This backwards idea to reduce inflammation by exogenous means, as in taking a drug, a plant extract or a herb, kind of confuses me. We already know that everything within modern medicine, alternative medicine, modern “nutrition science” and most “research” being conducted today is to keep the population as weak, docile, sick and dependent on the system as possible, and this agenda is led by planted puppets working for the elite. And all their underlings are simply brainwashed and indoctrinated useful fools trained to repeat nonsense by years of conditioning in their “educational system,” not questioning anything they have been deceived to believe.
Still, we know that inflammation is simply the body’s manifestation of detoxification and healing, something that is necessary and must run its course.

High levels of inflammation, or chronic inflammation, is simply a sign of a struggling body, a body that lacks resources to detoxify and heal, and is kind of stuck in a never-ending loop or cycle as the person in question is still exposing the body to the same toxic load and damage while not providing enough nutrients to keep up with the detoxification and healing of damaged tissues.

Trying to lower inflammation by unnatural exogenous means will thus impair detoxification and healing even further, causing more damage to tissues and a quicker accumulation of toxins, which will eventually lead to tumors or even organ failure.

There is only one scenario where lowering inflammation might be necessary and that is in extremely malnourished and weak people where the body’s attempt to detoxify and heal is taking too much of their already low resources and their lives might be at stake. That however is not the fault of the body, that is the fault of the person and his/her lifestyle and diet that has made that scenario possible — a scenario that could never happen in nature or if that person would have followed his or her species-appropriate diet.
Still, temporarily lowering inflammation will not do much unless you remove the offenders, as in the toxins that are causing damage, while also providing the body with proper bioavailable nutrients so that the body can properly detoxify and heal.
And if you do this with anyone who is extremely malnourished and weak, you will have to remove the toxic offenders first and then slowly introduce nourishing foods — or the body might not be able to handle the sudden improvements in detoxification and healing. And that is where an anti-inflammatory agent might temporarily help for a few weeks — to slowly let the body nourish itself and then slowly pull the breaks and let it start to detoxify and heal.
However, this is only applicable to very few among the old and weak, and not to most people. Also, we already have such strong anti-inflammatory drugs, so looking at other weaker substances makes no sense at all, as you never want to reduce inflammation unless you’re close to dying. So, looking at substances that interfere with our physiology and temporarily lowers inflammation has to be one of the most idiotic areas of research imaginable. Such a sad inverted world we live in.
So… This meta-analysis of 4 randomized controlled trials, as summarized by the staff at Examine.com, involved 210 participants and investigated the backwards and very retarded idea of supplementing with highly toxic chia seeds and its effect on inflammatory biomarkers.
As we know, seeds are the most toxic part of any plant and you have to be a complete evil bastard to even consider administering such vile poison to unknowingly participants.

Key study details
“All 4 trials were conducted in North America. The participants were men and women with overweight, obesity, or type 2 diabetes. The daily dose of chia seeds was 25 to 50 grams. The intervention duration ranged from 10 to 24 weeks.”
Please take note that the participants were overweight and also diabetic, which means that their diet is very bad and still likely high in carbohydrates and seed oils, managed by insulin treatments. Such diets cause a lot of daily damage. The only way to treat and reverse diabetes is by our natural animal- and fat-based diet which allows you to run on your natural fat metabolism and being in ketosis. Unfortunately, not many understand or know about this, so instead they continue with their atrocious diets and use insulin or similar insulin-managing drugs to get by for a few more years instead of getting healthy and living a long prosperous life.

“Chia seeds reduced C-reactive protein (−0.64 mg/dL; moderate certainty) but had no effect on interleukin 6 (low certainty) or tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α; moderate certainty) when compared with a placebo.”
As I’ve mentioned many times, and this is simple biology, physiology, and biochemistry, C-reactive protein (CRP) is a pentameric protein that plays a significant role in our body’s natural detoxification and healing process. It is synthesized by the liver and the levels of C-reactive protein increase dramatically in response to tissue injury as a part of the inflammatory/healing response.
CRP’s detoxification and healing properties are primarily linked to its ability to bind to damaged cells. This binding facilitates the clearance of necrotic and apoptotic cells and bacteria once it has assisted in the breakdown of toxins and other cellular debris, thus aiding in the healing process.
In other words, CRP’s main purpose is to remove damaged and dead cells and debris, working in tandem with bacteria that also aid in the healing process.

Compared to other “inflammatory biomarkers,” C-reactive protein responds quickly to tissue damage, as in this case, after a meal containing carbohydrates that increases blood glucose over its natural levels which will damage all soft tissues and organs.

Taking a toxic plant compound can never magically give the body all nutrients and compounds that it needs to instantly heal while also magically stop damage being done by toxic elevated blood glucose (and quickly lowering CRP,) that is just common sense. Instead, it is logical that the chia seed, which is the most toxic part of the Salvia hispanica plant, is so toxic since it contains a multitude of defense chemicals and antinutrients, that its neutralization and clearance takes priority by the body while it may also likely damage the liver and interfere with the production of CRP.
In other words, CRP would rise every time these participants had their atrocious meals, and if CRP suddenly was lowered by taking chia seeds, it showed that the toxicity of the chia seeds were so great that the body had to prioritize the neutralization and elimination of these toxins instead of trying to heal the damage from elevated blood glucose — and perhaps even the liver was under stress and its ability to produce CRP was limited by the damage. And yes, that also means that the damage to the participant’s soft tissues and organs from blood glucose and seed oils increased and that also means that their diabetes will progress faster making them much worse off than they previously were.
In simple terms, taking anything that lowers inflammation will accelerate the progress of any disease! What a disaster!

Examine.com’s take
“A possible explanation for the reduction in C-reactive protein but not in interleukin 6 or TNF-α is that these markers are influenced by different pathways. C-reactive protein responds quickly to inflammation and may be more sensitive to dietary changes, but interleukin 6 and TNF-α reflect chronic inflammation and may require stronger interventions to show changes.”
Yes, CRP responds quickly to inflammation, as in the healing response, which means that tissue has been damaged and needs to be repaired. Lowering CRP equals a lowered response and impaired detoxification and healing. It’s incredible that Examine.com does not understand this or mention this. Or perhaps the Examine.com staff are simply choosing not to mention the ramifications of lowering CRP, as in lowering inflammation, the healing response.
Again, this simply shows how incredibly toxic and dangerous all plant-based edibles and extracts are to humans. And while most people believes that lowering inflammation is good, as symptoms will ease up and you will feel better, the people working in these fields should know better and even though they are heavily brainwashed, they should be able to put two and two together — just as I did back in 2018 after working 25+ years in the industry (and 17 years with “modern medicine”.)
Again, reducing inflammation by taking a drug, supplement, or remedy is never something you want to do! If you reduce inflammation, you reduce the detoxification and healing capability of the body. Instead you want to remove the offender, the thing that is causing damage and forces the body to increase inflammation to try to detoxify and heal the damaged tissue.
Once the offender is removed and the body receives enough nutrients to heal and repair, inflammation will slowly come down and disappear on its own once all the damaged tissue has been repaired. That is the natural process and it might take many months or even years. However, the tissue will actually be healthy again and you will be out of danger as you successfully removed the offender.
