnatural source of glucose with another energy source as in fats is a very bad idea, not only because of the Randle Cycle, but mainly because of what damage elevated blood glucose does in the body.

The Randle cycle is a biochemical mechanism explaining the competition between glucose and fatty acids for their oxidation and uptake in muscle and adipose tissue. When blood glucose is elevated above normal levels, as when consuming carbohydrates, glucose is used first as it is a very potent toxin and will damage all soft tissues and organs when it is above its safe concentration as maintained by gluconeogenesis. This means that fat is not utilized as fuel while blood glucose is elevated, only fatty acids needed to maintain cell function will be used, thus most of it will sit around in the bloodstream until glucose levels are back to normal again. However, this means much longer exposure for the fatty acids to glucose and other metabolites in the blood, which will increase their oxidation and glycation, as in the fatty acids taking damage and making them useless and potentially damaging

If you only consume carbohydrates, you only damage soft tissues and your organs due the unnatural elevation of blood sugar. However, if you consume both carbohydrates, as in sugars, and fats at the same time, the glucose will do its damage and the fat will sit around and much of it will be oxidized and damaged by glycation causing additional potential tissue damage. The more fat that is in that meal together with the trigger of carbohydrates, the more potential damage.

So, this is why it should be called “high-sugar, high-fat,” as it is the carbohydrates that are the trigger, the reason why the fat can become “bad.”
“Published on Friday in the International Journal of Obesity, the research is the first to test in humans the relationship between HFHS diets, particularly those high in refined sugar and saturated fat, and first-person spatial navigation. Spatial navigation is the ability to learn and remember a path from one location to another, a process that can approximate the health of the brain’s hippocampus.”
And this is where the backwards thinking, the propaganda and deceit kicks into overdrive. Let’s start from the beginning. As you should know, saturated fats are very chemically stable and do not easily oxidize. All plant-based seed- and vegetable oils on the other hand, as in plant-derived monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, start to oxidize the second they are exposed to oxygen, light, and/or heat. Plant based oils/fats are always oxidized, as in rancid, when you consume them, so they are extremely damaging to your body, especially if consumed with carbohydrates as explained earlier. And yes, pretty much all processed foods and fast foods contain this deadly combination of carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils.

However, saturated fat, our most natural source of energy and building blocks for all our cells, is usually never oxidized or rancid when you consume it, unless you cook it for hours in extreme heat (close to 200°C or 392°F.) But with that said, even saturated fats can oxidize and be damaged by glycation in the bloodstream if exposed to unnatural levels of glucose, as in after a meal with toxic carbohydrates. And herein lies the problem and what these imbeciles and shills use as ammunition to vilify saturated fats and tie them to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

In reality, saturated fats are natural and totally harmless, especially if you follow our species-appropriate diet of animal foods and do not consume any unnatural carbohydrates. Saturated fats is how we store fat ourselves. It’s 100% natural and can never cause harm in a healthy human that follows his or her species-appropriate diet.

So, this is not a problem of saturated fats, this is a problem of elevated blood glucose and also the body’s prioritization of eliminating glucose first as it is a poison, leaving the fatty acids to sit in the blood exposed to this toxic glucose and other metabolites for extended periods of time, causing oxidation and glycation.
Again, not a fault of our physiology as we are constructed to eat only animal fat and animal protein, and if we do so, this problem does not exist.
“Dr Dominic Tran from the Faculty of Science’s School of Psychology led the research, which found HFHS diets have a detrimental effect on some aspects of cognitive function. It is likely those effects centre on the hippocampus, the brain structure important for spatial navigation and memory formation, rather than acting across the entire brain.”
Not surprising as both elevated blood glucose and oxidized and glycated fatty acids will damage the brain, just as they will damage most soft tissues, organs and the cardiovascular system.

“The research team recruited 55 university students aged between 18 and 38. Each participant completed questionnaires capturing their intake of sugary and fatty foods. They also had their working memory tested in a number recall exercise, and their body mass index (BMI) recorded.”
This is important. The typical diet of the average man and woman includes a lot of plant-based and processed crap and actually very little animal-based foods. So, their intake of already oxidized and damaged seed/vegetable oils will be high. And if they also consume a lot of carbohydrates, then it will be really bad. Even more so if they actually have some saturated fats with some of these meals, as these can become damaged too.

Still, the majority of fatty acids in their diet will be from plant-based sources. So, again, putting the focus on saturated fats is extremely deceptive and outright criminal.
“The experiment itself required participants to navigate a virtual reality maze and locate a treasure chest six times. The maze was surrounded by landmarks that participants could use to remember their route. Their starting point and the location of the treasure chest remained constant in each trial.
If participants found the treasure in less than four minutes, they continued to the next trial. If they failed to find the treasure in this time, they were teleported to its location and given 10 seconds to familiarise themselves with that location before the next trial.”
Playing virtual reality video games, uh? Oh well…
“A seventh trial removed the treasure chest from the virtual maze but asked participants to find and mark its former location based purely on memory. Those with lower levels of fat and sugar in their diets were able to pinpoint the location with a higher degree of accuracy than those who consumed these foods multiple times a week.”
Well, I would not really call this a groundbreaking study. Still, we know that carbohydrates are extremely bad and will do enormous damage in the body, and we know that it is even worse if you have a lot of fat in the same toxic meal that will oxidize in the bloodstream, as I’ve already explained. And we also know that both high glucose and oxidized/glycated fatty acids will damage the brain, so if you consider the results of the study as legitimate, they are hardly surprising but rather what we would expect.
“Dr Tran said the results highlight the importance of making good dietary choices to maintain healthy brain function.”
Yes, as in removing all carbohydrates and plant-based oils.
“We’ve long known eating too much refined sugar and saturated fat brings the risk of obesity, metabolic and cardiovascular disease, and certain cancers. We also know these unhealthy eating habits hasten the onset of age-related cognitive decline in middle age and older adults.”
No, we know nothing of the sort. Saturated fats can only become “bad” if you consume large amounts of carbohydrates in the same meal, something that is very unnatural, species-inappropriate, and very stupid. What you should say if you were not a bought-and-paid-for little spineless shill is that we know that carbohydrates and seed/vegetable oils cause metabolic and cardiovascular disease and that carbohydrates can damage our natural and life-giving saturated fats, making carbohydrates the real villain.

“This research gives us evidence that diet is important for brain health in early adulthood, a period when cognitive function is usually intact, Dr Tran said.”
Yes, but this imbecile Dr Tran still does not understand simple physiology and biochemistry. Humans are obligate hyper carnivores and the only way to be healthy and ensure the highest possible cognitive function is to follow our species-appropriate diet, just as any animal does instinctively. That is common sense and that is something these evil disinformation agents are trying to hide at all cost.
At least my readers understand this, and hopefully we can spread the knowledge, the experiences, and the common sense and save a few lives in the process.
