October 21, 2020. FASTING – Day 3

My sleep was once again good, not as perfect as the day before (due to high energy and euphoria), but still scored 85. Also noticed that my resting heart rate dropped by 2 bpm during the first two days of fasting, and now by another 2 bpm this morning.Morning weight at a record low 71.3 kg (157 lbs.). That’s a drop of 0.9 kg (2 lbs.) since yesterday morning, and a total of 3.8 …

October 20, 2020. FASTING – Day 2

Woke up at 5.10 am and had my best sleep in more than half a year. Scored 88 on the FitBit app, where I usually score between 75 and 85. I usually sleep best on an empty stomach (everybody does, really) and I’ve been slacking with that the last half year where I’ve been re-gaining muscle and body weight. I’ve had my last meal at 7.00 pm for a long time now, and that …

Animal Based will Rule them All!

Our natural species appropriate diet. One “diet” to rule them all?

When discussing nutrition and various diets, I often get the comment, “there is no diet that fits everyone”, and, “each individual needs to find what works for them”.If that’s your stance on nutrition, then answer the following questions, and please take your time. Our genes and gene expressions, our organ systems, our digestive system, our stomach acid pH (just as low as common scavengers), our metabolic and methylation pathways and how little we as …

Stress. What is it? How does it affect us?

Many years ago, Holistic Health Practitioner, Elite Athlete Coach and corrective exercise specialist Paul Chek identified six types of stressors that harm our body. While I do agree with the types, my definitions, after years of research, goes a bit deeper as I studied the Terrain Theory and the work of Antoine Béchamp, Claude Bernard, Rudolph Virchow, Ethel Douglas Hume, Roy Rife, Gaston Naessens, Gunter Enderlein, Stefan Lanka, Dr Carolyn Dean, and Robert & …

October 19, 2020. FASTING – Day 1

Morning weight at 75.1 kg (165 lbs). I had my last meal at noon yesterday, so accounting for digestion, I had been in a fasted state for about 12 hours when I woke up this morning. I had about ½ teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of potassium chloride and ¼ teaspoon of magnesium sulfate together with about 0.5 liters of water (I will take this three times a day during the fast). After doing …

September 6, 2020. Training Update – and a look back.

Time for an update for the gymrats. In late July I hit 80 kg. Then I cut back and stabilized around 78 kg. A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I would try and reach 85 kg after completing a 3-day fast to ‘reset’ the system. Well, I haven’t really gained that much weight at all. In my last update on August 25, a week after the fast, I had gained back 2.5 kg. …

August 25, 2020. Training and fasting update.

It’s been a week since I did my 3-day fast and I’m only up 2.5 kg. Funny thing is that I’m stronger, look bigger, and I’m a lot leaner. So, of the 4 kg I lost during my short fast, a lot of that was actually body fat. Being very fat adapted, that should not come as a surprise. Also, I haven’t really had an appetite and I haven’t force fed myself just yet …

August 18, 2020. Training and goals update

If anyone is interested in what I’m currently doing, here’s a short update for you. In early February, when I got back to the gym after more than three years mostly off from training due to my illnesses, I weighted a measly 62 kg (136 lbs.) Fortunately, I’m used to be between 74 and 78 kg, and due to muscle memory I hit 80 kg (175 lbs.) in late July. Starting August, I’ve been …

August 12, 2020. Life Update.

Although my mother’s passing took a toll on me, I was prepared and at peace with that. We had seen it coming for months. However, being at the hospital for such a prolonged time at my current state (while seeing her wither away) burnt me out. It burnt me out really bad. As I mentioned earlier, I had done too much too soon and I was already on the brink of burning out when …

Jesuit Puppet Donald Trump Launches Operation Warp Speed on May 15, 2020

“Operation Warp Speed was a public–private partnership initiated by the United States government to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.” Of course, they must make it silly and use words from Star Trek.— “Helm, Warp One. Engage!” Let’s look at this story using their language of choice, gematria – combining the letter, with the number and the word. Operation Warp Speed: 266, 95Iesus Hominum Salvator: 266 …
