December 9, 2020. Training update

Quick training update for the muscle heads… Yes, I’m still going to the gym – about 4 to 5 times a week, for 35 minutes per session. And yes, I still eat as much as I can. Some easily digested carbs in the morning, and “carnivore” for the rest of the day. 3 meals total.

That being said, for the last 3.5 weeks, since I adopted our little Husky-mix girl, I’ve been outside for about 4.5 to 6 hours a day, walking somewhere between 18 to 25 kilometers a day (11 to 15 miles) with her and my wolfdog. So, I might have gotten a tiny bit leaner. I’ve been too busy (and lazy) to check with the skinfold calipers. Weight is about the same, somewhere between 76 and 78 kg (167 to 172 lbs.).
